We were just passing through the area and would love to have stayed longer. A very nice hotel that we will visit again. Great views of Florence.

We enjoyed our stay because of the professional style we were given. Good service and very pleasant staff to cater for our needs. Totally recommend it.

I love this hotel. I have stayed here twice now, once during the summer and again just barely during the fall. This time however I was a little disappointed. The first room I was given felt like a bomb shelter, it had cement walls, smelled funky and musty and was extremely loud. The hotel allowed us to change rooms after the first night to a much better room with wood floors and no smell. The breakfast is great and it is so fun to be up and out of Florence. Fiesole is just minutes up the street and it is such a fun little town and has delicious food. You can't beat the views either. I'm sure I will be back again soon.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at the end of a 2 week touring vacation of Italy. We had previously stayed at 4-star accommodation throughout Italy so have a good reference for comparative hotels. This hotel deserves at best a 3-star rating. When we checked-in the room we were given had a strong "musty" smell. I asked the desk manager if we could have another room - his response was they'd had a rain storm that day so the toilets may make the rooms "a bit stinky". I had to press for an alternative and he reluctantly gave me the key to the room next door - it wasn't "stinky". No apology, just a shrug of the shoulders - not 4-star! The "deluxe" room was basic and small. We decided against the multi-course meal and opted for a glass of wine and a sandwich. Despite our asking a number of times, we waited a full 20 minutes before our order was reluctantly taken - not 4-star. Finally, we had to check-out at 5.30am to catch a flight. We had told the desk in advance, yet when we tried to check-out we had to awake the duty clerk who was asleep in the lounge to open up the doors and make up our bill. The clerk was bleary-eyed and disheveled and didn't even offer to help with our bags - down two flights of steps to the parking lot - not 4-star. Of all the hotels we stayed in, this was the only one that disappointed. Not recommended.

Very nice spot,very nice staff,room a bit small,but very clean and good beds and bathrooms. View over Forence from the terrace,very very good.

In short: * we had 3 rooms booked. * deluxe rooms too small * Bathroom tiny * A complete shortage of staff to help during a stay. Especially since they are calling it a 4 star hotel. * 1 porter in the hotel. (A joke) * Room service - non existant * Reception staff not helpful Frankly, this is not a moan by me its an embarassment to visit this hotel. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone

Fab hotel, with lovely rooms, wounderful breakfast and a marvellous view of Firenze

Vi hadde et fint opphold. Rommet var var bra med behagelig seng og pluss for dyne. Utsikten til Firenze er nydelig. Hotellet tilbyr leie av elbil som var praktisk for sightseeing i Firenze. Bassenget er lite og solsenger og parasoller slitent. Nydelig frokost med alt man kan ønske seg, men vær tidlig ute. Det var lite igjen da vi kom klokken ti. En kvinnelig kelner er nok veldig lei av jobben sin og var lite serviceinnstilt.

tranquillité, sérénité, très belle vue sur Florence, situation idéale pour prendre bus jusqu'au centre de Florence donc pas besoin de prendre son véhicule. Service irréprochable. Disponibilité et discrétion.Ordinateurs mis à disposition des clients à tout heure de la journée et du soir. Wifi sans interruption très bonne transmission. Petit déjeuner varié, équilibré, très frais pour les produits préparé maison. Important de fournir aux clients un plan de Florence à Fiesole sur internet lors de la réservation ; difficile à trouver. Cependant, une fois à l'hôtel tout vous est fourni plans de la ville de Florence et Fiesole. Vente aussi de tickets de bus à l'accueil.

Les+: - un service excellent et sympathique - un arrêt de bus à proximté pour Florence (si on vient en voiture pas besoin de chercher une place à Florence pour se garer) - une belle terrasse et une vue sympa sur Florence - un bon restaurant Les-: - au bord de la route - piscine minuscule

Værelset hørte til den gamle fløj, hvor køleanlæggene ikke var i stand til i den forholdsvis varme periode at sænke nattempeaturen til et udholdeligt niveau. Efter første nat og protester blev vi overflyttet til et fint værelse med fungerende køleanlæg.

Villa Fiesole is my favorite hotel in Florence where I come a lot. This time I was so luckly to get the most wonderful large room with a view. It was maj and the swimmingpool was open - is was so nice. The people there are extremly friendly and I can only recommend this hotel. The only drawback: it can be difficult to get a room if youre not out in time. This is very regrettable. I just love this place

Uppfyllde förväntningarna för sin prisklass, vacker utsikt från hotellet. Biltrafiken något störande. Snålt att inte internet ingår i priset på ett dyrt hotell.

L'hôtel offre une très jolie vue sur Florence. Idéal si on vient en voiture. Service et hébergement de qualité. Seul bémol, la piscine qui est très petite.
