Hotel Trevi - רומא

Second time staying at Hotel Trevi. The room was in a different building than our first stay. We reserved a triple room with 3 beds, and the pull out sofa was very uncomforable. The only lights were wall sconces controlled by a wall switch that lit up the room very brightly, but not good for someone else trying to sleep. No window, but had a door to a courtyard which we kept closed at night. We couldn't start the wall fan/air with the remote. The bathroom had some mold in the shower and the sink stopper didn't work. Didn't get our wake up call. We informed the front desk to no avail. The rate was quite high for the room condition, even though it was Saturday. I had to ask for a copy of the receipt for our first stay earlier that week because I only had a credit card receipt.

Great location.

Save yourself some time, money and disgust by booking elsewhere. The pictures on the website are in no way indicative of what the actual rooms look like. The walls in our room were filthy. The furniture was outdated, cheap and damaged. The grout in the bathroom was stained and moldy. Rome is a pretty warm city. The AC is controlled by the hotel , not you. The heat was on in our room and it was stifling. The location was decent, but Rome is a very walkable city, so staying near a major attraction isn't really necessary. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. It was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. By far.

Fantastic location 10 minute walk to all of the main sites. Slighly noisy with the church bells but i think you will get that anywhere.

Rooms were ok for the price ($100 per night). There is no wifi except in the main hotel. They have several hotel locations under hotel Trevi which is fine except there is no wifi at the other locations which would be nice.

Stayed in another part of the hotel that was a apartment about a block away. This building had genuine marble statues, and many antiquities in the courtyard. Room was a bit wierd with bathroom downstairs and bed upstairs, but if you can get over that, this was an awesome location

It was grand small and clear an noisy but central and good value. Would recommend for a cheap and cheerful night.

LOVED the hotel location- fantastic, and close to everything! Just a short walk to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Piazza Navona. Tons of restaurants and shops closeby...breakfast was fantastic, but sadly the hotel is weird. The ONLY rooms they have available in the main building where you check in and breakfast is served are Standard. Therefore, beware if you upgrade then you will be moved to a satellite building a few blocks away. We found the satellite building weird, cold, uncomfortable and namely very UNSAFE. There was no security and no other tenants...very bizarre so we demanded to switch rooms but the price was not adjusted from a deluze that we paid to the standard that we were given in the main building. For such a lovely location, such a disappointment.

Although we booked at the Hotel Trevi, on arirval we were told our room was at another of their properties. The place where we stayed was not a hotel at all. It was on the 5th floor of an apartment buildling. The first 4 floors appeared to be residences. There was no lobby -- or any other hotel amenity at this location -- just a hallway with numbered doorways. Our room was new, with sleek contemporary decor, very clean, and small for 3 people. For breakfast, we had to leave our building and walk a block to the actual Hotel Trevi. The location was great, right down a short street to the Trevi Fountain.

The hotel was clean and perfect location. The staff were very helpful, polite and welcoming. Would definitely reoommend it.

Our room was located off premises, but it was just a few steps away & very private. It had all the amenities required & was very clean. It was in a great location with many good restaurants, shops & all the sites we wanted to visit within walking distance. Signing in & checking out of the hotel is slow, but courteous & very helpful. There is breakfast available on the roof of the hotel at a low price. I would return there on my next trip & would recommend it to friends & family.

Great location!! Only problem was our key kept getting deactivated going through security scanners. Not the hotels fault but it was frustrating because we were on the 5th floor with no lift and in a satelite building 3 blocks away!!

Great location for sight-seeing. Front desk staff spoke English but were not friendly; other staff were friendly but did not speak much if any English. Not sure we got the type of rooms we booked through your service. Price we paid was more than what they were charging other people staying there. Breakfast was good as was the hours. No elevator to the breakfast area; stairs narrow and steep.

It was nice!

We only stayed here for the one night, fantastic location to see the Trevi fountain as it is literally 2 minutes from the hotel. We stayed in a family room that was around the corner from the hotel, it was nothing glamorous but it was fine for the night. Probably wouldn't stay here again

Great great great location. The standard was good, I payed a low price for 3 nights my expectations were toped. A normal 3 star hotel.

Hotel is just steps away from Trevi Fountain and a short walk to major sights... but its really a 2 star hotel at best. They also try to sell you on a sister property nearby, but don't fall for it!

