Fresh Hotel - אתונה

השהות במלון Fresh הייתה מהנה מאוד. הצוות היה נפלא ונענה לכל בקשה שלנו. מלון נקי ונראה יפה וצוות כזה חברותי, מה עוד אפשר לבקש.. באשר לאיזור, נכון הוא נראה קצת מקופח ומוזנח, אך אף אחד לא מציק לך גם מאוחר בלילה, פשוט להיזהר כמו בכל איזור חדש שאינו מוכר.

נשארנו במלון Fresh במשך שבוע בדצמבר. היה מאוד נקי והצוות ידידותי. אנחנו מעריכים את העוגיות המסורתיות שקיבלנו בכל יום בדלפק הקבלה כמו גם את הכפות המתוקות שקיבלו אותנו בחדר ביום הראשון. מזנון ארוחת הבוקר נפלא! ישנן הרבה אפשרויות באוכל וזה היה פלוס גדול של המלון. השכונה היא במרחק הליכה מהאקרופוליס אך זה איננו ישר ל- Plaka. זה בקרבת שוק הבשר והדגים ושוק הירקות והפרות שהוא מאוד נקי במשך היום אבל זה אומר שהאזור מאוד הומה. באופן כללי אני ממליצה גם לאחרים על המלון

התארחתי במלון Fresh פעמיים ולא אהסס לחזור שוב. אני אוהב את העיצוב המודרני, מרפסת הגג והבר, וגם החמימות של הלובי (גם בקבלה וגם באיזור המשפחתי). אנשים צריכים להיות מודעים לעובדה שהסביבה קצת לא סימפטית, אך בשעות הבוקר האיזור בסדר ובמרחק הליכה ממספר רב של אתרים. בלילה כדאי לנסוע במוניות. המלון משקף את הערך אשר הוא נותן, ואני מעריך זאת. אני בוודאות אחזור שוב!

המלון ממוקם קרוב לאקרופוליס ולאזורי הקניות. הצוות ידידותי ומועיל. המיטה שלנו הייתה נוחה מאוד והחדרים נקיים. הבעיה היחידה הייתה שהמקלחת הזילה מיים לכל עבר מה שקצת מעצבן וחדר האמבטיה פיצפון. ארוחת הבוקר פנטאסטית עם פירות טריים, מאפים טריים ואפילו מיץ תפוזים סחוט טרי. סביבת הבריכה גם היא פנטאסטית ונותנת לך מבט נהדר על האקרופוליס. הייתי בהחלט ממליצה על המלון וגם מתארחת בו בעצמי ללא היסוס, פעם נוספת.

הייתי בהחלט מתארח במלון Fresh פעם נוספת. הוא ממוקם קרוב לבית העירייה ובמרחק הליכה דרך רחוב Athinas מכיכר Omonia וכיכר Monastiraki . האקרופוליס במרחק עליה מתונה מ Monastiraki. המראה מגג המלון של האקרופוליס המואר בלילה הוא מרהיב. החדר שלנו היה נקי ומצוייד היטב וארוחת הבוקר הכלולה הייתה מעולה. הטלויזיה הייתה מחוברת למספר ערוצים בשפות שונות כולל אנגלית. לא נוכל לשבח את הצוות יותר על היעילות שלהם. תמיד היו מוכנים לעזור (כמו למצוא מכונית פרטית כדי להסיע מישהו בזמן שביתת התחבורה שהתרחשה כשהיינו שם) או כשלקחו אותנו לחנות שכנה כדי לקנות בטריה לשעון. השכונה בלילה יכולה הייתה לעורר קצת דאגה, אבל לא היו לנו בעיות. לגברת אחת הייתה היתקלות עם אדם ברחוב ממול כשהגיעה, אבל הצוות מיד בא לעזרתה, שלח את האדם לדרכו ואותה ללובי ללא ארועים נוספים. נהג המונית שלנו אמר שמלון Fresh הוא השווה ביותר באתונה ואנחנו בהחלט מסכימים. הכל מכל בכל, היינו מרוצים מן השהייה שלנו במלון Fresh

על אף שהוא נמצא בחלק הפחות נעים של אתונה, Fresh ממוקם באופן כזה שנוח להגיע לשתי תחנות של הרכבת התחתית ולחלקים הפחות מתוירים של אתונה ((Psyrri).עיצוב וריהוט מודרני פנטאסטי. שירות ידידותי וידעני. מזנון ארוחת בוקר טעים. נקי ונוח. שווה ביותר.

