the stay was great after tried 3 rooms before because they were smelling cigaretes we got the rom 116 , after this everything else was great, it's close of train station

Room was very basic (NOT a 3.4 star!) Paint and a little bit of blood on shower curtain. With very minimal continental had to listen to tv, other guests with pretty foul language. Did not feel safe, ended up having my son stay with me. Fence behind hotel was broken down in several spots

best C/P ratio for Business travel, but a little bit far from Train station,

Found the room very clean and tidy, breakfast was good

if weather permit, you can walk and take train to chicago, it cheap and good.

There are too many other hotels/motels in that area to choose from that are the same low price but nicer. To be fair, the room was clean but the outside was a bit ugly. It was snowing and they did not shovel until everyone was gone in the morning. And they would not let me cut short my stay due to the weather. The place was not full, so it should have been simple to do.

All expectations for myself and 2 kids were met. Convenient location, free continental breakfast and cable TV. Clean!! and Economical!!

Great service people and clean room. But there is no shuttle between the hotel and airport. Taxi is the only option and taxi rate is unreasonable.

Burn marks on bed spread, banged up furniture, smelly room, whistling shower head, access to room is outdoors, noisy air conditioner/heater, minimal tv channels and no LCD TV(CRT only),

Wonderful staff and the room was very comfortable. The door needs to be re-set or new weatherstrip installed, but the beds were comfortable. And again, the staff was very pleasant and efficient. We felt like guests

The hotel looks old and creepy outside but the room is pretty good. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. I chose to stay here because it's close to highway and Rosemont transit station, so I can take the transit to downtown Chicago without facing the city's horrible traffic.

It was a nice, clean and simple room. Comfortable bed and nice people at the hotel. Location is a bit off as there are no places to eat nearby (and I didnt have a car) so it was not ideal but walkable to the METRA (about 1 mile) so going downtown was easy. If you are looking for a clean and cheap room then this is great.

I will spend more money next time I go somewhere

The room was ok but they could put more towels in the room besides 2 since there was 4 of us in there. They never came and changed the sheets for the whole weekend we were there. I don't think they changed them since the last people as we found hair bows and other stuff left in the beds.

My stay was great overall. Everybody was helpful and kind. The only drawback was that the room smelled a little smoky, but I lived!

you need to take a taxi from the subway to the hotel

pleasantly surprised due to cost and proximity to Ohare airport.

Water pressure was very low in the shower. Other than that a nice place to stay for a weekend.

If you don't mind 20 min drive to downtown Chicago, this is a decent option for your pocket. Rooms are clean and hotel service OK. Surrounding neighbourhood not the best, but not the worst.

I'd rate this as a good room in a good area, a little bit of a drive but the price was right and the staff was very polite and personable. The continental breakfast was great! plenty of coffee, juice and waffles...

The hotel was very clean and the the people very nice and helpful. For the price I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. The office people always had a smile and helped with what ever I needed. I had a flat tire and they called me a taxi asap, helped look for a garage/tow truck... It made life a little easier.

Overall it was a nice stay, and a good value, no frills, comfortable

Well, good hotel if you want to stay one night for cheap. For more then that - a big no-no. Bathroom was really dark, toilet was not flushing right, very noisy if you end up in a room facing the busy main street. Wi-Fi has really weak signal.

The breakfast was decent, I really enjoy when hotels have a waffle maker. The front desk people were more than willing to accommodate our needs and the cleaning staff were friendly. Wifi access wasn't really great from the hotel rooms. Lighting in bathrooms is very low, too low. Cleanliness was ok, but they need to watch for hairs. Sometimes the smallest things can make or break it for someone stayingin their rooms. For the price, the hotel met our needs. Not somewhere I would typically stay but glad I gave it a chance.

Great location - close to O'Hare (with own transport). The front desk lady was SO helpful with directions, adivce, etc when asked. She went above and beyond, and is to be commended for that. Also, I got there at 9:30am and they allowed me to check-in with no extra charge, and even offered me use of the breakfast buffet if I wanted to (but I wasn't hungry!). The next morning, the breakfast buffet was very adequate - at least there were some healthier options there too, and not just waffles and coffee. Room was clean and comfortable, and ample free parking. Wireless internet worked fine in the room. Well-equipped room.

room smelled smokey, air conditioner leaked

Our first time in Chicago on this trip. We had gone to a Cubs game and ended up checking in later in the evening. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. They even found some material for my sister, who had a problem with United Airlines while on this trip.

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, but the conditions of the room were not quite up to par. A couple of pieces of furniture and appliances were not in the greatest shape, but customer service makes up for that. Everything was clean, just outdated and maybe needing some cosmetic work.

the hotel was nice for the price the room could of been a little more cleaner other than that it was quiet parking was a hassle a bit but over all a quiet place to lay youre head.would do it again

A simple, clean room. Parking in the rear is close, try to get a room in the front.

Nicest Super 8 I've ever stayed at. Possibly nicest cheap hotel I've ever stayed at. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Took around 20 mins to get to the downtown loop via local street Grand. This may be a 2-star hotel, but the reviews do not do it justice. Neighborhood is decent...mostly older industrial area. Two gas stations on corner. Very good service; in fact, I left my computer in the room and they mailed it to me in Arkansas! People should rate these hotels based on expectations rather than some palace standard.

I was 100% pleased with my stay here! The staff was very friendly and very helpful to those visiting that wanted tips for visiting Chicago-cheapest way to travel and fun sights to see. When I opened the door to our room they had the air already on for us which I appreciated so much because it was over 100 degrees outside. The room was very clean and looked very appealing-had a mini fridge which was a very good surprise. I personally loved the location of the hotel being only 10 miles from Chicago because we didn't have to drive through Chicago and deal with the crazy traffic all of the time, we just jumped on the train and took it into the city! The only thing I didn't like was one night when we got back to the hotel late, all of the parking spots were taken. But, we went inside and asked the hotel staff and he showed us exactly where to park and was very friendly about it! Again I was 100% pleased with my visit here. I would 100% stay with this hotel again and I would definitely recommened this awesome hotel to anyone and everyone!

This was a the ideal place for something fairly close to the airport, for someone coming into town for a business stay and not wanting to spend too much. The room was pretty clean, with some spots on walls and corners of bathroom, but oh well. The breakfast was standard, cereal, yogurt, waffles, juice, toast, apples oranges. The staff was very helpful also, everyone was actually pretty chipper and happy to help. I had a 1 king bed and it was pretty good, slightly firmer than my own taste, but good. The free wifi was fast, easy to use, and worked very reliably throughout my 4 night stay. I would highly recommend this hotel. If you're looking to be impressed by something more expensive, going elsewhere would make sense, but for the standard, budget-motivated stay, this was great and actually better than I expected.

i enjoyed my stay at this hotel. it was very cozy. i really don't have any complaints at all. one thing i really didnt like was that the paint was chipping in the tub, but it really didnt bother me that much. I also would have liked to have a microwave in the room instead of walking across the parking lot with my food covered to go to the lobby to use the microwave there. i liked the fact that i had a refrigerator in our room. the hotel was clean and the bed was very big and confortable:), air conditioner worked wonders. the staff was pretty nice and helpful with our questions i stayed at this hotel for 3 days and im happy with what my money paid for. so if you are on a budget i highly recommend this place.
