SUPER 8 RICHMOND IN - ריצ'מונד

I arrived quite late in the day. The lady at the desk was very helpful with room location and parking. The room was very clean and comfortable. We have stayed in this Hotel previously. Thank You

it is ok nothing great building is old ice machine in upstairs area did not work had to walk down stairs for ice. not good.

It was clean but kind of run down, but it wasn't very expensive. The free breakfast was really terrible.....2 kind of cereal, a loaf of bread, and a couple powder donuts.

Not too bad. Room was clean, needs some serious updating though.

Ice machine and pool were out of service otherwise fine

The staff that checked us in was very nice but we were charged $7.00 more than the rate I was quoted when I booked through Hotels.com. The TV had 5 channels that were fuzzy enough to be kind of unwatchable and when I complained about that I was told we could not change rooms because we had a AAA discount. I don't know how we had a AAA discount because I am not even a member of AAA and I told them that.

This Hotel is about 10 years to late for a major overhaul, time to tear it down and build a new one.

The people there were nice but the super 8 didn't look the way it looks on the internet need to fix it up but the room was clean.

Every one who works at the hotel is friendly, and will go out of there way to make sure your stay is perfect.

This motel was very clean inside and service was nice and efficient

Tile stained with mildew in the bathroom was very displeasing and clearly indicated the need for better cleaning!

The room and the entire wing of the hotel had strong smell of mold / mildew. My son's allegies were off the charts (he didn't sleep at all). This hotel is in need of some serious updating. Straight out of the 70's with little or nothing updated. Air conditioner barely worked and was way too noisy to permit anyone other than the most exhausted traveler to sleep with it rumbling away. The room never did cool down and it had so much moisture in it the sheets even felt wet. Needless to say, I have crossed this place off my list of stays when taking my son back to Miami University, Oxford Ohio. Choose the Comfort Inn across the road next to the Bob Evans. It apparently gets about 2/3 of the traffic and thus the facility appears to be much better maintained.

The bed was quite small. The room smelled pretty strong of smoke. The office wasn't even connected to the rooms. The pool was the nicest thing about it.The grounds were not kept up at all.

The air conditioning did not work and the hallway smelled.
