People drinking in the lobby and being very noisy till midnight . Very annoying and management did nothing.

room was musty, there were stains that looked like blood on the bed, sink area is in the main room, pool area looked about 30 years old - rust everywhere - breakfast is subpar at best. With all the good hotels within 2 minutes of this one, stay elsewhere.

The worst place I have ever stayed. I can't believe Hotels. com would even recommend this place. The hallways were 80 plus degrees with a foul odor. The pool area smelled of strong chemicals. The employees were rude and unconcerned with guests needs. I was told by Hotels.com there was an up charge for a baby bed, which I paid and was told it would be in the room upon arrival. Finally, after three hours of begging, the baby bed arrived and I had to wake the baby to put her in it. My oldest daughter left a sentimental Bible for teen girls in a drawer between the beds. I called the day after check out and was told they would check with housekeeping and call me back. the call wasn't returned, I called them. They had found the Bible and asked for my credit card information for postage. Almost two weeks later when the Bible had not made it to our home I called and was told the person I needed to speak with wasn't there. They took my number and said she would call back. I waited another week and called back. The man, Mark, who answered the phone was rude and I was told that Janet wasn't there and he knew nothing about it. He was not interested in helping me, told me he had other things to take care of and abruptly hung up the phone. I called back and he told me that he had my information, there was nothing he could do to help me and that by calling him back I was harassing him. Nightmare Hotel!

The female night clerk was very unfriendly bordering on rude. The housekeeping did not clean my room for the last 2 days of my stay. I had to call the front desk 3 times throughout the day on Monday only to finally receive clean towels and the trash emptied at 11pm. I was promised an adjustment to my room charge for my first night which was the only night not booked and paid through hotels.com however I finally received an email lastnight with an invoice belonging to some other customer with ALL their personal information included. Another issue was their "business center". It wasnt very functional or user friendly. I couldnt access any of my files or attach and upload files. It made it very difficult to do any work or tend to my college course assignments. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the business center as I was going to be there for almost a week. One good thing was it was convenient to the airport, gas stations, fast food and a few restaraunts.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. Price, convenience, location and amenities are good. Decent indoor pool and hot tub. Only gripe is the breakfast selection is very minimal. Hotel managers and housekeeping staff are nice.

Staff was GREAT! We stayed in room 101. Horrible! It's tight next to the back door which you would expect would make some noise with people coming and going. But this door doesn't have a latch on it. So all night we heard the door SLAM against the door jam every time someone left or entered the building. The next day we asked to switch rooms. They moved us to room 301. The last 3 nights we were there were EXCELLENT! We will definitely stay there again but no where near room 101!

The room smelled strongly of insecticide and cleaner. We had to leave after one night. Many other better places to stay. I won't go here again.

Staff wasn't friendly didn't even say hi when we walked in past the front desk.. Room smelt bad so we bought air freshener. Would pay the extra to stay somewhere nicer, no worth it...,

Over all we were pretty comfortable in our room. It was close to the city & had a nice hot tub too. I would stay there again, for the price it was a very nice hotel.

This hotel was booked completly the night we stayed so this is probably part of it, but they did not offer much for a continetal breakfast. We came down at 7 am and there wasnt much out. Just apples, cereal (hot and cold) some bitesize muffins and scrambled eggs and gravy. Bread for toast. Little disappointed. I would of liked to see yogurt , bananas, and maybe bagels. We managed though.

Overall it was OK. The room didn't look anything like the pictures ( It was smaller). We found the breakfast area to be cramped. It was alright but, not what we expected for the price.

The motel really needs painting and some updating. The pool area id especially bed. The fitness center was very nice.The house keeping staff were very nice and accomodating. The people at the front desk were not friendly nor helpful. The 2 girls on Friday night were not friendly or welcoming. I found Robert at the front desk to be unfriendly and uninformed. I would walk up to the desk and he would not even greet you. He could not answer questions about attractions in town, and discouraged us from visiting one area because we were too old. The room was clean, however the toilet made a loud noise when we flushed.. There was an older man on duty late at night who was very nice and helpful. I saw one girl on her cell phone, and sometimes left the desk and was outside smoking. The food was pretty good

For the price, this room was good,neighborhood safe//many stores around/close drive to downtown.BUT, the toilet in our 1st room didn't work at all.After 5 calls over several hours to the desk, someone finally came to fix it.They reported that it couldn't be fixed & would be looked at again in the morning and left it at that.We were moved to another room,but it took our asking to get that done too.The back door on the 1st level doesn't lock,so anyone could just walk in.We reported it 3 times,it still wasn't working at the end of our 5 day stay.The floor tiles in the lobby are so loose they shift when you walk on them.Most of the tabletops in the breakfast area were very loose.The breakfast was sparce& the way too small trash can was overflowing at every breakfast.They'd be well advised to add another waffle iron.The breakfast area needs some logistical work too-hint,put the toaster by the bread.There were rarely towels in by the pool.The lower level ice machine was broken.When reported, we were told they knew it was broken.Hello-put up a sign.It wasn't until the 3rd day that they put a sign on it.It was also not repaired by the time we left.With the exception of the gentleman working at the desk, all of the staff was short and seemed as if they couldn't care less about the guests.After staying there for 5 days, I will say this: you cannot beat the price we paid,however, you get what you pay for.For us, the low price made it worth the hassle.

We enjoyed our stay at the super 8. We would stay there again.