Chose this location because we've been to Rome before and this is an excellent starting point for almost any day trip. My wife and I, and 4 kids (ages 13-19) walked everywhere during our stay. Stroll to the Vatican, Colosseum, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, high-end designer stores - all 30 minutes or less on foot from the hotel - Vatican maybe 40 minutes depending how quickly you walk. You can easily walk for hours in the general area as there is much to see. The Trevi Fountain is of course seconds away around the corner. There is a grocery store a few steps from the Trevi Fountain - directly to your left when standing back facing the fountain (60 seconds from the hotel to the store). Water and beer are less than one-quarter of the price at restaurants and convenience stores - buy water here before setting out each day, and a cold beer to take back to your room in the evening (open until 9pm). We had a 2-person and 4-person room, which were located in a separate building around the corner. The fact that our rooms were not in the main building was okay, but we had to walk our bags to the main hotel building when we left because the taxi/van could not fit down the road/path that led to our rooms. A little inconvenient but not too bad. Overall, a great location from which to explore Rome. Enjoy the Eternal City...

We stayed in a family room - a 2 room suite - with 2 single beds (for the kids) and a not too comfortable pulled out sofabed. Somewhat run-down interior and furnishings, but reasonably well functioning. The staff was very busy, both at the breakfast buffet and in general, and did not always carry out promised maintenance. All in all a comfortable, 3 star city hotel with a great, central location.

When I arrived tired from Athens I was very pleased to pull up at this out of the way, in a tiny lane-way that the taxi could hardly squeeze through, charming Hotel. But was soon to be totally disappointed to be told a large group had checked in and they were full! So the Trevi Hotel remains a mystery. I was bumped to a Hotel near a busy intersection so was noisy but I was upgraded into a room with a spa - cup half full! I would recommend if thinking about going to Rome to book a Hotel off the main streets, such as the Trevi. Hopefully you wont get bumped!

I arrived to the Hotel Trevi as our last stay after being in Florence Italy with my family of 6. I would not recommend this hotel for the following reasons. Lights did not work (except one) Hotel was simular to old Motel 6 in a ghost town, very old furnishings, cheap furniture, cold floors, no carpet dark old room. We were put outside hotel down ally away from main Hotel. We complained and they said at the main desk that we could be transfered to a newer hotel in the business district. This hotel was far from the Hotel Trevi and the restaurants that were close by were terrible. When we went to check out they said that they did not take credit cards as we need to get cash. We were detained as we had to find a cash machine before leaving. It was very stressful and the front desk was not friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this Hotel at all.

Our room was in the "annex", not the main hotel, and this may well be an advantage, as it was quiet, recently renovated and, for Rome, very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was fine (if a little crowded). And the Trevi fountain is under 1 minute away. Recommended with hesitation.

This was an over-all positive experience. The location of the Hotel Trevi couldn't be more ideal -- especially considering it's so quiet throughout out the night. The staff was wonderful and would definitely return. Thanks for such a great experience!

Rent och fräscht hotell, runt hörnet från Fontana di trevi. Rummet var inte stort, men där fanns allt vi behövde. Bra frukostbuffé, inte bara sötsaker.

Et lite intimt hotell, veldig hyggelig og serviceminded betjening! Ligger midt i smørøyet til Trevifontenen, Spansketrappen og masse koselige cafer/resturanter/barer. Også kort vei til butikker av div slag. Vi var vedlig fornøyde! Pass på og få rom på hotellet og ikke i bygget siden av, vi var litt uheldig der, med ansatte som ordnet opp på best mulig måte! :)

Vi ankommer hotellet klokken 12, blir fortalt at det var overbooket og at vi måtte tilbringe natten på et annet hotell. Vi ble sendt til et hotell i utkanten av byen langt unna alle severdigheter. Vi syntes dette var veldig uheldig, siden vi hadde så lite tid i Roma, og vi ville bruke tiden i sentrum av byen. Dagen etter fikk vi omsider rom på Trevi Hotell, hvor vi trivdes veldig bra. Det ligger perfekt til i forhold til det som er verdt å se i Roma.

Selve hotellet var veldig lite og koselig. Koselig resepsjon og fine, store rom. MEN aircontidionen fungerte ikke, noe som gjorde rommet ulevelig varmt, selv i april. I tillegg var det ikke internett på rommet, slik som vi ble lovet på forhånd. Da vi bestilte hotellet, tenkte vi at det var perfekt at hotellet lå så nærme alle turistattraksjonene, og rett ved siden av Trevi-fontenen. Der tok vi feil. Bare vi gikk noen meter ut av døren, sto det selgere som maste, og innkastere som fulgte etter oss. I tillegg var det helt stappfult med mennesker rundt Trevi-fontenen absolutt hele døgnet. Det var slitsomt i lengden. Ellers var det et greit hotel, men vi ville nok valgt et som lå litt borte fra alt turist-maset. Roma er uansett en fantastisk by :)

Meget lille værelse, blev dog uden problemer flyttet til et søster hotel (Trevi Collection) efter første overnatning, hvor der dog lugtede kraftigt af kloak på badeværelset. Meget fin morgenmadsbuffet og god betjening.

