Hotel Berchielli - פירנצה

מלון מעולה בסגנון עתיק בסביבה נפלאה קרוב לכל האתרים המרכזיים. פקיד הקבלה נתן המון המלצות נהדרות לארוחות. כל הצוות היה מועיל ורבים דיברו אנגלית. המלון ירוויח משדרוג למצעים, מגבות וריהוט חדישים יותר אבל צריך בעיקר שירות אלחוטי טוב בכל מקום. ה-wireless לא פעל יותר מאשר פעל וזה לפעמים מתסכל.

מיקום מצוין בלב פירנצה. הצוות נעים ומועיל.

המיקום היה נפלא והצוות מארח למופת. החדר שלנו צפה לנהר וטענתי היחידה הייתה שחדר השינה זקוק לעדכון. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה שווה את זה.

מיקום מעולה סמוך לכל האתרים המרכזיים - בלתי מנוצח. ארוחת בוקר דרגה ראשונה. חדר נוח אבל אם אתם יכולים להרשות לעצמכם לכו על חדר עם תצפית לנהר כפי שעשו חברינו. צוות המלון מועיל ומקצועי. היו לנו כמה ימים נהדרים.

מלון מצוין. מיקום מהמם 5 דקות הליכה מה-Uffizi. שילמנו יותר לחדר המשקיף לנהר וזה היה שווה את זה. יכולנו להירגע בצפיה ב-Ponte Vecchio עם כוסית יין מקורר בידינו - מה עוד אפשר לבקש?

סמיכות ל-ponte vecchio ותחנת santa maria novella, חדר נקי, צוות נהדר, בופה ארוחת בוקר מעולה ונהר ה-Arno ממש בפתח הדלת. השהות שלי לא הייתה יכולה להיות טובה יותר.

בסך הכל, זו הייתה חוויה טובה מאוד. אהבנו את החדר והעיצוב שלו. אהבנו את השירות ואת המיקום והסביבה. הכל, חנויות, מסעדות ומקומות שרצינו לראות הם במרחק הליכה. במיוחד אהבנו את ארוחת הבוקר שהם סיפקו. מושלם!

הצוות כאן היה מצוין. כולם יצאו מגדרם כדיי לרצות אותנו. ארוחת בוקר הייתה חביבה ובכל בוקר הם יכינו לך קפוצ'ינו או אספרסו. מיקום מצוין במרחק הליכה מכל מקום. בקשו חדר הצופה לנהר - זה נחמד להביט מהחלון ולראות את הנהר/עיר. פטריציו ב. בדלפק הקבלה היה נחמד בצורה יוצאת מגדר הרגיל-תמיד עם חיוך ושמח לסייע. ללא ספק נחזור לבקר שם !! תודה רבה לכל צוות Hotel Berchielli !!

ההזמנה שלי "אושרה ושולמה במלואה" כשביצעתי את ההזמנה, בערך שבועיים לפני הביקור שלי. למרות זאת, המלון חייב אותנו בשעת הצ'ק אאוט מסים נוספים. כששאלתי, הם אמרו שהדבר נכנס לתוקף חודשיים קודם לכן. הם לא הסכימו לקבל את ההדפסה של התשלום שהראתה ששבועיים קודם לכן ביצעתי "הזמנה ששולמה במלואה".

מלון Berchieilli היה נחמד מאוד, ונקי מאוד, ממוקם על נהר ה-Arno, בלוק אחד מ-Ponte Vecchio. הצוות היה מקצועי ביותר. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת, והוגשה בחדר שמעוצב בצורה יפהפיה, עם סכו"ם וקנקני קפה מכסף. כל המלצרים היו לבושים בחליפות תואמות עם עניבות-פרפר. שהות מהנה ביותר באזור מצוין של פירנצה, אשר היה נוח להגיע ממנו לכל האתרים שבהם תרצו לבקר. הייתי ממליץ על המלון בביטחון לכל אחד. זה היה המלון האהוב עליי ביותר מתוך 5 מלונות שהתאכסנתי בהם במהלך הטיול שלי באירופה.

We loved our stay in Florence, and could not have selected a better hotel. My husband and I were traveling with my parents, and our rooms shared a small little vestibule/entry off of the main hallway, so it felt a bit more personal than having our hotel room doors right on the main hallway. The bathrooms were "modern" compared to most hotel bathrooms in Europe. The hotel location was convenient to major sites and beautiful, just alongside the Arno River. We loved the little courtyard area with the Church on the other side, as well as the Garden Terrace which was just across the hallway from our rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. Convenient to most everything you might want to visit. The staff at the front desk is first class....friendly, helpful and always making you feel welcome. The small lobby bar is fun to stop at for a pre-dinner cocktail....both bartenders were professional, friendly and halarious to talk with....make sure you stop by for at least on drink before a night out.

This place was just amazing! Staff fabulous! Hotel and room fabulous! I wont stay anywhere else but here!

The hotel is tucked away on a small side street just a block from the Ponte Vecchio, though it seems like worlds away - The staff is attentive and told us about smaller restaurants and places to go that were off the beaten path, giving us a less touristy view of Florence, while still being near enough to all of it to make walking the way to go. The room was large and had an outside balcony that we sat on during the eveining with a glimpse of the Duomo (there are some rooms overlooking the river available as well). If you're looking to be in the middle of it all, without being in the middle of it all, then this is the place to go.

