No issues. Clean. Plenty of room. I can't really think of any complaints. It's exactly what you expect when you stay at a cheap hotel.

The hotel room was dated but clean. I had friends who stayed in a nicer hotel down the road infested with stink bugs but did not encounter any bugs here. Arrived late at night and the service took a few minutes as the women behind the counter were engaged in some sort of conversation, but it was smooth once we got into the room. Will definitely choose to stay here in the future

Hotel room was nice and clean. Definitely worth the money to stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Courteous staff.

Hotel was good, stayed there numerous times to visit family in Martinsburg but was annoyed at the number of people staying in non-smoking rooms that stood outside to smoke which we could smell in our room.

Very clean room. Excellent service! Very comfortable bed!

Book online with no problem. Checking in was a pain. Lady was rude. Booked non smoking but was given smoking, had ashtrays and smelled! Asked for different room but was denied, said they were busy. No shampoo or lotion in room. There is however an excellent italian restaurant across the street next to comfort inn. I wont ever stay in another knights inn regardless!

After trying two rooms and finding long black hairs in both the beds and folded up in the towels, we decided we didn't feel comfortable staying. Management was nice about it though and allowed a full refund. Rooms were nice and location was great so hopefully they will improve their housekeeping!

Chose hotel due to pricing, nothing fancy but a satisfactory stayover.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Very clean room, spacious and quiet.

I liked it. When I wanted to check out, there was no one at the desk though, even though I rang the doorbell. So I just left the key on the counter. Traffic is a mess near the interstate, though. Breakfast was mediocre but the coffee was fine.

We spent one night here on our last night of a two week trip in which we stayed in six different hotels during our trip. This was the best one. It was located conveniently, the area seemed decent and noise was not an issue. The room was very clean and appeared to have been recently updated. The furniture, while basic, was in great shape and all matched. It is an economy room, with no frills but very accomadating. Everything worked and we were comfortable. Would stay again

The room was nice and clean. No problems found.

Older facility - maintenance reasonably good. Has hair dryer and iron board and iron like the upscalers. TV is confusing satellite. "Breakfasr" is small doughnuts and pecan swirls with coffee. Motel was comfortable and clean.

Chose this motel strictly on a price basis, since I knew I would be there only to catch a quick night's sleep before leaving very early next morning, so I wasn't expecting much. I had an easy, quick check in, they honored my reservation requests (non-smoking, etc.) to a "T", and the room was very clean and more than adequate. Very quiet, too. No frills, definitely, but I wasn't paying for frills, either.

This motel looks like a plain Jane from the outside, but is in great condition for an older place. The room was larger than typical and well laid out. We were very comfortably situated and stayed a 2nd day so we were able to visit Harpers Ferry, Manassas as well as Antietam.

Close to interstate, convienent, clean & quiet. No frills, reasonable price.

I didn't expect such a nice place for a Knight's Inn. Clean and comfortable.

Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms all at ground level - so no stairs to climb.

It was an ok hotel for a quick overnight stay. Clean but a little shabby.

I have no complaints at all. It was everything I expected. If I ever get back, I will stay there again. Oh, great internet service.

Room was clean. Enought towels. Room was large enough. Bed was comfortable. Convenient to I -81 but not to places to eat breakfast. I left my checkbook in a drawer but housekeeping had no knowledge of it. I would stay again if was only alternative.

It was a great value. Easy to get in an out of and the wifi didn't require going through 5 pages of stuff to get signed on to it every time you open up your laptop. The place could perhaps use a facelift, but its a motel. You're not paying for fancy.

Chose this property due to being on Rt 81 on way home from a Coastercon trip to Dollywood and Carowinds. Knew I could not make the 8 hr drive straight. Front desk open and attentive even at 11 pm arrival. Room clean and quiet. Morning coffee and continental breakfast available on time 6AM. 24 hour gas station / store next door for added needs (Juice) definitely would stay there again if traveling this route.

