Clean and comfortable. Rooms need a little updating but other than that, a great stay.

Good location , my room was nice

We stayed here as a family with a one-year-old while we were in town for a wedding. The staff was friendly when we asked if we could check in a little early. We had to ask a few times to get the pack-N-play brought to the room, although we had requested it in advance and called to confirm the request. The only real complaint was that the finishes really need to be renovated, with a few peeling spots of wallpaper, fill on a punched-in hole in the door, etc.

My only complaints are that I had problems with my room key working (took several swipes) and the other would be to have a larger television in the room. Other than that, very clean and open with all the amenities.

Maintenance was the only dissapointment. The main door didn't shut without a shove and the hole in the bathroom door. The room was clean and comfortable. This was a good value room.

I travel and stay in Kennewick twice a month. I have always stay at Baymont and have enjoyed my stay. I did try several other hotels/motels before and, by far, this is the best value.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly too.

It was great to be close to the interstate we were travelling on. Restaurant close by Osaka was great.

Attentive staff, clean/quiet rooms, good breakfast. Hotel a little difficult to get to but my GPS worked to get me in and out...

Baymont was nice to let us check in early. However they put us on the 1st floor which required us to trek all of your 9 month old daughters items up and down the stairs. It would have been more convienent to be on the main level. Everything else seemed fine. Wished they had given us more towels. And the room was freezing when we first entered because they were airing it out from all the cleaning products. We stayed our first night which went fine, but by the second day our room smelled of cigeratte smoke. It was like that all night. I spoke with the front desk the next day and they said they would speak to the manage and let me know if they could give us something. It's a week later and I have never heard from anyone. Also I had to spend time rewashing all of my clothes because everything smelled SO badly. We have stayed at this hotel before and this is the first time this has happened. But I would spend more to stay somewhere else not to go home smelling of smoke.

Hotel was clean. Location and price good. The sheets very c lean but the mattress was pretty soft and I had to sleep with a pillow under my back so I wouldn't sag.

Every 2-3 months I go down to Kennewick to visit with family and have stayed at different motels each time. The Baymont was by far the best in every way. Not only was it clean, comfortable and beautiful, but the staff at EVERY LEVEL from front desk, to house keeping, to maintanence people were so warm, friendly, helpful and 'aware' promptly meeting our needs and requests. I have 2 little children and the staff bent over backwards to assist and greet the children sweetly and with patience. An added bonus was that there was a microwave and small frig in the room. Also, free access to a computer with internet access, so was able to keep up with my emails/facebook accounts. It was right of the main road, yet far enough off that I never heard anything. Also, their was a wonderful birthday party just across the hall from our room with lots of small children and families, yet once inside the room, we never heard anything. GREAT STAFF!!! THANK YOU SOO MUCH!!.

Smell in downstairs hallway.Breakfast not so good.Room was clean staff was pleasent,pool was nice except for unpleasnt odor in hall place was not bad.

We were totally impressed with the hotel. Not only was the price super reasonable, but the room was great and the breakfast was amazing. As part of the dog show in town that weekend, we did not have to pay a pet deposit. Thank you. It was much appreciated.

An exellent stay after being on the road. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good variety for breakfast. I will definitely stay here again. Good value.

Our visit was spoiled by lack of hot water. We were told that the boiler needed fixing. It sure did. Since we had no hot water it did not matter that the shampoo and conditioner tubes were empty. I would not come back.

The breakfast was sooo wonderful! The beds were just right the same with the pillows. The first night manager was great , very helpful ,the second nights was lacking she didn't want to have to do anything and it came through loud and clear. But the two things that bothered us the most were,1 the horrible smell coming from the bathroom. It was only in the bathroom. The bathroom was clean there was just this rotten egg smell ugg. We called the front desk and she said that they were aware of it and had had several people look at the problem and had some theories on what it might be , but no fixes and then she said that sometimes the smell is in the hallway too. And she was right the next night it was. We just tried to keep the door to the bathroom shut. And the 2nd thing was we were put in the basement,well half basement, when I asked to be moved she said they were booked full. And that was before we smelled the bathroom. but we had had the reservation for three months in advance and we were checking in late at night and didnt want to have to find somewhere else. With the exception of the one night manager and the smell and the basement room,we would stay there again.The pool looked great though we never did have a chance to try it and as I said it was comfortable and clean so all in all a positive experience.

