If you want a hotel well placed and are not too worried about frills and fancies, this is a good choice. You are in the centre of town, just 2 mins walk from the Duomo and right in the middle of shopping streets. The hotel is basic - you wil get a clean room, the showering facilities are very basic. The location can get a bit noisy at night with street performers. Wi-fi is only available in the breakfast room, breakfast is basic but good enough.

Great location, but this is more a youth hostel than a hotel.

My wife and I arrived early and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage while we explored the city for a few hours. Then when we checked-in they informed us we wouldn't be staying at the hotel but in an apartment a few blocks away. We were very surprised, the apartment was clean and modern. We did walk to the main hotel for breakfast which was basic and to use the wi-fi. The hotel and the apartments are in great locations, we walked to all the major sights. You have to check out the amazing rooftop view. Our only complaint was how rude the staff was, they seemed bothered when you would ask them a question.

The hotel is located at the heart of Florence and that is important if you have a limited range of mobility and it has a terrace on the top floor which offers an incredible view of the whole historical city. However, you have to put up with a less than welcoming reception area, small, cold and unkept. The rooms have no tvs or any other source of entertainment, no coffee machine, no refrigerator, just a hair dryer in the bathroom. The bathrooms are very small, no room for showers so they have a hole in the floor and you stand next to the toilet to take your shower, we bought some shower shoes not to slip, we also bought towels, because the ones the hotel provided were of the thickness and absorbency of dish towels. Breakfast was a basket of bread and crackers with little jam and butter packages, coffee, tea etc... were from a selfservice machine. Very little effort was made to make this establishement what should be a very nice hotel. Finally expect to pay a surcharge of 2 euros per person per day before you checkout.

When I booked this hotel I didn't think about the noise in the area. I tried to sleep early the first evening of my stay. There was music playing quite loudly at a bar below my room and the bells from the tower of the duomo are also quite loud. The location is great, but since everything is walking distance downtown I would probably choose to stay closer to the train station next time where there isn't so much noise in the evening or maybe across the river.

The visit was about to start poorly when I was told that they were booked at the main location so they were going to send me to a different building. After a short walk with mediocre directions I found the building and went to my room... Which turned out to be a 3 room apartment with sink, bathroom, and refrigerator. It was fantastic! the living room window had a direct view of il duomo. Room was clean, bathroom and shower were spotless. Location is very central and tremendously convenient for shoppers and tourists alike. Breakfast was included in the room and was sparse at best - even for a "Continental Breakfast".

We spent 2 nights in the hotel. The location is perfect. All major tourist sites are in 2-10 min walk. Our room was...ok. Furniture is old. Bathroom is tiny. At first, we thought it didn't have a shower, but then we looked up and saw shower head coming out of the wall, no doors, shower curtain or anything we used to. It was not bad, but unexpected. Also, bathroom and towels smell weird, probably because of cleaning products they use there. But for the price paid the hotel was good.

Great location just out of the Duomo square and good Price. I was given a tiny single room (Think of a small closet...). Friendly staff switched me to a decent room with a tiny bathroom (the shower was almost over the toilette) that was OK. Rooms don't have AC just a fan which can be challenging in the summer!

No Wi-fi in the room, thats the only drawback. Wifi is available only in dinning area. If I go to florence next time, Medici will be my first choice.

Não gostamos do hotel: o banheiro é péssimo, muito apertado e o chuveiro horrível... Só a localização do hotel que é boa...

Meget ægte italiensk oplevelse. Spartansk men alt hvad man behøver. Man skal kunne sove fra gladeliv og renovation og gadevask om natten. Skønt med tagterrassen.

