fine except they shocked the pool and no one could swim!

I have stayed at this motel at least one dozen times. The rooms are usually nice, the prices are as good as any in the area and the convenience of location to Chattanooga or Lookout Mountain is really good. The problem lies within the following: 1) We felt rushed at breakfast where the cereal was stale and the juice tasted like bleach, 2) two of the towels were nearly thread-bear and 3) the hostess (same one from breakfast) was not very hospitable. Good, not-expensive room, however, this is the hospitality business. With all of that said, I will use the motel again (however I will now look for a better place to stay).

We thought this hotel was very nice & clean. The staff was very welcoming and accomodating and friendly. We just wish it had been a little closer to the interstate.

It was one of the best experiences I have had staying in a motel,most have a distinct smell that is not good,but this Super 8 was superb in everyway.

Good value for your money. 10 mins from downtown and Highway. Not the best looking neighborhood but we never felt threatened.

This hotel was located very close to the Chickamauga NMP, which was ideal. The room was clean with simple appointments. The overall appearance of the hotel was fine.

The beds need to be changed in some rooms. They were literally too hard to sleep on.

Everything about this motel is a great value with the exception of the beds. If you get a room with rock hard, springs only, no padding beds immediately go to the manager and see if you can get your room changed. There are better beds in different rooms. If they don't have any other rooms available you will not be able to stay and will need to move and recover the rest of the money you put on your reservation. This in not a situation you can just deal with if you are not too picky as we are. You just can't sleep at all.

The location was great, and the room was clean. The desk needs to be replaced, and a prime electrical outlet needs to be repaired. Staff has been notified about the outlet.

Very clean; The service received from the employees was good. All encounters with the employees was pleasant; Location was good as you have two ways to get to the interstate and it is not that far to the interstate.

ALL personnel were very helpful!!! Especially the housekeeping crew!! Planning on staying again in the future!

The girl at the front desk was not very friendly. We went out for dinner and when we returned I asked her what time the breakfest was open and what did they have. She replied eggs, bacon, and continued to rattle on all sorts of things. When we went for breakfeast the next morning we were surprised. why would the front desk person lie like that? We knew it was a continental breakfast.

I needed somewhere inexpensive to stay near downtown Chattanooga and found just the place. The biggest PRO (aside from value price) is that staff is extremely friendly. They were delightful. My room and bed were very clean. The bathroom counter was not, but I just used a damp towel to wipe off the spilled coffee stains. This place is a great way to save $$ while on a road trip, if you just need a clean bed to sleep in overnight.

Everything about this was very good. We came to tour the battlefield and this met all our requirements. It was very convenient to restaurants,shopping and especially the historic battlefield. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. This made our stay helpful

Stayed one night, the hotel was clean and staff was nice and friendly. i would stay there again. the only negative is i had smoking room and i don't smoke, yes the smell was bad but we made it ok

We thought it was very nice especially for the rate we paid.

This hotel is spotless, no odor's, no air freshner coverup's. The staff is very friendly. We will definately stay again. It is just a couple of blocks off a main four lane and a few from the interstate but worth the drive. I will drive all day to have a clean room.

The hotel looks to have just gone through a remodel so everything was new inside our room. The only set back was if you missed housekeeping, you missed it. Staff was friendly, I wished the breakfast service was a little later on the weekends. Close to Downtown Chatt and activities without the higher prices. Surrounding area had lots of amenites also. Felt safe.

When we first arrived, the a/c in our room did not work. They immediately moved us to a different room and the a/c worked perfectly. The staff was very nice. We really enjoyed the breakfast they provided, fresh hot waffles every day. The hotel was only a short drive to everything we wanted to do in Chattanooga. We were gone all day and we would arrive back at the hotel to find a clean room every night. If we are ever back in the Chattanooga area, we would stay here again.

Clean room, noisy AC, poor neighbor 5 miles off the interstate and not very accessible, probably won't stay again.

The room was spotless as was the hotel in general. The lady receptionist had listened to my booking request for a quiet room and had allocated one near the back of the hotel and on the top floor. The road outside wasn't noisy, but it all helped. A good selection for breakfast.

Check in went smoothly. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Was highly surprised to find such quality in a Super 8. Area wasn't the best, kind of off the beaten track. Customer service was great!

We were very pleased with the size of the room. We stayed three nights, the room was cleaned everyday. The staff was very friendly. Would stay again.

The hotel room was obviously updated and looked nice. It had a few cabinets and a countertop with a separate sink from the bathroom area. The carpet had some runs in it but looked clean and fairly new. The problem with the room was that it had an awful smell. The A/C was off when we checked in and the room seemed very humid. We only stayed one night and the smell did seem to fade the longer the A/C was on but it never went away.

Room was clean, bed slept well, no smells, no noise, staff was friendly. I've paid more for other hotels that were not nearly as nice.

We made reservation for a bottom room. The Hotel was not notified that we made reservations for a bottom floor. My wife was very unhappy about this. The manager offered us a downstairs roon the next day, but we were already settled in and did not want to move. Hotel was very nice and close to our activity.

We were pleasantly surprised to find kitchen cabinets, sink and microwave/fridge in the room, also the bathroom was updated and everything was very clean. Once the sun came up we were aware that it didn't look like the nicest town, but nothing concerning happened.

The room was comfortable, clean and in a good location for our needs. What more could one ask for the price.

Nice enough motel but the breakfast that was offered at a cost was very sparse. Juice, coffee, biscuits and gravy, some cold cereal and bagels was it. No fruit or hard boiled eggs.

Great location.......just up the road from Lake Winnie amusement park, 10 min ride to lookout mountain, 20 min ride to downtown. Breakfast was good (free) lot's of food choices near hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.....would stay again next time in town!!

Very satisfied with everything. Pillows were a little too full for me. Front desk employees were very kind and helpful. Great rate!

Good for an overnight. Clean room. Comfortable beds. I didn't like the blankets. A comforter is much better.