החדר היה בסדר. שום דבר מיוחד. חדר האמבטיה והרצפה קצת שחוקים אבל נקיים. הצוות אדיב מאוד ומועיל. המסעדה והבר בקומה ה9, מהממים. נוף משגע של האקרופוליס ביום ובלילה. הצוות מצויין בבר, בברכה ובמסעדה, מאוד מועיל. עם זאת המלון ממוקם באזור מאוד חשוך! זה איננו מקום מתאים למשפחה או אם אתה מטייל לבד. ישנה חנות לאביזרי סקס צמוד לכניסה הראשית ונוספת מעבר לפינה. בלילה, גברות משדלות לעשות איתן עסקים באותו רחוב. המלון היה בסדר אבל ממוקם באזור מפחיד.

נווה מדבר במרכז העיר. מלון מודרני עם בריכה ומסעדת גג פנטאסטית. ממש נווה מדבר של נוחות ועיצוב מודרני במרכז העיר. אחרים הטילו ספק ב'נחשקות' של המיקום של המלון אשר איננו מן החכמים, אבל הוא מצויין אם אתה רוצה להיות במרכז העיר הסוענת הזו. חמישה כוכבים ממני. הצוות מאוד ידידותי ולא יכול היה להיות יותר מועיל.

מלון fresh היה הפתעה נעימה ובאותו זמן היו בו כמה דברים מטרידים. החדרים מהממים, במיוחד החדרים המערביים בקומות הגבוהות שפונים לאקופוליס ולשמש השוקעת. החדרים נקיים, עם סטייל, נוחים ובטוחים. תכשירי האמבטיה של Korres, נהדרים. אבל בדלפק קבלה לא הכל מושלם. הChecking in ארך לנצח, והchecking out לקח כמעט אותו זמן. תשכרו עוד כוח אדם, אנשים! הבריכה והבר על הגג נהדרים, עם קוקטילים יוצאי דופן ויצירתיים אף שהם עולים 11-15 אירו האחד! באופן כללי הייתי ממליץ על המלון בהיסתיגות מה בקשר לצוות ולשכונה הנחותה.

המלון מציע העברה לשדה התעופה וזו הסיבה שבחרנו בו. היינו שם בזמן שביתת המוניות ולא היה כל איסוף. נאמר לנו שהיה עלינו להזמין מראש כאשר צילצלנו לאשר זמן הגעת הטיסה שלנו. כמובן שלא נשאר מקום עבורינו. לא הודיעו לנו שעלינו להזמין מראש או שההסעה עלולה להיות מלאה והשאירו אותנו להשתמש במטרו. היה לנו צורך בהסעה מוקדמת לשדה התעופה מפני שהטיסה שלנו עזבה בשעה 8:50 בעוד שההסעה המוקדמת ביותר עזבה בשעה 8:00 אז אמרו שיחפשו עבורינו אמצעי תחבורה אחר. אני מניחה שמצאו מישהו שיסיע אותנו אלא שזה היה אמור לעלות לנו 55 אירו. כך שבסופו של דבר קמנו בשעה 5:00 בבוקר כדי לנסוע במטרו. המלון עצמו היה מצויין רק המיקום הוא ירוד מאוד. כשעזבנו בחמש וחצי בבוקר לכיוון המטרו היו יצאניות ברחוב וגברים שקראו לעברנו קריאות גנאי . אל תזמינו מקום במלון הזה אם תהיו זקוקים לכל סוג של הסעה, הם מציעים הסעה אלא שלמעשה היא לא זמינה.