4泊しました。Duomoのすぐ近くで、どこに行くにも徒歩圏内で便利でした。1日目は部屋番号を後からつけたおそらく掃除の方のお部屋だった所？で狭かったですが、そのおかげで残り3泊はDuomoをすぐそばに感じられる6階の部屋でした。眺めもよく最高でした。イタリアですので、シャワーのみというのは仕方ないですが、総じてよかったです。

La gente del hotel es amable, sin embargo deberian omitir que tiene desayuno incluido cuando solo es cafe y un pan con mermelada, es decir, es mejor saber que no cuentas con ello que la decepción de cuando llegas a desayunar...Tampoco se especifica que los toilette son compartidos por piso. Oh y si quieres dejar la maleta, asegurate de no dejar nada de valor, ya que la dejan a la vista y alcance de todos (sin supervision)

Es buen hotel, limpio y habitaciones agradables. El único inconveniente es que solo hay internet en la sala de espera.

Bra. Det er et to stjerners hotell så kvalitetsforventninger må tilpasses det.rommet var fint og renslig - men uheldigvis veldig lytt. Det var dusj på rommet vårt - men den var egentlig mer symbolsk da trykket i den kan sammenlignes med en 2 år gammels gutt vannpistol.. Beliggenheten er det som trekker dett skikkelig opp - midt i byen klemt mellom alle severdighetene.hva gjelder de ansatte var det noen som kunne ha tatt seg et lynkurs i dannelse og høflighet - men heldigvis var resepsjonen noe man bar gikk rett forbi.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel for 4days in the winter. The location, the center of this city, was the strong point. After going out for sightseeing, my room got cleaned and the staff was kind. Although I couldn't say this hotel was the best, I could get as much as I paid. I'm concerned about visiting here in the summmer. Maybe it can be hot......because there's no airconditioner. In conclusion, if I visit Firenze again with the just poor budget, I'll put up at this hotel. You can get your money's worth......

Hyvin lähellä Duomoa ja vain 5 min kävely asemalle. Hotellin ylimmässä kerroksessa mukava terassi, jonne 6.krs:n huoneista myös suora pääsy huoneesta. Huone hyvin vaatimaton, mutta hiljainen, hajuton ym, siis ok. Aamiaisella pari sämpylää, keksejä ja automaatista saa eri hakea erilaisia kahveja ja kaakaota sekä mehua.

no tiene comodidades pero es limpio, esta muy bien ubicado y es muy economico

會選擇住這家旅館是因為相對地理環境離所有景點都近,check in時間是下午兩點,當天比較早到,工作人員也算客氣先讓行李寄放,但是等到兩點了,房間還沒準備好,繼續等到兩點半多近三點突然告知我請我到別的飯店去. 沒遇過這樣對待客人的,我用英語跟他力爭, 得到的卻是一連串聽不懂的意大利語,最後我只好接受去她說的另一家飯店住

Vi är jättenöjda med hotellet. Rena rum och jättebra läge, vad mer kan man önska!

ドゥオモなどのすぐ近くの利便性がとてもいいホテルでした。朝軽食が付いてこの値段なら本当にコストパフォーマンスがいいと思います。ただトイレが共同だったり備え付けの備品がほとんど無かったので寝るためだけのホテルと考えた方うがいいでしょう。２階は無料WIFIスペースになってます。

Ideal gelegen, mitten in der Stadt (Paizza Republica). Abgefallen: das Frühstück. Kein Buffet, man erhält nur Brötchen mikt Marmelade oder Honig

No me gusto mucho la habitacion, por un lado no tenia cortinas, solo postigos y si abrias las ventanas te veian del hotel de al lado. Eso reduce mucho la privacidad. Fui en verano y habia un ventilador en la habitacion y hacia mucho calor. Pero lo que se lleva el peor puntaje es el receptaculo para la ducha. Habia leido sobre eso pero no crei que era tan pequenio. Creo que era de 50 cm por 50 cm, realmente te chocas las paredes al baniarte. Eso no me gusto para nada. Quizas el banio en otras habitaciones sea mas comodo.

El desayuno es malo, todos los días dan lo mismo, pan con mermelada, el baño es muy pequeño y es incomodo tomar la ducha.