We have stayed at the Berchielli before and always enjoyed our stay. This time or room was upgraded, and we had the perfect view of the Arno. Always a pleasure !

FABULOUS hotel! Clean and great staff.

Lovely hotel overall. Staff are extremely helpful and the location is fantastic. Went with friends who had been to Florence before and they all said this would be their first choice of hotel in future. Only downside was that some rooms a little dark and small especially the single occupancy ones. Having said that you don't spend much time in your room in a city like Florence.

I just love the location of this hotel. It is right near the Ponte Vecchio. My room and bathroom this time was much larger. I found the staff at the reception extremely helpful and responsive.

Perfect location in relation to Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace area of town, but not walking distance from train station, if that is important. Right on Arno River. Very close to best high end shopping area. Included breakfast was outstanding, but I did miss having coffee available in room. Hotel staff was most helpful and accommodating.

Excellent location, beautiful city. Breakfast ok. Quirky setup for leaving door key with reception but overall great hotel.

Lovely lobby, nicely-decorated room; however, the room was warm and the air conditioning wasn't available yet (we were there in early April). There was a nice breeze when we opened the window, but we got mosquitoes in the room that way. Aside from that little problem, the breakfasts were terrific and the outside spaces were lovely. Do ask for a room that opens to the courtyard to avoid street noise. Ours was an interior room and it was very quiet even though the hotel is quite close to the Ponte Vecchio.

This was our 5th stay at Hotel Berchielli. Great location right on the river and walking to any of the attractions in Florence is a breeze. Staff is great as is the facility. I would not think of staying anywhere else. Hotel has a fantastic breakfast room with staff and large selection of food.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Florence. Easily one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

The only thing I did NOT like was the room was way too warm. Had to leave the window open all the time. On week-ends it was noisy with the window open. Everything else was great. Loved the location.

Just spent two weeks traveling in Italy. Worst Hotel of the lot. I agree with the Brit comments. No way this is a 4 star. Lobby is nice, but the Hotel is just a bottom line operation. Impersonal staff, who ignore you for no reason. (with the exception of a couple of young ladies, who I assume are in training). Marginal no host breakfast. Rooms seem to be furnished with cast offs. Elevators are ready for a museum. Floor plan all chopped up. This is your basic tour package hotel and is run as such. 3 star at best.

A very good small hotel conveniently located with large rooms. Our room had a view of the river which was very nice.

it was a great stay at the hotel. Great service, clean room close to everything. Monuments restaurants, etc.

This is a beautiful, mid-size hotel in the heart of Florence. The location cannot be beat. You are a two to ten minute walk to all of the great art, architecture, and culinary destinations you want to see in Florence. You are a 15-minute walk or five-minute cab ride to the main train station for your day trips to Siena, Pisa, or Chianti. Wonderful breakfast, all very luxurious and nice staff. The rooms are "European", so don't expect a palatial bathroom or an over-size bedroom. But when in Italy, live like an Italian, and you will LOVE this hotel!

Staff was helpful and friendly, the hotel location was great and central to many attractions and the breakfast was a nice add to the stay.

Beautiful hotel located right on the river. The service was outstanding. We stayed an extra 4 days since we loved it so much. We will definitely stay here when we go back. Massimo provided excellent service and made our trip extra special.

Walking distance to everything you'd want to see. Free breakfast is fantastic

The stay was great. There was only one complaint and that they turned the ari conditioning off and it was extremely warm.

good will choose the hotel again

Enjoyed coming back to the hotel each night. Giovanni the bartender was a welcome sight and made us the best martinis we have ever had! He was a joy to talk with. Look forward to seeing him again. He is a valuable asset to this hotel.

This hotel was quite nice and the location was good. We were able to walk everywhere and it is close to the Uffizi. If you want to spend more time near the Duomo, you could walk a lot less with a location closer to that part of town. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The only negative was the lack of a shower curtain and a sitdown shower arrangement. I see the pictures show it differently, but that was not our experience.

We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and I wanted something very special for my wife. Hotel Berchielli exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located just off the Arno river in Florence on the North side, an ideal location for visiting the Uffizi, Academia and the markets. The hotel facilities and features were superb, Breakfast was served every day and gave us a good start. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect location...close to everything. The entrance to the hotel is special as well. The room was a surprise, as we had to go up a flight of stairs after we entered our room. It gave us a nice storage area under the stairs. The room was average size...good size bed and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and nicely arranged. Very nice hotel and would stay again for sure.

We enjoyed a wonderful few days in Florence, able to walk to all the main sites from the hotel. Brilliant! Hotel Berchielli was a lovely place to stay; super room, comfortable beds, good food, helpful friendly staff. However, no tea or coffee in room!

Hotel Berchielli was by far the best of all the hotels we stayed in Italy. We appreciated the convenience of wifi in our room where other hotels required us to be in the lobby and/or charged for the use. Room was clean and spacious. Also, staff at the desk was amazing. Breakfasts were quite good and we couldn't beat the great location.We definitely would stay there again.