The manager of this motel needs to find another job! He was the nastiest person i have ever dealt with at any hotel in my life. They take pets, but if they breath too loud they threaten to "evict" you. Oh by the way, if you pay cash for your pet, get a receipt!! He put my $20 in his pocket, as i only stayed one night out of two. Then they refused to refund my money for the one night i didn't stay. The price was good, but you get what you pay for...in this case a huge hassle! I will NEVER stay at a Knights Inn again..I'd rather sleep in my car!

clean good sized room comfy bed

Since I just needed a room for a single night and was going to arrive rather late in the evening anyway I really hated to spend much on a hotel room. The room and bath were VERY clean, the bed comfy (though the pillows were not), the TV worked, the shower was small but nice and hot, and the room was not too noisy. There was even an iron, microwave and mini fridge in the room. Perfectly fine for a short stay if you are on a budget. If you want the all the mini shampoos and a continental breakfast this is not the place for you, but if you don't mind going to the lobby for coffee with the money you save you can go across the highway and get breakfast at the waffle house!

I have never stayed at a Knight's Inn before, but I trusted in the reviews of those who had stayed at this particular location--and it was a very good stay for the price. Very clean, front desk very friendly, easy to find off of the interstate. Would stay there again for sure!

My wife and I were in for a wedding and stayed two nights. The price was excellent and the room was adequate for what we needed--just a place to sleep and shower. Some past reviewers mentioned problems with the TV, and if that is a problem for you I recommend contacting the office. They have DirecTV and ours was messed up, but a guy came right over when I called and got it fixed for me. The high speed internet was VERY fast and my laptops both connected with no problem. The room was spacious enough for two of us. There was an ironing board/iron, fridge and microwave. Hotel is conveniently located off of I-81 and minutes from shopping and food. The only complaint I would say is that the walls are very thin, so you can hear people next door or outside as though the door was open. Luckily there were not many people around the first night, but we wakened a few times during the night from people coming and going and talking loudly outside. I would highly recommend this place if you just want an inexpensive room that is clean and fairly well kept with friendly service. I would definitely stay here again if I were traveling this way again.

Although the room was small, it was very clean and comfortable. Maid service was very fast and efficient. We checked in after 7 pm, and the night clerk was not very helpful when the TV didn't work. But they accommodated my kids and dog without hassle. The only thing I didn't like was hearing the guy in the next room snoring.

I liked the hotel itself. The room was very clean & comfortable, however, I could not get internet service in my room! I called the office and asked them about it & they said it might be my computer. I went down to the McDonald's to try my computer & it worked perfectly fine, so I know it wasn't my computer. I told the office this, but they still could not do anything to get my internet working!! I was very disappointed in this. They let me come to the office to check my email on their computer, but it was not the same as being able to relax in my room, watching tv & getting on the internet! Other than that, my stay was good.

Clean, friendly, and very nicely located to food and conveniences. Not nearly as bad as teh price might lead youto believe. Walls very thin, doors do not provide privacy in to the rest room from the rest of the room. Please in teh area friendly and staff very responsive to the need for directions. Everything worked in the room and the place was clean-I got a good night sleep-well worth the money. dont' kow I would stay more than 2-3 days.

We just stayed there one night just long enough rest before we "hit the road again". The hotel is pet friendly, but we did have an issue when I arrived because when I booked the room, I told them that we had our dachshund with us, and knowing that they book the room I requested; however, when I got there, I was told that my pet couldn't stay in the room that I had booked. Needless to say, I was not about to be put in a room with just a double bed when I has specifically requested a king bed in a non-smoking room. After a bit of conversation, we were allowed to stay in the room that I had booked. The room was comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. I felt the parking lot was a bit dark, however. We didn't eat anything for breakfast because all that was offered was coffee and little powdered donuts. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay. The people working at the hotel are very nice and accomodateing. I will stay there again.

We were very pleased with our room - it was clean & comfortable. The continental breakfast was very limited, but we saved so much on the price of the room we could go out for breakfast & still save money if we wanted. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Not fancy - but nice & quiet.

Motel was fine....only issue is that going in and out of the rooms from the outside it has a BIG step up/down of about 15". First time leaving room it caused be to step awkwardly enough that I fell. Not sure why they designed the entrance like that.