Great location, stayed twice in one week - you can stroll out and visit the public market, very fun. Really great breakfast, nice staff & a good job in renovating what I assume was a standard downtown Athens building into such a nice, trendy hotel. Our first room was top notch, our second had some funky smells from the drainage in the bathroom. Overall, really great value for a centrally located, modern hotel.

The room was clean and brightly lit. The bathroom was huge and I was exceptionally happy that the hotel acceded to my request for a bathroom with a bathtub. The beds were comfy and the pillows were of the right fluffiness. The hotel has a rooftop swimming pool and bar which was nice to chill with friends and the breakfast spread is one of the best I have had.

The hotel was great! Amazing staff! Especially Elene in the reception!!!! She booked all of our restaurants for us and we were always very happy with her choices! Also she reserved a great bouzoukia for us that we loved! She is extremely nice and knowledgable! The rest of the staff was also great and always courteous and very helpful! This along with the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel and not to forget the awesome breakfast that is included made our trip the best!!! Cannot say enough about the staff and especially Elene!!! :))))

A very pleasant hotel. Very helpful staff, they made sure we had a map with the hotel location clearly marked and the locations of the major tourist spots. Everyone spoke excellent English (our Greek is very poor!). Breakfast was very good - always plenty of options and good service. There is a nice bar and pool at the top of the hotel - but the drinks are pricey as you might expect in a hotel (we paid more for two non-alcoholic drinks than we did for an excellent meal later that even). It was about an easy 15 min walk from the central Metro station (Monastakis) - which is on the direct line to the main airport. If you have a small case or suitcase on wheels, you can easily walk to the hotel from the Metro station if you are reasonably fit. Our room only had a shower (no bath) so make sure you request a room type with a bath if this is important. Saying that, the shower was excellent with a nice hand shower and a large rose main shower. The hotel has free wifi (as do many places in Athens) so that was really useful. The local area looked a bit run down, but we walked to and from the hotel at night over the weekend with no problems or any concern about our safety.

Room was very well appointed and comfortable. Great bathroom with luxurious toiletries.Check in friendly and efficient. Good buffet style breakfast. The hotel is a very easy walk from monastiraki and omonia metro stations and the sights of Athens. It is in a 'local' area near to the markets but as a single female traveller I felt very comfortable with walking into the central area of Athens. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Fresh Hotel for 1 night after returning from Santorini mad before flying home. It was the reviews on hotels.com, combined with the good price that made me pick this place. We were not disappointed! Our room was beautiful and modern, the bed super comfortable and the air conditioning very responsive. The free WiFi was also great - fast and easy to access.. The front desk crew were always helpful. The rooftop pool area and restaurant were very nice and the food they serve was delicious! The only tiny complaint I have is that the hot food at the breakfast buffet was more like Luke-warm food, but the fresh orange juice pretty much made up for that. I would highly recommend this hotel for a night (or longer) in Athens.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and was returning a couple days later for another night and was so happy that the staff was so helpful and allowed us to store our luggage with them for a couple of days. The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff was so friendly and always willing to help. would definitely stay here again.

Excellent, could walk everywhere, I saw no problems in the area , the rooftop bar with acropolis views is fantastic

Great hotel - modern, comfortable, great location, good price, great food & pool. We stayed on our way to the Greek islands and it was handily located near the Acropolis, but alos centrally located between the airport where we flew in and the port where we were due to catch a ferry. Roof top restaurant had amazing food. Would definately stay here again. The surrounding neighbourhood wasn't amazing but was not as bad as some of the other posts seem to make out. For Athens standards it was pretty normal!

Reading some other reviews about the location before my stay, I was slightly anxious. However, the location although slightly rundown, felt safe during the day and night. It is just down the road from the greek stock exchange and is only 10 minutes walk from Syntagma Square. The rooms were clean, the showers very good and the view from the top floor bar very good.

Very nice hotel in Athens, within walking distance to Monasteraki and Plaka. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very modern, clean, and functional. Small swimming pool on the roof, with view over the Acropolis. Only issue: on the edge of a neighborhood that is not too recommended, especially at night - just don't go there and you'll be fine.

