Super 8 Nashville - Downtown / Opryland Area - נאשוויל

The staff was frienfly and location was ok. It is several miles to either downtown or opryland area. Hotel was old and worn. Matress was uncomfortable and room was furnes with old worn out furniture. The bathroom sink was falling aff the wall. There were also electrical problems in the room. The outlet in the restroom made loud popping sounds all noight even with nothing plugged into it. Stains on the beds, rips and burns in the carpet and table...I wouldn't even take my shoes off and walk on the floor. Surrounding neighborhood was scary at night. One worker was yelling at the owners in the lobby in front of us. I'm glad my stay here is complete. Next time, I'll spend the extra money for a nicer hotel

In Nashville - Place was in poor repair, carpets were stained, place stinks, free breakfast had very limited choices. Only white bread, no bagels or muffins, I went in just after 6am and there was only one of each yogurt type, strawberry, blueberry and peach. Only apples no bananas, or oranges. The service was decent, nice lady checked us in. Accommodations were substandard I won't be staying here again.

This was out honeymoon night and while I'd been happy with hotel.com in the past, I had specifically requested a motel in a specific area of Nashville and was assured this was less than a mile from the attraction I needed.....when I arrived at the street address they gave me, it was over 5 miles away, in a trashy part of town, an unfamiliar area and a horrible hotel!

this hotel was absolutely horrible. I would not recommend it to an animal, much less people. It was dirty, never anyone at the desk, the so call continental breakfast was a joke that no one was paying attention to or refilling.

We were very disappointed. We pulled up and they had saws and hammers out front working on cabinets. We stayed at this location one because of location and two because there were eight of us and 5 being kids, we liked the idea of continental breakfast. Imagine our surprise when we got up early, went to eat at 6 (which the sign said breakfast starting at 6 am) and there was none. After 15 minutes of waiting and ringing bell to get an attendant, we were told she was late. Instead of going in and getting it started, she started collecting keys and working on the computer. This is not somewhere we will recommend.

My stay was great and the room was clean and look great

Clean room breakfast was better than typical super8.

The hotel personel were nowhere to be found in the morning for information or breakfast refills. The hallways and elevator were "downright dirty". There was 1 dirty chair in the room and no table. The bathroom was clean and there were no bedbugs!

My bed was broken and the carpets in the room weren't pleasant at all. The room felt clean and dirty at the same time. I refused to wall on the carpet with my bare feet. The bathroom was clean and the most well maintained feature in the entire room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any couples or any person who plans to spend ample time in the room.

Poor customer service. We had an infant with us and requested a refrigerator in our room, upon arrival front desk informed us that "some rooms have them and some don't, you have a room that doesn't have one". They made no effort to change our room or move a refrigerator in our room.

great place to stay and friendly hosts will go back again if in that area

The hotel was unkept, run down and dirty. Location was convenient.

It was just a place to sleep. Not a lot of time spent there because it wasn't in the best of condition.

Room was dirty and dated. Illegal activities going on in parking lot. Very unsafe. Front desk rude, dirty conditions. Needs to be torn down. Ceiling paint falling off in room. No screens. Absolutely disgusting. Would sleep in car first!

claimed to be downtown.... was not close to downtown...room was dirty...no soap in bathroom, advise that you spend the money somewhere else..

Overall, the hotel itself had an unclean appearance. Hall carpets were stained. There were loose ceramc tiles in the bathroom. The back outside door handle was broken (not secure). Close to interstate, very noisy.

We were midway's between everything we wanted to do which was very convenient. The free breakfast in the mornings helped our spending.

Rates low, but have stayed @ other hotels w/ this rate w/ much better experience! Upon our arrival, toilet seat hadn't been cleaned, reported alarm clock broken but was not replaced, phone was unplugged and placed up high on cabinet because it didn't work so had to request new phone which was later replaced; The toilet stopped up & finally repaired after our 4th request; had to request more than once to have a trash can emptied (only 1 provided); Prior to stay, we requested microwave & refrigerator and told we'd have them, but wasn't in room so had to ask for them again; had to request towels; @ 8 a.m. no coffee, juice, & very little to eat, so ate at restaurant next door...but next day...made sure to get hotel b'fast. @ 6 am! Most appreciative, however, of hotel clerk's assistance in getting internet service on our computer. Pool nice size, but we had to remove twigs/leaves. Noisy from Interstate but next time we will check out how close to a highway. We don't plan to return.

