Great beds and linens. Beautiful pool/hot tub area. Staff was very friendly.

This was a great hotel but the breakfast was terrible. Scrambled eggs were horrible as were sausage and French toast.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton the only thing I did not like was that the heating unit was very loud the hotel staff offered to give me another room but it had the same problem

Nice, friendly and professional staff. Free high speed internet. Free breakfast wasn't gourmet, but adequate. Crush Restaurant next door was superb.

Beautifully decorated lobby, fitness room, cable tv with kids lineup, and delicious breakfast all pluses. Gave me a map of area attractions which was helpful in finding a winery. After forgetting my coat, staff called and pleasantly offered to arrange FedEx return.

Stayed at the establishment nearby the night before, For an extra $10, this was well worth it. High class. Awesome breakfast and nice coffee and juice bar open all night.

We went to Ukiah for a mini getaway. We only stayed one night but in short, the hotel was impeccably clean, comfortable and attractive. The staff was inviting and friendly. In the morning, the breakfast was wonderful with eggs, sausage muffins, waffles, cereals and juices. The hotel was well worth the money and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Our Stay was great. this was the first time we stayed there. I would choose to stay there again if ever need be.

No hot water for shower except at 5 AM. The room heater did not work and had to be fixe. Toilet plugged and had to be plunged.

We have stayed at a neighboring hotel in the area before and did not like it at all. We have stayed at Hampton Inns many times in Texas and always have had a good experience. We liked the Hampton Inn in Ukiah but the neighbors in the upstairs room were so loud in the morning that my husband was awakened by them. He was not so happy about that. Our main complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was almost non-existant and the tub drained very, very slowly. Also, there was no hot water by 10 am. So, a brisk shower was the order of the day.

Clean room. Hospitable staff. Good breakfast.

I was up for a triathlon in Ukiah, the most important thing to me was SLEEP...the bed was VERY comfortable and the room Quiet! The breakfast selection was excellant. I do have 2 complaints though, when we checked in the receptionist was on the phone to a client helping them figure out how to get on the internet. She did not even acknowledge us standing there, by the time she did help us, there were 6 other people in line. I felt it could have been something to call the client back on after we were checked in. The other small problem I noticed was that the clean towels in the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. :((

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel and grounds were at the Hampton Inn in Ukiah. We had an 11 hour trip and decided to stay in Ukiah to cut our trip into 2 days. Everything was up to date, clean, and the grounds were lovely. The cost was low, and what we were expecting was much less. We will definately stay here again. I have already recommended this hotel to others.

We were there for a graduation the next day, good service from the staff and overall good experience. The mini terraces are a nice bonus.

Great hotel. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast selection and quiet. The only room they had left was a smoking room, i was nervous about it but we got in our room and it had a sligh smell, we just opened the sliding door to air out and it never bothered us. We had a great experience.

Arrived late at night. No signs of staff. Rang desk bell. After 7 minutes a young, tall, skinny man began to slowly walk to the front desk. He was on the phone and did not make eye contact with me. He proceeded to finish his call (I think it was with a guest) and then began to help me. He turned on the computer farthest from the end where I was standing, then asked for my ID and credit card. I found them, set them on the counter and said "here they ate", while I kept looking in my purse for my rewards card. I made small talk and then began to pick up stuff off the floor that had fallen. After I was done (5-8 minutes) I looked up since I noticed it had been silent since I gave him my cards, which were still there. He still was sitting at the other end of the counter, arms crossed, feet against desk looking at me impatiently. He asked for my cards again (which were and had been on the counter). I said in disbelief "I guess I will bring them to you", and did just that. He rolled his eyes, not a word from him. When I asked for the manager on duty he grinned and said it was him. What ridiculous interaction. What a shame the service lacks basic attentiveness to the customer; this actually is the nicest hotel facility in town.

I had business meetings in Ukiah in the middle of the week which required an overnight stay. I checked in about an hour earlier than check-in time, but was allowed to check in anyway. When I arrived at my room, there were three open suitcases sitting on the floor and the television was on. I immediately went to the front desk to let them know that there were still people in the room. Without even asking, the front desk provided me with a new room and key, all the while apologizing profusely about the mistake. When I got to my 2nd room, I realized that they had upgraded me to a room with a jacuzzi tub and fireplace. Within 5 minutes the manager called the room to make sure that everything was fine and again apologized for the mistake. The hotel was immaculate, the room was beautiful, and the service was outstanding. They displayed what I consider to be the epitome of customer service. Although they made a mistake, they were quick to make things right and from that point on the entire stay was perfect.

Great location in the heart of Mendocino county and the wine country. We enjoyed our stay in the room with a jacuzzi.

The Hampton Inn is probably the most modern hotel in the Ukiah area, however, it's getting older and you can tell. The breakfast is poor, the shower isn't satisfactory, older television, the stiff bed, the spa is not quite "hot" and the jets are poor at best especially for paying $30 - $50 more dollars than the few competitive hotels nearby. Not all was bad, they finally put in an entrance to the neighboring restaurant, Branches, the lobby is nice and the room is spacious.

Did not get charged the corporate rate. I had asked twice about that and the man said not for PG&E. Requested quit room but go noisy room (facing street) without balcony even thou I had booked it w/balcony. Very bad coffee.

The hotel was as one expects at a Hampton Inn--clean, generous size rooms, etc. The breakfast, however, was very meager and the offerings help explain our obesity problem: all carbs and sweet stuff. It would be nice to have a yogurt that isn't full of sugar or a hot dish that isn't all fat. If we pay extra for the breakfast, it would be nice to be able to pay less and go get a decent breakfast at a local restaurant.

We spent a few days here relaxing after several days of camping up in the Redwood Forest. Beautiful new building, great pool area, decent breakfast, comfy beds. Only minor quibble was the tvs weren't HD/widescreen, but everything else about the hotel was great. Highly recommend for wine country stays - close access to both Anderson Valley and Russian River Valley, plus many more. (PS - next time we want to check out the king rooms with fireplaces -- we just stayed in the standard two-queen room!)

It is a relatively new hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The high speed internet is pretty fast. The continental breakfast is good and offers variety of choices. It is a great value for the price we pay.
