We were very happy with our stay. Room was clean and tidy. And was very impressed with the size of the room and the amenities.

I stay here at least 2 times a month. They are very friendly and the cost is great for what you get. If I had a complaint it would be that you can hear what is happening in the rooms next to you. So if someone is arguing and then make out to make up you hear it all. They offer a breakfast that is pretty good but if you need more the cracker barrel is right across the street.

I stayed 5 nights and had to have my room key programed every evening. Room lacked hair dryer, TV channel listing, kleenex, and adequate lighting. Breakfast was a disappointment. Won't stay here anymore.

These rooms need some sort of air refresher when previous guests check out. I'm a smoker, but the smell of the room when we checked in was so bad, we had to keep the door open and buy some air freshener from the store. Nice staff, but they need to get some cleaning chemicals that work. Tub was dirty and the doors and some walls could use some degreaser. We have stayed here before and it was not as bad the last time. We will not be going back next year!

Room was comfortable and clean however a large portion of the electrical outlets were inoperable. The largest inconvenience was the inoperable hair dryer. The hotel was close to the Interstate but you could not hear the traffic which was a great plus.

It was very easy to find. We had a quick check in and out. The beds were so comfy and the air worked GREAT! Breakfast the next morning was limited, but very fresh! Would stay here again!

The hotel staff were very nice. The breakfast was very basic, but good enough. A little dirty around the edges, but we were comfortable.

Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice for an inexpensive motel. Close to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. Will stay there again.

We were arriving late and leaving early in the morning. Check-in took about 2 minutes. Check-out took about 10 seconds because everything was already paid for by Hotels.com. Room was clean. Parking near room isn't possible next to some rooms due to hotel layout.. There's also a side road next to some of the rooms, which may make staying there noisy if somebody cranks music in their car while driving by. Otherwise a great night.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and probably won't be my last. A problem with the toilet was effiiciently solved by a room change. It was a bit noisy on Saturday night (kids running up and down and yelling) but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Overall a good choice!

The refridgerator did not work, nothing in any drawers such as phone book, extra pillow or blanket etc; and the toilet did not work properly. Wanted to switch rooms but was too tired after day of travel and didn't want to go through the hassle--just tweeked the toilet fluidmaster (fill valve) and flapper to get it to flush and then stop filling.

The motel is in a real congested area and a little confusing but convent to everything that I wanted to do there. The street where the motel is located is on the 1st street from the interstate,right behind Cracker Barrel. There are several other motels/hotels on the same street. I would say that the mall and almost any other store or eating place you might want to find is all within a mile or so from the motel and all located on Old Fort Pkwy. It is well defined with traffic lights ,turn lanes and frontage roads so getting around was not a problem if you don't count the really heavy volume of traffic.

A good deal for the money. Staff very helpful. Close to many restaurants and stores. Would stay there again whenever we come back this way. Enjoyed the availability of the fridge and microwave.

Clean room..plenty towels, nice frig(they didn't throw away 1 item that someone left) but clean.

Staff was friendly. Didn't have any problems during stay. Small continental breakfast. Bed was average 'firm' bed. Very nice 32in LCD TV with built in DVD player. Overall couldn't ask for more considering price we paid!

We found the hotel to be clean and the staff very friendly. If we were going to be in town again for a couple of days we would consider staying there asit was worth what we paid for it. Our only complaint would be that the continental breakfast was not up to par with others we've had. Still, that would not preclude us from returning.

For the money paid, this hotel was fine. The only thing that I didn't like, when we were checking in, they didn't ask for ID or anything, all they wanted to know was our last name. Anyone could have came and said our last name and taken our room. On a positive note: while we were there, the city was under a tornado warning, and the front desk called our room to make sure we were aware.

The bathroom floor had a bunch of hair on it and the refrigerator door did not shut completely. Other than that the room was okay

Clean and not too noisy, even though it was close to the freeway.

room was ready at checkin and hotel lady very rude.... Def not worth the money paid