Great hotel, great comfortable bed, would have been even better if I could have slept. The hotel allows animals and my neighbor had yappy dogs that kept me awake for hours.

Clean, comfortable, had everything that should be there (hair-dryer, iron/board, coffee in room as well as in lobby). This is a nice hotel, I would stay again.

SERVICE WAS GOOD , BUT IT WAS A N OLDER HOTEL. WE HAD TO DO STAIRS WHICH WAS HARD ON MY OLDER MOTHER. AND I HAD WANTED A HOTEL WITH A POOL, AND THE POOL WAS CLOSED FOR REPAIR, WHICH WAS BIG DISAPPOINTMENT TO THE 8 YEAR OLD. THE HOTEL DID LET HIM GET INTO THE HOT TUB, WHICH WAS NICE BUT IT WAS A VERY HOT DAY AND WE WOULD OF LOVED TO OF BEEN IN A POOL.

I have criteria when I book a hotel room...a fitness facility, cleanlines and safety. This hotel met all my needs (although the eliptical machine was a little on the cheesy side so I had to use the bike).

I was there for my best friends Sons Graduation, There was a slight problem with my room the fridge didnt work and a light bulb flickerd but the staff just found me another room they were extremely helpfull answering any questions and helping when ever they could. THE POOL and SPA are Open 24 hours soo no matter how late you get home you can take a couple of laps and then sit in the spa Great place to stay

it was nice, only complaint we asked for a roll away bed and never received it

Staff was Awesome, they wet out of their way to be helpful.

The hotel was incredibly close to where we needed to be. The room was comfortable and clean but in need of a lot of cosmetic repairs. The free breakfast was nice...mostly carbs though...would have liked to see more protein. I definitely got what I paid for but would likely pay a few more dollars to stay at a newer hotel next time.

It was an overall good visit - there was a mechanical problem with the toilet in our room that was resolved eventually - the maid service didn't leave a floor towel in the bathroom for the 2nd day of our stay. The towels in the pool area are laughably small. Breakfast bar was good with lots of selections - the pool and hot tub were nice, but the spa (sauna) was not working - A fire alarm made Sunday morning a little crazy, especially since the desk clerk didn't have the code to shut it off. I include most of these comments for your benefit - we were happy with our stay overall. The staf was very nice - we loved that the pool was open 24hrs as we came in late and were still able to enjoy it.

This is a great motel and great price. convience and helpfulness of the staff. A great continental breakfast, not just donuts, clean and comfortable.

I have stayed at the Baymont several times while on business trips because of it's convenient location; however, during my last stay police officers came pounding on my door waking me up to investigate a "strange smell" in the hallway. Turns out the guy down the hall was dealing drugs. I will never stay at this hotel again. Obviously not a safe location.

I travel a lot, and this hotel was a really great deal for the price! The breakfast was an unexpected treat with biscuits and gravy, waffles, french toast, fresh stawberries with whipped cream, YUMMY!

I initially booked a room for five nights. I requested two queen beds. Upon my arrival I was informed that the request for two beds could not be honored because the hotel could not accomodate my request. It was also a two story hotel and it did not have an elevator.

I HAVE STAYED AT THE BAYMONT IN THE PAST, AND IT IS A VERY NICE MOTEL, CLEAN,COMFORTABLE. THE LOCATION NEAR A TRUCK STOP GAS STATION IS NOT THE BEST, AND THIS TIME THEY PUT US IN A BASEMENT ROOM AND IT WAS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO CLIMB UP AND DOWN STAIRS WITH SUITCASES. BUT OVER ALL IT IS A NICE MOTEL.

I love this hotel but have problems with their internet provider blocking websites. It makes it difficult to do some of my work while I am in town. My son has friends that live close by so I continue to stay there but wish I could get more work done. Everything else is great and the staff are very good.