Very nice modern hotel in a central location that was only a 15 min walk from most major attractions in central Athens. Very close to the central market. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful with advice. I would stay here again.

Just close enough to walk to Plaka area, for someone who doesn't mind walking. Restaurants and attractions all required a walk, as nothing was very nearby. Helpful staff, clean, and a good breakfast selection.

lovely place, wow, stunning terrasse with a view and a pool, excellent breakfast with more food than you can eat. Perfect location to take a walk close to main attractions.

This hotel is excellent! I only had a one night stay but i was offered transfer services to and from the port and airport, the room was clean and modern, with a very comfortable bed and amazing pillows!! The facilities are exceptional especially the rooftop pool and cafe with a view of the acropolis! giant cushion sunbeds to lie on and have lunch by the pool made my stay heaven, and the buffet breakfast had everything you can imagine on offer. Would highly recommend to all!!

I know on many sites The Fresh Hotel gets slammed for being in a "sketchy" neighborhood. First of all, the neighborhood is not any more dangerous than any other neighborhood in a major city. If you are a smart traveler with some common sense, you'll be perfectly safe. Secondly, it's not the hotel's fault if you don't like the neighborhood--they can only control what goes on inside their establishment. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful--probably some of the best service I've received from any hotel in any country that I've traveled. The rooftop bar has an unmatched view of the Acropolis and Lykavittos Hill. The hotel is within walking distance of any major attraction within Athens--my wife and I walked from our hotel to Lykavittos Hill--a longer walk, but very fun exploring.

After spending 13 days island hoping in Greece we came back a day before our flight. I guess we chose the Fresh Hotel bc it was our last night and we didnt really care..MISTAKE. We arrived in Athens late from Mykonos and its a pretty far drive from the main port in Athens. Next our room we got reeked of urine. They did give us another room, but the overall feel of the rooms felt very dirty. I dont mind the prostitutes working, but the area is def not a nice area. Breakfast was decent and better than the rooms/hotel. Would not recommend.

Simple, sparse, clean, bright, wonderful personnel, great rooftop bar/dining, and a pool. Views of the Acropolis from the roof. Not the best neighborhood, but the metro is only a 5 minute walk away.

Great hotel, great pool with a view of the Acropolis. Just great really. I have stayed in Athens a number of times & this is the best. I will definitely be back next time.

We stayed over at the Fresh Hotel on our return from Santorini and before flying out the next day for home. Athens itself was quite a jolt after being on a very tourist-friendly island for a week. The taxi driver was a little crazed and the staff at the hotel seemed to be so, as well. They were nice enough but seemed to be very busy (at 11pm at night). The condition of the hotel was nice and fairly modern, same as the room. The most enjoyable part was going to eat at the restaurant on top of the hotel. What a view! The food was great as well as the service. Pool was small but elegant. All in all our rather quick stay with enjoyable enough.

I enjoyed my stay at Fresh Hotel in Athens. It was nice to stay in a nice and clean hotel after walking around Athens which is a pretty dirty place no matter what neighborhood you stay in. The location was good; close to the metro and if you take the tour bus, it passes the Hotel's area 3 times. It was nice to hop on and off the tour bus and not have to sit through the entire tour everytime. Fresh had the best breakfast of my entire 15 day trip to Greece. Free Internet in the room was a plus.

The hotel service was excellent, and staff very friendly and accomodating. Area is not great, and would personally rather pay a bit more for a better area in future.

This is not the first time I stay in this hotel. Not because it is situated really in the heart of Athens, but because my memory of the stuff and and the interior of the rooms was excellent. They even remembered that I stayed there before. If you stay there, don't miss the Panorama bar on the 9th floor. The only trouble I had was to enter the underground garage, as it was very small and if you are with a SUV or something of this kind, it will be impossible for you to enter. Outside the hotel is really impossible to park the car.

The decorations, the breakfast buffet, the suite that we received Room 807 with a huge bathroom and a huge balcony. The service was a 5 star.

Reaaly nice hotel, with very friendly staff. Pool area was cool and excellent view.
