This hotel is very well situated, very clean and very comfortable. The suite is spacious so that you don't feel on top of each other and the kitchen layout allows for it to actually be useful. The staff is also top notch. I highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I stayed at Sundial Boutique Hotel for our 1 year wedding anniversary. We reserved a one bedroom mountain view and the room was perfect in size. The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. They helped arranged every aspect of our trip from restaurant reservations to spa appointments. When we arrived at each activitiy, the staff at the restaurant/spa wished us a Happy Anniversary, which means the staff at Sundial made it a point to note. The hotel is in a great location to Whistler Village if you would like to be in the middle of everything. It can be a bit noisy, so if you are looking for seclusion, this is not the hotel. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

Perfect for a couple or a family wanting to spend time at whistler.The full kitchen allowed one to save on eating out.Food store close by.

It was our honeymoon so were surprised with a bottle of champagne and chocolates upon our arrival. The customer service was excellent, the location was great and we loved our room so much we booked an extra night. The room was very clean and comfortable and some amazing restaurants were just steps away. I would highly recommend the Sundial

Excellent location, good quality, very spacious, friendly staff. It may not have the large lobby of fancier places, but it has ski valet service...

Everything and everyone works hard to make your stay comfortable.

Loved it. Beautiful view of both Gondelos up to Whistler and Blackhome Mountains . Negatives was bar below could hear music in room, no pool.

We went here for our 10th anniversary and had the most incredible stay. They found out about the occasion and responded with a complimentary upgrade to a mountain view room, bottle of champaign, and a box of chocolates. The staff were incredible...from the housekeeping lady to the management, always smiling and asking how our stay was, even turning off a vacuum when we walked into the lobby. We will be back here again.

Right across from the Blackcomb gondolas... the location could not have been better! Staff was friendly. We had a spacious 2-BR suite with full kitchen. Highly recommended!

We chose the Sundial Boutique Hotel for it's great location next to the gondola plaza. Our Valley View room looked into Whistler Village and to the mountains beyond. Every staff person was very helpful, our suite was mountain-charming and spacious. Our one personal preference would have been firmer beds.

If you like the night life or being in the center of things then this hotel will suit you well. My husband and I, however, found the noise and music outside a little annoying. Perhaps the hotel could have invested in noise reducing windows? The rooms in the Sundial Boutique are far from sound proof, as we could hear voices, footsteps, and other irritating bangs and clangs coming from other rooms above and beside us. The staff is lovely and accomodating. The rooms are nice and fairly large, with full kitchens. No room service, though.

Perfect location and great accomodations.

This hotel was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the service was fantastic - all of the staff were very friendly and they kept our room immaculate. Perfect for a romantic getaway - we didn't have to worry about a thing, and it was beautiful and spacious and close to everything. Would DEFINITELY return. Beautiful rooftop hot tub feels awesome after a day of hiking.

Great location, steps away from the gondola. Good service, clean room.

Overall it was good. Location of hotel is great, close to gondola and ziptrek tours. We had fun and enjoyed our stay at Sundial.

Very pleased with this hotel. Very clean and nice. Right next to the gondola and at one end of the village stroll. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay was very good overall but I was not told there will be construction noise during my stay. The in room entertainment such as the TV and cable top box seems outdated as well as the location is awkward. The bed squeaks with movement although the mattress is comfortable. The housekeeping was prompt and professional.

I stayed at the Sundial with my two sons aged 9 & 11 for spring skiing. The two bed apartment was supremely comfortable and luxurious, the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in (it was difficult to get my children out of them!) The location was ideally central to the gondolas and village, the staff were personal, professional, and extremely helpful. A totally 5 star experience in all respects, I cannot recommend the Sundial highly enough and will certainly return.

it was great! however i am disappointed with the roof-top hot tub being out of service during our stay. I understand it was the low season for whistler when we went but at the same time being from tourism BC i was hoping for an outstanding experience that i could recommend to future guests.

Everything was great! Location can't be beat (does stay loud at night). We upgraded to the hot tub deluxe room and got a lot of use out of the hot tub so it was worth the cost. Very private and amazing view of the mountains. The hotel service was friendly and helpful. The only two downsides were the parking fee of $20 per night and the hotel placed a $500 hold on our credit card but didn't tell us. I did appreciate the free wifi.

Our room was very comfortable, the hotel location is amazing, and we'd stay again in a heartbeat. If i were to quibble, i'd note that the people in the room above ours were a bit noisy and that the chest of drawers in the MBR made getting the the far side of the room a bit tight, but that's really only a quibble. if i were going back to whistler, i'd go back to the sundial.

Sundial Hotel Whistler, BC Great location, clean and cozy. Loved the two rooms and fireplace. Would definately stay there again.

(1) Main Bed & Sofa Bed is Not good. Because Sofa bed is too noisy as little moving & too soft of king bed ( Back pain in the morning ) (2) I requested for early check in 11:00-11:30 am thr hotels.com but hotel doesn't give because Not guerrenty it, otherwise all satisfied ^^

This was my first stay at the Sundial and I have to say that I was extremely happy with my choice. The rooms were great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location cannot be beat. On one side, you're just steps away from the Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas. On the other side, you have Whistler Village at your feet. I would definitely stay there again...and will.

this is under the rooftop hot tub and some rooftop utility noise can be heard through the bathroom fan, no big deal, great comfortable room and location. It felt just like home, our 1 bedroom had 2 tvs but they were only 21 inches so a little small for most. The living room pullout couch is good for little kids as it is pretty flimsy for 2 adults. The parking is pretty cramped underground and if you have a full size truck you probably won't be able to park . All in all a great stay