Das Hotel ist toll gelegen. Besser geht es nicht. Leider waren wir im separaten Teil des Hotels untergebracht.

투룸짜리 방을 예약해서 넓직한 응접실과 방은 참 마음에 들었습니다. 하지만 저희 방은 다른 건물과 동 떨어져 있어서 처음에 약간 놀랬습니다. 홈페이지에는 그런사항이 명시 되지 않았었거든요 .. 호텔 체크인을 했는데 체크인한 호텔에서 300m정도 떨어진 곳에 저희 방이 있었습니다 암튼 첨에 무척 놀랐습니다. 조식은 굉장히 맛있었습니다. 매우 좋았습니다. 안타까운 점은 욕실에 욕조가 없었다는 것입니다. 또 소파가 약간 불편하였습니다. 그리고 아무래도 트레비 분수때문에 늦게까지 밖에서 떠드는 사람이 많아 창문을 열어놓으면 매우 씨끄러웠으나 방음 시설이 잘 되어서 창문을 닫으면 매우 아늑한 방이었습니다.

Sono stata molto bene , il personale gentile e premuroso, colazione abbondante e varia, posizione strategica , stanza piccola ma confortevole e pulita .

Design et propreté de la chambre catégorie "supérieure" ; situé à coté de la Fontaine de Trévi, et permettant la découverte de Rome à pieds. Situé dans une petite rue, cet hôtel garde son calme et son authenticité. Dommage que les chambres de cette catégorie soient situées dans un immeuble à part, avec une entrée d'immeuble un peu déroutante. Très bon petit déjeuner, varié, et situé au dernier étage de l'hôtel, dans un cadre typique.

많은 의견처럼, 금액 대비 만족스런 호텔입니다. 가격은 매우 저렴하고 방도 넓습니다. 아침 식사도 만족스럽고 위치도 관광지에 트레비 분수와 아주 가깝습니다. 다만, 호텔 메인 빌딩이 예약이 꽉 차서, 그 옆의 호텔 소유 건물에 묶었는데 방은 넓었지만, 시설이 좀 노후했어요. 세면대 뚜껑이 고장나서 수리를 받았는데도 여전히 고장이 나서..ㅎㅎ 전체적으로 가격대비 괜찮아요.

Hvis man ikke oensker at opholde sig for det meste paa hotellet er dette et super hotel. Rigtig fint set I forhold til den lave pris. Vaerelserne er smaa og intet faelles omraade/lounge omraade paa hotellet. Beliggenheden er fantastisk central og der er kort gaaafstand til det meste. Mange gode reastauranter I naerheden.

Trevligt hotell som ligger verkligen centralt. Frukostpersonalen hade svårt att hinna med en av dagarna, men har man semester så har man inte så bråttom heller. Vi kan tänka oss Hotel Trevi igen när vi åker till Rom.

Sehr gute Lage. Alles zu Fuß möglich.Frühstück i.O. Service sehr gut.Ideal für Stadtbesichtigung.

Hotellet är mycket väl placerat mitt i Rom. Vi blev dock, som andra, placerade i ett rum som låg i ett hus en bit från själva hotellet. Detta rum låg på en innergård där också en restaurang hade sin bakväg. Rummet i sig var mycket rent, nyrenoverat, och bra. Men Något obekvämt med oklarheten kring vad det var för hus vi var i. Dörren var dessutom inte helt ok vilket bidrag till en känsla av osäkerhet. Påpekade aldrig för hotellet om detta då vi gillade läget och hur fräscht rummet var. Vi var dessutom minimalt där. Frukost serverades på rummet och den var OK. Pratade minimalt med de i receptionen, de övriga var trevliga.

Vores ophold kunne ikke være bedre. Dette hyggelige lille hotel lå simpelthen i smørhullet i Rom - knap 100 meter til Trivifontænen. Vi boede i ejendommen lige ved siden af hotellet i et nyt istandsat dejligt værelse, hvor de havde formået at bevare den originale charme i dette gamle hus. Morgenmaden var ok - der manglede ikke noget. Alt i alt kan vi kun sige at vi har være MEGET tilfredse.
