I was not expecting much of this hotel, just looking for a place near the airport, but was surprised to find a spacious room, very clean, helpful staff, all at a reasonable price.

no elevator had a to carry heavy luggage to upstairs room. Breakfast was lacking of choices and out of condiments to go with breakfast foods.

It met our needs

It was a bit difficult to get to, but the rooms were nice and comfortable. Clean hotel. Convenient to airport.

The room was OK but after bring in all of our luggage, we realized the ourdoor sound were quite loud. The window was jammed open and the wind was whistling through a crack on this cold evening. When the manager wasn't to be found, my husband got a tool and with much effort was able to get the window back on its track. I asked for a wake up call since I didn't trust the bedside clock that was not set properly when we arrived. I did not get the call but luckily I awoke 5 minutes before my airport shuttle departure and the driver was good enough to wait longer for me. I had to leave without breakfast.

Worst hotel/motel we stayed in during our 2 week trip around Texas. No elevator, and refusal to put us on 1st floor, and no convenient access to stairs to our room. Super loud guests and hotel staff would not do anything to address that. Poor neighbourhood, but relatively quick access to airport which is why we chose it. Vending and ice machines all had signs saying they were broken. Security cameras everywhere made it feel like it probably gets it share of undesirable guests. I maybe was able to sleep for 1 hour during the night. Would never stay here again. Pay the extra $30 for a better hotel you can actually sleep at!

Cannot say enough nice things about the staff. We had been up since early morning before beginning a six hour drive to the motel. Through no fault of the hotel, the street signs in San Antonio were awful, but eventually, with the help of a local realtor, we found our Super 8. Tired, stiff from the long drive, the staff was wonderful and helpful, even helping us get soft drinks from the machine and getting us to a nearby gas station. Our morning shuttle driver was exceedingly helpful. I called from the airport because I lost my "lucky" necklace. He took the time to look for it and found it in the shuttle. It awaits our return and since it was a gift from my deceased husband, I am so very glad he took the time to look for it and to keep it safe for me. Again, wonderful staff (and next time we'll know how to get there!).

Although the hotel was very quiet, I really feel it was not worth the price/

Room was ok. Getting to hotel location not the easiest.

Muy sucio,no atienden amablemente las reservaciones que se hacen en otras paginas como cheap tickets,el. Parking lo cobran caro ,mal,mal servicio

Hotel was O.K. for the money. Close to Airport with free shuttle. Neighborhood surrounding hotel was a little scarey. I only stayed 1 night, it suited my needs but would not go back.

Very convenient to the airport with shuttle and restaurant delivery to hotel. Very helpful staff. Rooms are not beautiful but good value for the low price.

Very clean, modern and convenient. Staff was kind and helpful. Will return in the future.

The motel staff wasnt helpfull. The room I got at first was not clean it had damp towels all over the place the bathroom had trash all over the floor and the toilet was extremly dirty. After reporting these problems to the front desk it was a fight to get a new room. If I had the time I would have found a new place to stay. The neighborhood is kinda sketchy however the parking lot is well lit. The planes going over are quite loud at night but it is right next to the airport. I would not recommend anyone I no to stay to here.

It was a very nice place to stay. I though by being next to the airport, there was gonna be loud noises....not at all. The people there were nice. It was located about 10 minutes away from everything we needed. I would stay there again and again.

Our room had a lock that had been damaged and we did not feel our room was secure because the door could be popped open with a credit card or other tool when we were out of the room. Bolt lock and hnge worked well when in the room. Also requested an extra coffee pack in the morning from housekeeping, only to be greeted with we don't speak english and we don't have anymore available.

Affordable, located close to the Airport. The rooms were small, beds full size, pool cloudy, there were small ants in our room.

Not the cleanest place and I did not like going out in the area.

I was very disapointed with my stay here. First, the front desk guy was lazy. I had 4 suitcases with me and carried them all by myself while he stood there and watched. Didnt offer to grab one or even to grab the cart for luggage. Unbelievable. Secondly, all they had left was a smoking room. Absolutely disgusting. It smelled so bad in there that if my room wasn't non refundalbe I would have walked right out and went to another hotel. All of my stuff stinks just from spending 1 night in that room. Everything was dirty and the free breakfast...was a joke. If your hungry or you have hungry kids dont plan on filling up with that joke of a breakfast. I wouldn't stay there again if it were free. I recommend looking into other options in the area, theres thousands of other places to go to.

OK 2-star hotel. Breakfast buffet was very limited to two cereals and toaster waffles. However, easy access off of 281. Staff was nice.

Dated, but clean, convenient and priced right.

The location was great as we flew into town around midnight. Could something other than styrofoam be used at the breakfast?

This was an awesome stay!! The gentleman working the evening shift was very courteous and helpful. Very friendly staff! Room was clean and we felt very comfortable there. The only thing we did not like were the beds. They were small and hard we also wanted extra pillows but were only allowed two extras. We will definitely stay there again if ever in that area.