There was not enought help to maintain the motel. We requested a light to be fixed and it never was.

Hotel is in dier need of renovation. Carpets may be vacuumed daily, but are in desperate need of cleaning or replacement. Room door did not have any sealing preventing light or noise from coming into the room. The door it self showed serious signs of wear. Hotel was easy to get to from the interstate. Need a place to get out of the rain without spending a large amount and passing through, it would do.

Travelled with my toddler. Upon check-in we left & spent the whole first day at meetings & then hospital (babysitter got sick). Got out the next day & went to the hotel. We literally weren't there 5 minutes before the front desk was calling saying another guest was complaining about the noise (my toddler was running in the room, as toddlers do). Offered to change rooms to the 1st floor as toddlers will tend to move around/play in a room, but was denied a room change since we had checked in the day before. Ended up checking out early, didn't feel my toddler was welcome nor were they willing to make us (& other guests) comfortable by giving us a first floor room to cut down on noise. Really old hotel, guess walls are paper thin. Would NOT go back.

The staff at the front desk wasn't friendly at all. The carpets in the hallways was very dirty. When we down for breadfast at 8:45 the breadfast was already being taken in. We ask for extra towels for the pool and the lady couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her, so I only got half the towels I ask for. When I go back to Nashville I will not be staying at this motel again. Very disappointed with my stay here, very disappointed all the way around.

This hotel is in need of a serious make over. Our door to our room would barely open and I've never seen so many holes in a wall- including the bathtub. Also, there were holes in our sheets. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and there was breakfast. Other than that it is a very dirty, run down hotel. Bring your Lysol or Clorox wipes with you- I'm glad I did! It was o.k. for the one night we stayed on the way home from our trip, but I would never stay there again.

Not very clean, if you can afford a better hotel I would!

The hotel is old and not kept up very well. The staff is not friendly, but the room was fair for it's age. Hallways were dark and dirty (carpets, etc.) and the elevator reeked of curry. We stayed because it was cheap and we just needed a place to sleep at night. If you are going to be hanging out at the hotel all day, I don't recommend this location.

everthing was great close to everthing we wanted to see

They need to tare the carpet out and put new carpet in the rooms and halls. The carpet stinks very bad. The Breakfast is very high carb and not much of a varitity. I would not stay there again.

Easy to find off main highway traveling from FL to Il going thru Nashville.Large size suite with 2 queen beds and fold out sofa, refrig. & micro.

The people working there where rude, THe bathroom tube leaked and when I told them about it I was acused of making it that whay when I had been in the room all of 5 min before noticing it. Stff was not helpfull at all! There was I think it was a days in and a quility inn that are right next to it it. The pool is empty for some reason but nothing givin even tho its avertised as having one. Good location but HORRIABLE hotel.

was not happy with anything other than the staff were polite and the location as far as attractions. Neighborhood was rundown- didnt feel very safe there. The pool advertised was very unavailable- not in working condition at all- in fact was drained and lots of rocks around it. Would not recommend- was mold on ceiling in bathroom over the tub- carpet very much needing replacement and the chair had a big stain on it. was room 307

I paid $49 a night so I wasn't expecting much. It was a decent room except that the faucet dripped all night and we could hear our neighbors ALL night long. Pretty close to downtown but still needed to drive down. Driving around I saw a couple of hotels that would have been closer like a budget inn for about the same price. Overall, satisfied with my stay

The Carpet was the dirties I've ever seen. the smokedector was hanging from the ceiling by wires. the bedspread had ware holes on it, the bathroom sink was pulled away from the wall, and the aircontitioner you had your choice either hot or cold no adjustment. the breaskfast that was included, only offered cold items nothing hot like oatmeal.

It was horrible nothing work there was bugs holes in the wall. the tv didnt work it was a mess never will stay there again

I was suprised to find the pool not in working order. We had a non-smoking room thy smelled of smoke and mildew. I will be staying in Nashville on my way back but I will never stay there again.
