Snow Peak Inn - פלאגסטאף

This place was a dump, will not come back. Needs to be remodeled.

The rooms sucked did not get a king bed like I booked it smelled like sinky feet the bed was unconfortable even though the mánager was nice it does not change the fact that the rooms need repair if I go back i will not be staying at this place again

When we checked in, the wifi didn't work in our room. and the TV remote didn't work. We were initially told "it's an old TV " so the remote doesn't work, and to go to the lobby for wifi. Later that evening, someone was sent to fix the remote. It wasn't until the next day that we found out there was in fact wifi in the room, and we were given the password. Breakfast was OJ, coffee, toast, and packaged pastry. Location was a few minutes ride into town, and within walking distance to a large grocery store. There was a small fridge in the room (no freezer), and a microwave. Room was small, with a desk and one chair. There was no room service.

We choosed Snow Peak Inn because low rate - we have everything in low rate, exept location. We stayed 2 nights. Room was not refresh on second day. To refresh towels I have to go to office. Towels was very old, some of them with big holls. It was no Wi-Fi connection, but it was mention on veb side. Breacfast was simple, but nice.

For the price, this is clean, reasonably safe motel. Hardly new, hardly fancy, but what do you expect? The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the check-in was prompt (even if we woke up the clerk because we got in so late). And the heater worked like gangbusters.

The door to my room didn't close, wind was blowing through the bottom and the ether net did not connect. I needed web connection for my reports for work. The Manager said his rooms were sold out when I only saw 4 vehicles in the parking lot... he wanted to up sell to get me into another room. Beware of the over weight Indian guy with glasses, he has no business in hospitality.

well I thought my first stay I had a fridge and microwave, but did not have one on second stay. other than that, stay was just like first time got in late and left early. worked great for me!!

The attendant wasn't the friendliest and was always too busy to actually talk with us. He was on his phone the whole time and didn't do much for customer assistance. The room itself smelled of paint and a stale odor. Towels were dirty and overall not a good feeling of clean. We got what we paid for and for the short amount we stayed there it was worth the price. We were just making a stop in Flagstaff and really needed a quick place to stay. Don't expect a great room or service just a quick place to stay.

excellent service-wish I could have stayed long enough to enjoy amenities such as their walking trail.

I am a woman traveling alone and I was ok with the area I just needed a place to sleep and shower!

Im not picky about where I stay but this hotel must either have been recently remodelled or I got one of the good rooms. Nothing fancy but great value for a night.breakfast is subpar and water took a while to become hot but good value at 40 a night.

Convenient location, close to NAU but needs remodel badly.

Although this is a cheap hotel, it turns out to be very costly when considering the very bad conditions of the room. Other hotels offer a far better service for the same price or a couple more dollars.

Run down, dirty and very over priced

if you are looking for a place to rest, this is it, nothing else. The tub and carpet didn't look good. Old TV set.

Nice location, convenient but needs work and up keep. Horrible service, not friendly at all.

The rooms are microscopic but for the price it really isn't bad. We didn't use the shower. Looked a little gross. Our floor had a big wet spot on it so we just shoved a towel over it. Bed was surprising clean and comfortable though

We arrive late. It should be a non-smoking room, but there are burns from ciggarette on the beding, internet plug not working, till next day, heating is not efficent, we are all very cold. even not enough covering.... We will never live here again, and had to leave early from this place.

Very bad experience . Dirty rooms and non -functional bathroom.

Power in our room went out both nights in a row for an hour and it was only our room, the bathroom was just gross and the tv sucked, service was also horrible the continental breakfast was a muffin and a coffe

A terrible motel for every thing.

We had trouble finding the hotel cause it changed names. For a dog friendly hotel, there was no appropriate place for a dog to use the restroom. The door had a gap on the side and on the bottom that did not keep the snow out. There were no working outlets to charge a phone or blow dry hair. The siding in the bathroom was coming off. The heating was poor and not set up well for two bedrooms. The hand towel provided was shredded. The cleanliness was not up to par.

The room was decent, nothing fancy but served its purpose. It's centrally located and for the price it really can't be beat.

My son and his family stay the night before we got there, he said it was the worst hotel ever the door would not close the electcial outlets werent working everything was old and gross.We never check in we moved our whole party to another Hotel across town.

Could not find hotel by name, as it has been changed do Snow Pick. Hotel needs a restoration very badly.

The people who run this hotel changed the name of it & didn't update it online. I thought I was lost until I double checked the address, very confusing to find

Old motel but ok, not helpful staff. Good sized rooms and good value for price. They advertised breakfast but non existant, no plates if there was any food left.

From 11 pm - 4 am we had to listen to a drunk women figjting with her bf and a lot of murder threats were made. Room stunk of cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. It took the Front desk manager 5hrs to finally call police all while we got no sleep.

Yikes best describes this place. Its cheap and its clean. My room was very small but it was cheap you really can't expect allot for the price. We only stayed one night on our way through and for the price I would stay there again. The only thing was the internet is wired not wireless. But really for one night who cares.

Pros: Hotel is across the street from Galaxy diner and various restaurants. They're all good. Customer service is ok. Cons: There is no wifi.You have to "deposit" to get a cable. Very inconvenient. Microwave was missing even though there were microwaves in other room. Fridge was lopsided and in poor shape. Tv was spazzing out when it was raining. OVERALL: If you're only planning to stay for 1-3 days then it's a good hotel. If longer than that then probably better to spend more because you will be unhappy.

tiny, tiny room, dilapidated beyond belief, no tolet paper, towels were literally threadbare. Neighborhood was scary!

old and rundown. thin and dingy towels . dark parking area. difficult to locate. late starting breakfast. very meager b/fast. only nice memory was Galaxy Grill across street....a real treat.

hard to find location. very conjested area. an older motel that needs renovation. most staff friendly and helpful. will probably not stay there next time in area.

If you are visiting Flagstaff, this is one of the typical Routee 66 motels. The town is littered with this type of place that have to put "Clean Rooms" on the sign!

The front desk agent, Kevin, was very personable, and offered several suggestions for things to do and dining options, and he let me check in a couple of hours early. The hotel does appear to need some renovation in regards to the outside carpeting and public areas. The room was clean and comfortable. For the price, you can't beat it. Room included a fridge, microwave, high-speed internet, and instant hot water in both the shower and sink. I have stayed here once before, and I can tell they are working on improving the property overall.

It was a great price, quiet and nice hotel service but the hotel is very run down, beds are lousy and basically it needs to be completely redone but as I said the price is right and it is a convenient location.

The price and location to downtown is great. The downside of this location is that it is close to the railroad tracks and train are constantly traveling through there at night. I had to sleep with my windows open because the air conditioner didn't work. Another thing I would recommend the hotel do is change the shower head for a more even distribution of water. I was pleased to know that the hotel provides breakfast but I was disappointed to find that consisted of bread, packaged danish/muffin, orange juice and coffee on a counter. There is no seating area.

Hotel location was great, house keeping services were disappointing-it was only done when requested. No telephone in room nor wi fi. Breakfast was also disappointing.

The was no service. The room, when we returned that evening, was just the way we left it; no clean towels, the bed not made, etc. The latch on the bathroom door was broken, and the TV remote was lost.

Not happy with my stay. Would like a coffee pot in room.
