We booked this hotel to attend a concert at the BB&T Center. From our arrival staff was friendly and informed of the services provided by the hotel. They arranged for a special shuttle to and from concert, great service.

Everything was great & within walking distance to Sawgrass Mills. The only thing that I didn't like is the water pressure in the shower, it was extremely low.

We were going to the hockey game and this is the closest hotel. We have been many times before and enjoyed services like free shuttle to the mall and hockey game as well as the beach near Fort Lauderdale. Great service and friendly staff.

It was our 4th experience in this hotel. I usually chose it because of its location. it is so close from Sawgrass Mills mall. The staff is friendly but not helpful. You have to pick up your own cart to put your luggage on. You almost have to beg them to bring it into your hotel room. The hotel room is spacious. It was not so clean. I had hairs in my wash basin. Hilton doesn't serve espressos in this hotel.

The beds are very small. Good for one person, but not two. The complimentary shuttle was nice to get to the BB&T center for the concert, but trying to get back was not easy because there were a lot of people wanting on one little shuttle all at once. Breakfast was expensive.

Very pleased with the hotel, room and staff. Love the cookies!!!

Although there was a problem with the toilet, it was attended to promptly.All in all a very pleasant hotel right across the road from Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall. Be aware that there are no self laundy facilities on site but there is a laundry Mart close by.

A great stay and a lot cf fun.

I was bitten by an unkonwn insect while I was sleeping in my room of the hotel. I talked to the manager who told me that I would get half price return and inspect the room. Then told me which kind of insects are in the room.

this is our second stay, and as always, great. The service and food was very good.It is easy to find, as we drove form airport.

I felt the Hotel was very safe, good location and beds were the most comfortable. Staff was very professional and helpful. Job well done!!!

It was nice. It seemed that we had issues with the AC, but since we were only there for one night there was no reason in getting the maintenance involved. They gave us a free cookie, but it was nasty. Overall no complaints.

We were there to see an Andrea Bocelli concert. The hotel provided shuttle service to and from the concert. They also provide service to the mall,. All you needed to do was call. They were very friendly and helpful.

The toilet run the whole time I was there and I toll them the first day.

It was okay. Lots of noise upstairs from us and the heater in the room didn't work. The maintenance man brought us a space heater which was okay. Not enough snacks available and sodas etc. Only machines no shops.

Good location for the excellent sawgrass mills. Room comfy and decent size.

The convenient free shuttle to the BB&T center for the Aerosmith concert I was attending was unbeatable. Close location, friendly staff, clean rooms. The only complaint I had was that the coffee maker in the room was broken and I had to pay $3 for the water bottle in the room (which I had assumed was included!!!!)

Was only there for a night, but check in/check out was very easy. Staff was extremely helpful. I had drop a shirt I needed into the shower. someone came to my room, picked it up, dried it, and returned it to me in record time. My only complaint: the pillows were too soft, but other wise the bed was fantastic.

Both the shower and sink drained very slowly and the walls were paper thin. Also, can hear everything that is in the hallway (people whispering or just walking by, elevator doors opening/closing).

A perfect hotel to get away, relax and recharge your batteries, close to the mall but still relaxed! The gym is top noch!

The hotel stay was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. As were the beds. All the amenities were just what we require. It is always a pleasure to come and stay.

It was wonderful! What a pleasant experience. I continue to look for the same quality found from this hotel in other locations and have not found it.

This was probably the most comfortable stay we have ever had in a motel room. The staff was exceptional, the service was fast and great, the room was spacious and very comfortable, and all the little things that usually are "not like home" were great!!! Very comfortable bed, big fluffy towels, great full-stream shower, GOOD coffee, quiet room, etc. etc. We will definitely stay there again!!!

I like the location of the Hotel but i had a problem with the carpet on the floor,it was stuffy and needed shampooing.Your shuttle service was very good and the drivers were very helpfull and courteous.I will stay at your hotel again but i would like to know if you have any rooms with tiles on the floor.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my husband, and kids. The stay at the DoubleTree was very comfortable. The staff was pleasant. I would definately stay here again.

It was exceptionally enjoyable. I will definitely do it again. The hotel's ambiance and facilities were at the top of the curve and the staff were extremely professional, helpful and pleasant: it was as if they were part of my extended family.

The room is very comfortable and the service excellent. Only the bathroom is not pleased. The bathtub was obstructed (clogged) and the appearance of the bathroom was not the cleanest, as in the hotels where everything seems to be disinfected and thoroughly cleaned. The location is great and the shuttle to Sawgrass, where we shop, was made by drivers friendly and very polite. Good Hotel, could improve the quality of cleaning and maintenance of the toilets only.

it was a great hotel, only one really close to destination.

The location is fantastic for shopping as the Sawgrass Mills Mall is but a stones throw away. The shuttle is complimentary and takes you anywhere within a 3 mile radius which includes the mall, walmart, ross, publix and many restaurants including TGIF, Chillis, applebees and steak n Shake. The cookie upon check in was a welcomed touch and the service was always pleasant. The hotel restaurant was very convenient for late dinner or their delicious breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here in the future and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I recently stayed here and the front desk clerk named WIll was so rude and obnoxious. The shuttle service was supposed to start at 5:30 am but Will refused to ring the driver at 6:45am stating that the shuttle driver was completing important paperwork. I tried to explain how the shuttle was not a problem the previous week but all I got was an eye roll and a "one minute please". I attempted to escalate to the manager on duty but was told he was out sick. A hotel manager did call my room and left message that he was going to being me a warm cookie for my troubles. I'm not 3 years old and I didnt want a cookie- I wanted good service. Anyway, I never got the cookie. The hotel was okay and great spot close to sawgrass mall- but the employees need to get fired.