We had a good time at the hotel it was clean and well kept with a indoor pool and hot tub that was easy access to my only complaint was no exercise room but they made it into the cool down room from hot tub but all and all I rate it 4.5 out of 5 and with easy access to the interstate

This was a very comfortable room. I stayed here before catching an early morning flight. The complimentary shuttle to the airport (which is about a mile away) leaves on the hour beginning at 4:00 a.m.

Good location. close to highway, kinkos, restaurants and other hotels in the area. Service was nice. Room was clean. No issues, no bugs. Breakfast was hot and decent. Overall worked for what we needed which was a nice place to sleep while we were here on business. It worked. Thanks

The staff was excellent and what they promised they delivered. Like internet, breakfast.... the room and bathrooms were kept neat..and every day the room was cleaned ... Would like to stay the next time i come

Nice, friendly staff. I just have two complaints: 1) the taxi ride to downtown was expensive for a college student and 2) the rooms don't block out sound - there was some construction that I was unaware of that lasted for about 4 or 5 hours one morning.

The room was clean and had been renovated sometime recently. The free breakfast was not the best, but it was free. The ain concern that I had was that the WiFi was all but useless as it was very slow and routinely did not work. My number two dislike was that the toilet was small. The only other negative that I would mention is that I strangely received a call about an hour after checking in from someone attempting to scam me into giving them my credit card info by claiming to be the hotel manager looking into concerns that guests key cards weren't working.

The staff was excellent . I have stayed in may Super 8 hotels in the past but the condition of the room was less than desirable. The bathroom wall had a hole in it, all of the base boards were off or partially off, the bath tub still had hairs in it from a previous guest. The beds were clean, the chair at the desk had dried milk or something on it. The security of the hotel was less than desirable the door into the room locked, the back entrance which eas suppose to be key locked would not even shut and the door coming into the hallway was broke and looked like someone had used a screw driver or something to break the lock off the door. There was repair work that was either in the process of being done or excess materials was just left laying on side walk. I started not to answer this survey because i do not like to be negative but since you sent a second request, i went ahead and filled it out. The hugh thing that concerned me was my daughter's statemnt of not feeling safe. I really do not want this posted i would just like to see improvements made as i have stayed many times with this chain and was extremely satisfied. Again may i say the staff was great.

I stayed for two nights this time, but I usually booked this hotel, location it's pretty convenient, if you need to stay close to BNA. Noise is a big deal for me, A/C and Mini Fridge can be quite noisy if you are too sensitive, I recommend to disconnect them, if you want to have a good night to sleep.

Not sure how I should rate this 4 the price but I'll just be honest. The hotel had an overall funny/different smell to it and was kinda out dated. The room was fine except for the fact that 1 of my beds had ashes on it.(I thought it was a non smoking room). I will say that it didn't smell like smoke tho. I had no issue with the service or location. It has everything you'd need surrounding it or in the area. The shoneys across the Street was great. Nice indoor pool and nice breakfast. Would I stay there again? Not sure. I know it wouldn't be my 1st choice. Im not encouraging or discouraging. You'd have to go and draw your own conclusions. Hope this helps.

Towels in room very small and only two of them, breakfast attendant did not keep food stocked and area did not have enough seating, indoor pool water was cold with the hot tub broken. Okay if all you want and/or need to do is sleep.

Rooms were very nice.The only problem we had was it was winter so we booked a hotel with a indoor pool.We have a 12 year old and the pool was cold and the hot tub was not working.We were there 3 nites.We could have stayed some where else for half price with no pool.Thought they should have ajusted the price for the inconv.

I booked this hotel mainly for the indoor pool. But the indoor hot tub was closed :( the bed was excellent along with the pillows. The breakfast was great, waffles, cereal,yogurt,juice and more.

Lin the room u were not able to adjust the heat and it was cold went down stairs and talked to the counter and he said just turn it off and get more blankets.

The entry doors to the rooms slam shut every time they are opened, Having a church group arrive at 10:30 pm, that slamming didn"t stop untill well after 1 am. That combined with the constant, loud, congregating in the common hallways made it difficult to enjoy the evening and we never did get any sleep! We would not stay at this Super 8,nor recomend it to anyone in the future.

After a long trip and first time stay in Nashville, I called the hotel for pickup after arrival. Was told to go outside to the luggage area for pickup, which I did, but it didn't seem like the right location. Had trouble finding someone to ask, but finally went to another location, and had to call hotel again and had a much longer wait. The bathtub was not clean in my room, but bed was comfortable.

The hotel was very convenient to all the attractions I visited. Parking was convenient. The hotel was very economical, the room was large and the bed was especially comfortable. The hotel was quiet, and the breakfast was above average for a hot breakfast.

We choose this hotel for the location next to the airport. Room was clean, but the fan/air conditioner didn't work so they moved us room. The service was good for the room change. The pool area was dirty and there was a dead bug on the floor.

First night terrible. Management would not control a bunch of kids running up and down the halls, slamming doors all night. No sleep. Everything else OK.

Very close to airport, lots of places to eat nearby; mostly fast food chains, but there's a good Chinese buffet just north for not much more. Room was comfy, cable selection better than a lot of places, breakfast pretty standard, though come early or they run out of tables.

Very Clean room. Excellent staff. Walking distance to eateries. Complementary airport shuttle. Overall very groovy.

Hotel and room appeared clean; however, there was an odor in our room, which was a non-smoking room, which made you feel as if the room was not clean.
