Stayed here 1 night the bathroom was dirty and the room smelled. Will not be going back.

Hotel was clean and nice area close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is mainly cereal and juice. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Hotel needs serious updating

Terrible. I have stayed there several times since it was built and it continues to go down hill with each visit. The room stunk. The bed was so noisy it sounded like it was made of cardboard, there was a lot of smoking, vending machine didn't work, breakfast could be improved upon (start with a decent cup of coffee). Shame on the management.

My room was located about ten feet from the ice machine and vending machines. It was also located along the side of an exit and public bathrooms. It was just outside the lobby. I heard every single noise from people entering and exiting. I heard every single coin drop in the machine for purchase. I heard every single ice cube drop. I heard the TV in the lobby all night long. There was no working alarm clock and the wake up calls were late or didn't happen causing me to over sleep each day. I had to extend my stay two more days and wasn't thrilled with the price or noises.

It was the typical cheap motel situation. The room was basically clean, but the roar of the heater, when it kicked on, was so loud as to jolt me awake. Water pressure was a mere trickle, and the bath and sink stoppers and been removed, so there was no way to take a bath. Breakfast was meager, and several items were empty by the time I got there. I'll probably try some other place next time I am in town.

It was fine. The smell of the cleaning supplies was a bit overwhelming. I ended up with a headache.

Room was spotless and comfortable. I enjoyed the HBO.

There was one lady at the desk, who when you call her for information, was very rude. We will not come back to this motel. We have family that we visit in Morgantown and in the past always stayed there.

The stay was ok in and of itself. The walls were quiet but the upper floor was not. When I went into the hall I could here a child fussing but in the room I could not hear it. However at 3:45 am someone was moving furniture above and they seemed to be fighting. I could hear voices but not really what they were saying. The disappointing and actually frustrating thing was I called this hotel earlier in the day and they said they didn't have a room - however when I went online I found a room. We asked for a second night but in 1 room instead of 2 and the lady at the counter said they didn't have anything available. She seemed to be lying because she kept hesitating. WE went online again and it showed it was available. At this point I refused because I think that is totally weird. I suspect the online reservations are being pushed but not walk ins. Overall the beds were great, the b'fast was OK. Limited but OK and the space to eat was OK as well.

Overnight stay was OK. Room was fine. Easy on and off access to highway. Easy access to restaurants.

OK except for one of the beds. Mattress needs replaced

In town for the KSU WVU football game. Was fairly close to downtown, just a $10 cab. Problem was getting a cab to show up in a decent amount of time. Room seemed fairly clean but the bathroom door was falling apart and it had quite obviously been a smoking room at some point in time. Beds were ok at best, we came back each night in rough enough shape we could have slept on anything. Breakfast was a typical continental.

Hotel is close to I 68 and very convenient. Rooms are nice size and well decorated. All rooms have microwave and refrigerator. The mattress was way too soft for my back and that is why comfort got a low rating.

Room smelled like animal urine. Putting the air conditioner on helped somewhat.

Staff at desk thought talking on cell phone more important than checking guests in and out. paper thin walls and floors, very noisy. wouldn't pay what i did to stay there again

Clean and friendly. I wish there were more offerings on the Continental breakfast bar but overall it is a good place to stay without spending a fortune.

Upon arriving at our room it was apparent by the empty beer bottles and unmade bed that the room had not been cleaned. When we complained to the desk the reply was oh sorry about that. We were given another room that smelled like mold and mildew, but at least it appeared to have been cleaned. The free continental breakfast was terrible and the liquid creamers for coffee were spoiled and chunky. There is no chance I would stay there again.

We booked fa handicapped room and were told they didi not have one and that it was hotels.com's mistake

Ok hotel adequate accommodations for last minute booking. Would stay again for football weekend,

Upon arrival my room door was propped open.. Guess they were trying to air it out. It smelled of old wet cigarettes. It was a no smoking room but it for sure had recently and often been smoked in. My bedspread had a 1 inch cigarette burn in it. I can't say the room was dirty it is just lacking alot and smelled really bad.. I've stayed here before about a year ago and did not have this problem.

Hotel was a little run down but was clean & the staff was very polite & friendly. We were there to visit WVU. It is a good location for that. Nice place.

The room was dingy, and the bed smelled. AC did not work correctly. Made it hard to get any rest. Lighting made no sense, as to the placement. (bathroom, mirrors,etc.) The check-in clerk, was not very friendly, and had no knowledge of the surrounding area. Was reasonably priced, and now I see why. Overall, I will not stay in this particular motel again.

From the outside the super 8 looked clean and fine. But the rooms were not clean at all. In fact they really creeped me out. The stitching on the conforters were all ripped. The blankets were all stained and the sheets had stains also. There was a huge hair in the shower before we ever used it. The rooms also had a funny smell. I would not stay there again

Everything was really fantastic except that the room is not conducive to exterior noises. The individual above me either weighed 500lbs and stomped around all night, or there was a rambunctious child. Either way, it was a somewhat sleepless night due to the noise above my room and the storm going on outside the room. I was allowed to check in early, which was a plus.

We have stayed at this location several times 10 years ago when our older son went to college. We booked here recently while on a trip to visit the college with our younger son. The overall condition of the hotel was satisfactory but our particular room was less. We had a "Non-Smoling" room that smelled of a room that perhaps was a smoking room at one time. The smell was awful! It was apparent that the bathroom vanity had been upgraded to a granite counter (which was very nice) because the backsplash area from the old counter was still visible on the wall under the mirror. Really??!! At least throw a coat of paint over the damaged area!

Everything was fine except the breakfast- including yoghurt and fruit would have made it perfect.

There were no irons for the hotel. The phone in room didn't work. And the rooms smelled of stale cigarettes. Rugs, curtains, and spreads need to be changed now that it s Smoke free.....

We requested a non-smoking room, however the room we were given was obviously a smoking room. We called the desk and ask if there had been a mistake and were told that yes we were in a non-smoking room. The sheets smelled clean and fresh however the beadspread was smokey (we didn't use it) We arrived late that night and were leaving early in the morning, so we sufferd thru the night.

The motel was adequate, clean and comfortable. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was adequate

Watch the incidental charges. They tried to stick me with an extra charge for a room safe. Not very friendly staff manning the desk. No A/C on in the lobby, very stuffy.

This was perfect for our overnight stay on the way to the Midwest from DC. Nothing wrong with it.

The beds were uncomfortable, some of the towels looked unclean, the rooms need work done on them
