Very good, would definitely stay there again.

The room smelled moldy or like someone had smoked in there for a long time. Probably need new carpeting. Free Breakfast was lame. Not even a bagel, coffee was bitter and orange juice was Tang (ugh). But the registor desk personel were very nice and helpful when we checked in. I would probably stay there again but bring Fabreeze and go for breakfast out.

We thought everything was very good. Very nice employees. We were very satisfied and will stay again next time we are in the area.

much nicer than was expected for the value older hotel has been kept in excellent condition great continental breakfast, more like a fixit yourself restaurant breakfast eggs ,biscuts and great gravy delicious muuffins, cereal and the milk was even cold

Overall the stay was fine, but they could update their tvs, the one in our room was too small to enjoy the basketball game.

it was a great stay the staff was great and so nice.the food was hot and good.thank you so much will stay there next time we get to go to hot springs

Older location but clean breakfast weak but ok for cereal eaters would stay again

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Only problems was ice machine not working and vending machine robbed me of $2.25.

fair for the price don't count on much for breakfast. make sure you ask fo extra towels they are small.

Decent place to stay at a decent price. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable.

it was ok for the money . the ice machine was still broke from feb. and the tv are really small

First of all, upon arrival they charged another $20 because we had our dog a Bischon Frise we us. Second we requested a downstairs room, because of my wifes disabilty. Third the registraion lady was rude and insulting, when I informed her about the requests that were made in advance, regarding our dog and disability. Forth, the room was dirty, chairs were worn, rug was filthy, beds were the worstever. Thanks for the worst getway a couple could ever have, cound not wait to get home.

we enjoyed our stay. the room was very nice and clean. the only thing wrong with the room was that our room had a whirlpool bath tub and the A/C was on the end of the room where the whirlpool was. The temp was nice and cool on that end but very warm in the rest of the room. We could not get connected to the internet our whole stay. We would return.

First of all, we chose this place because we were traveling with our two Yorkies and this is a pet friendly motel that does not charge for your pets to stay. The room was big and roomy, but this is an older motel. The worst thing that I can say is that the beds are hard as a rock and it was hard to get comfortable at times during the night. The pool was clean and the room appeared to be. If you're traveling with your pups and don't plan to be in your room much, this is an okay place to stay. It's just not on the main Hwy 7/Central Ave. strip and convenient to town. It is right next door to Magic Springs though.

The stay was nice but I have stayed in much better and nicer hotels. I realize that the hotel is quite old but it also can use some improvement.

For the money couldnt get any better

The hotel's location was convenient in that it was near the highway. The room was windowless, dank, with an overall appearance of uncleanliness. The beds were so unappealing we slept in our clothes. Needless to say we checked out on Saturday after staying only one nite. No shower or anything! Two doors down from us a family got locked in their room and it took nearly three hours and a call to the police to extricate them. Never again!

The employees were so nice and more accommidating then at the Howard Johnson we first went to.

Booked a king smoking got a room with double beds I am 6ft 1 in 225 lb and my wife no room very uncomfortable had to check out 1 day early so the discount not worth the time

We had to ask for shampoo. The second day we had to use the same coffee cups as we did the day before because the maid didn't leave us any fresh cups. It was too far away from Hot Springs and the track which was the reason we went.

We knew this was an older hotel and the rate was low so we were not expecting much but we were happy with our room. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of room, the walls and ceiling had been recently painted, and we liked having one sink in the bathroom and one outside the bathroom. Had a fridge and microwave too. Location is a bit away from the center of activity, but Hot Springs is not a big town and it did not take very long to drive anywhere.

Too noisy! Quality and area are on the low end of desirable places to stay. Front desk during the day is friendly and helpful but the night desk employee did not know how to register a guest. The only reason to stay here is they take pet and smokers.

I realize it is a very old hotel, but they could at least put clean fresh linen on the beds. The linen smelled musty. They could also use some new towels. Theirs are getting mighty thin.

It was very hard to locate. People with walking disabilities had a very hard time getting to the office which was all downhill from the room. Breakfast was mediocre. It was too pricey for the bare minimum room. I would not reccomend it to anyone.

I probably couldn't have gotten a better price, and the room was clean. I was traveling alone and felt safe.

It was better than we exspected me and my wife read some of the other reviews we were a little concerned you get what you payed for it needs lots of improvements but overall it was not that bad the cleaning lady did an excelent job keeping our room clean and plenty of towls and wash cloths if you can and able to find another place to stay do so.

the tub would fill up after taking a shower and there were four of us in the room. it literally took 10 mins for the next person to shower because of the drain.

Fairly nice place. Our coffee pot broke and they didn't want to give us a replacement. Finally did, but I had to INSIST. The carpet was old and lumpy the beds were too firm, but for the price I guess it was ok.

This hotel was awful. The bed smelled like urine and the reservations were incorrect. When we arrived we were given 1 room with double bed and 1 room with a King bed. We asked for 2 rooms with 2 double beds. When we went to the front desk they just said they were busy. They brought a roll away bed and it was terrible. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone ever!

first it's way further away than it appears from hot springs. second, the cheap prices pretty much guarantee's a certain type of client, and they were banging doors, running and carrying on all night. an no i am not old. the pool was grossly hot and there was no soap to be had in the bathroom. and seriously, if you drive anything but a crapmobile, you can pretty much guarantee you'll get robbed. there's a reason they tell you not to leave anything of value in your vehicle. scared my kids to death. thankfully it wasn't my vehicle that got robbed.

this hotel was in good location. close to alot of attraction where i didnt have to drive far. nice service.

upon arrival one room was not ready. the clerk wanted to charge me again but did not. when got back the other room was ready but the clerk had no clue about room. the motel was quiet and good ways from food areas but close to attractions. kids had fun.

The owners or managers were very gracious. I know they were having trouble in some areas with the air conditioners but Baruch Ha Shem not in mine. I wasn't looking for some great room just a room where I could get a good nights sleep and that's what I got. There were bugs a couple of times but that's everywhere you go. I think their breakfast would have been better if they included pastries but again I wasn't looking for the Ritz or something so it was fine. For the price it was good.
