Room was horrifyingly dirty. The walls were disgusting and everything smelled rank and smoky.

I stayed at the Knights INN in Laurel for 2 nights with my friend. The room was very clean, except I found old soap in the bathroom. But the rest was very clean und the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the highway and it's the perfect place to stay if you want to stay at a cheap place when you are visiting Washington DC.

Very clean place right between Baltimore and DC. If you visiting both you're about 20min driving from each and prices are so much lower than staying in DC. Big rooms, very comfortable and clean, lot of places around to eat, took my mother to this place.

Front Desk Clerk friendly Was given room that was requested Good location and room was clean when we arrived. However the room smelled musty and we were not given maid service when we requested it for our two night stay

Didn't enjoy my stay

It was nice but internet kept going out and have to reconnect several times every day I was there.

It was fabulous

Not bad for the buck. Considerable amount of construction underway on the hotel. Glad I didn't need to sleep during the day.

arrived after midnight....had trouble finding desk clerk until we opened the "employee only door"...found the desk clerk curled up on sofa asleep

It met all my needs as a business traveler. Internet speed was awesome and saved money by having fridge and micro in my room

For money paid it was what I expected and was more than adequate. Had everything we needed.

Torn bedsheets. No trash can. Filthy sheets. Broken air conditioner. Smelly towels. Broken floor. Torn carpet.

Everything was great except for the bedding assignment. A king bed was requested but received 2 double beds and yet the hotel was not even crowded.

The location was convenient at an economic rate. The coniditon of the hotel was adequate for an older motel serving those looking for inexpensive digs. The room stunk of cigarette smoke and walls were stained and needed painting. The staff was friendly and did their best with the conditions they had for providing service.

After an efficient check in I went to my room in a rather, tired, older hotel. There was a sign on the door that read "No Smoking." However, the room reeked of smoke. You can tell that there was an attempt on the part of management to hide the smoke odor since there was a strong presence of a deodorizer in the room. I called the front desk immediately and was told that it was a non-smoking room and that there were no others available. While the price was okay for the room I would not stay here again.

Staff was friendly, room was large and clean (did smell musty though), convenient location. Wish there had been a net curtain to allow light into the room while allowing for some privacy. Would stay there again at this price.

We spent 2 nights at the Knights Inn Laurel and to be honest we didn't know what to expect from a room that is this cheap and after reading mixed reviews,but it was just fine. The room was clean,heat,hot water,mini fridge,microwave,parking right in front of the room.Yes the bed and pillows were not the most comfortable but overall for this rate it was worth it for us.DC is about 30 min drive.As far as dining options they are plenty in Laurel.If you are looking to spend just a few nights i think it works but if you are picky and looking for luxury you should not even be looking at hotels with these rates

When we first arrived, our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke; however, we were moved to a different room after complaining. Also, the website said free breakfast, which wasn't the case. Overall, it's a nice stay for a small trip.

The staff was very friendly. However we reserved a room with king size beds and got queen size. The room smelled heavily of burnt food when we came in and also the pillows were smelling. No other rooms were available according to the staff.

this place did serve the purpose of our stay, bug free and comfortable though the sofa in the room looked little old. would like you to add free breakfast too. Has lots of restaurants and stores close by. Would definitely suggest this place.

Good location; near stores/restaurants. Well maintained; clean and quiet. Friendly and quick service at front desk. Will stay again when visiting the in-laws.

it was grate

The room was clean, the staff nice, area was safe. Not a vacation resort type place, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Our room was large, clean and appeared to be recently renovated. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is definitely a great value if you are looking for good basic accommodations at a very reasonable cost.

my stay was ok.it wouldve been better if they had the pool open for the summer,but it was ok..the location was great !!! loved the amenities,service etc...

Not a bad place to stay for the night. The front desk older lady had a slight attitude. They had a microwave and mini fridge in our room but no coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner or lotion. It is located right behind a gas station and McDonalds that you can walk to. The room(smoking) was ok but the bed(queen) was very hard and there was only 2 pillows on the bed that were flat. If you need a place for more than one night...find one with softer beds!

Room not ready until 6:15pm - waited. Stink like urine upon entering. No other rooms available.... Door lock problem; swipe-pull-turn-push-maybe?-repeat! 1 hand towel per day; no towels/wash cloths one night after returning at 11pm!!! No answer at front desk; had to go there. Old TV; poor picture. Pool not in service (13-17 Jun)! Surly, immigrant staff.

The hotel was sorta run down and had an unclean feel to it. Location is great, surrounding area is also great. The staff is also very friendly. For a quick stay overnight there's really no harm done, it gets the job done.

One thing I have to say: bedbugs everywhere.

Room was clean and inexpensive. Location was great with 24 hr Walmart next door, lots of other places you may need to go as well. During the day, seemed like a great location. At night, some shady characters were about...but none that seemed scary or threatening...just drunk, dirty and disoriented. This didn't bother ME at all since I travel for business on my own dime a lot, and I've stayed in some doozies...overall this one was really fine. I would recommend it.

C'mon Knights Inn, invest some $$$ in beds, linens and carpeting!

I think it's a nice buy for the money.

This was overall a good experience for the price. Rooms were very clean and staff were very considirate and attentative to our needs. The need of improvements are needed such as : Iron and Ironing board in rooms, coffee machine in room, and most of all better pillows on the beds.

Free WiFi was awful. Tjey front deskperson was unable to provide extra pillows and towles since housekeeping was closed. All in all, this hotel still needs to improve

My room was cleaned at all time, not bad for the price. I will stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was a bit dated. Seems to be in process of updating. Good room for price. No frills. Convenient to highway and food.

Just Stayed overnight n that was reasonbly comfortable

was very unsatisfied the hotel room had numerous sets of cobb webs along celing in different spots my wake up call was a half hour early the ac unit was working but damaged pulled away from wall no shampoo in the room it was just an overall bad experiance wont be staying there again

My room was clean and serviceable. The property is old, but kept up. It's apparent that they are beginning to renovate, so there are container boxes and equipment scattered about. Overall, it's a good location. I'd stay there again.
