Super 8 Sparks Reno Area - ספארקס

There were several issues: (1) I had to take the TV remote back to the front desk twice before getting one the worked. (2) I called for a wake up call the evening before our departure. The desk clerk said she would record the request. There was no call the next morning. When I mentioned that we did not receive a call the day clerk , he checked the wakeup call request list and found that there was no request listed. Fortunately, being an earlier riser, we were able to make our morning flight. This is not acceptable. We have previously been pleased with our stays at Super 8s. This one was an exception.

everything was nice the discomfort at my room was that it was in a smoking area because they didn't have vacancy in a non smoking area

Hallways stunk of smoke, bed uncomfortable.

Excellent staff at front desk. Room very clean, warm, and quiet. Good breakfast with this hotel price. The toilet did not flush well. The roll-away-bed was not in good condition. Overall, it was a good 3-day stay and we'll definitely come back.

Very nice mid- priced hotel. What you would expect in this price range. Right off I-80. Friendly staff. Good breakfast bar. Nice, clean room without a microwave.

This Casino/Resort has it all. It was the best place to stay if you are in Reno with kids :0) Summit Suites were super nice and update. Very happy with the stay.

they put stuff out for the breakfast a few pieces at a time ............2-3 cinnomen rolls out every hour or so and the same with the yogart, i know that i will shop better next time

Excellent Customer Service

This motel had a lot of noise from the adjacent casino, making it hard to sleep. Otherwise clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a little stingy, staff a little reserved, but other than the noise, no major complaints

Pool needed to be filtered. The staff was very friendly.

Paper thin walls, heard noise from every room especially from above. Beds left us sore for days. We were afraid to take off our shoes the floor was that bad. Our door was "tried" several times through out the night.Bathtub was dirty. Not a good stay to say the least..... It became clear why rooms were still available on such a busy weekend. My advice, check ahead and stay somewhere else.

They have a small pool and is next door to a casino with a laundromat and a cheap buffet restaurant with good service

I was very disappointed in your hotel. It was very rundown and filled with cigarette smoke everywhere we went except in our room. It was hard to deal with since we (5) have asthma reactions in that environment. The restaurant was not any better. Smoking everywhere and the staff was quite unpleasant. The food was not good and was cold when it should have been hot. The soup was the only thing we liked. I am sorry I have to write this about your establishment, but it was truly the worst place I have ever stayed. None of us felt safe in that area. The pool was also a disappointment being very small and run down looking. We have a Supper 8 in our town and it is nothing like that. I am going to let them know about our experience in Sparks, NV and will encourage them not to refer tourists to the Sparks, NV Super 8. I hope this will encourage your company to update your facility.

Clean, well-kept, friendly, modern.

Only complaint was that there was no refrigerator or microwave.

I stayed here on a business trip. Just one night; but my stay was comfortable and my room was clean.
