המלון היה טוב. השירות בדלפק הקבלה היה פנטסטי! השכונה מסביב לא הייתה כפי שציפיתי, היא הייתה קצת שלילית. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה מאוד. חדר האמבטיה היה מעולה, קטן מאוד וטמפרטורת המים במקלחת לא הייתה קבועה. גודל החדרים היה טוב מאוד אך יש לחדש את הריהוט. המיטות היו נוחות אך הכריות היו איומות, צריך לנוח.

המלון נמצא במיקום נהדר. שתי דקות הליכה מתחנת Bulow Strasse של קו רכבת תחתית U2. כמו כן, ליד המלון יש את קווי האוטובוס M48 ו-M85 שמגיעים ישר ל- Potsdam platz ול- Alexander platz. המלון הוא רק מקום לישון בו. אין בו בר או מסעדה, רק חדר ארוחות בוקר. עם זאת, ישנם בארים, מזון מהיר, סופרמרקטים ומסעדות ממש בקרבת מקום. צוות ידידותי מאוד. בחדר יש כספת לשימוש חופשי. חדר האמבטיה היה קטן אך מודרני. איכות טובה של WIFI בחדר שגם מסופק בחינם. תמורה מעולה לכסף. לא אכלתי ארוחת בוקר.

המלון הזה הוא נהדר, ברצינות! תחנת הרכבת נמצאת ממש מעבר לרחוב וממנה אפשר להגיע ישר ל-Alexanderplatz ולכל הרכבות המקשרות שיסיעו אותך למרכז העיר... שנמצא ממש קרוב למלון... ארוחת הבוקר מעולה!!! אני בהחלט ממליץ על המקום הזה לכולם! אין לי מספיק מילים כדי לתאר אותו, ברצינות.

שהיתי ב-Aldea במשך שמונה לילות והייתי מרוצה מאוד. הצוות דיבר גרמנית או אנגלית ועזר מאוד, והחדר היה נוח. במלון אין מכבסה, רק שירותי כביסה בקרבת מקום. ארוחת הבוקר הגונה, אך מן הסתם לא כדאי לשלם עליה בנוסף אם היא לא כלולה. קרוב מאוד לרכבת התחתית, אך נמצא ברובע האורות האדומים. בסך הכול תמורה נפלאה.

נותן את מה שכתוב בחבילה תלוי מה אתם רוצים. אם אתם רוצים לבלות הרבה זמן במלון אל תשריינו כאן, אבל המלון מושלם לקישורי תחבורה אם תרצו לראות את העיר, ויש לידו הרבה מסעדות. לא אכלנו ארוחת בוקר מכיוון שאנחנו לא אכלנים גדולים, אבל מעבר לפינה יש בית קפה טורקי קטן שבו ארוחת הבוקר עלתה לנו שישה יורו לזוג בלבד. אם מפריע לכם לראות את הנערות העובדות בלילה אז אין ספק שמיקום זה הוא לא עבורכם, אך אנחנו הרגשנו בטוחים מאוד.

אמליץ לאחרים להישאר במלון Aldea Novum Berlin Centrum. נהניתי מהשהייה שלי שם. הוא ממוקם ב-1-2 דקות הליכה מתחנת הרכבת התחתית שממנה תוכלו להגיע לכל מקום בעיר שתרצו. הצוות מאוד עוזר ומנומס. בל הנוגע לחוויה שלי, הרגשתי שמחיר המלון הוא זול והשירות שמקבלים תמורתו בהחלט שווה את זה! החדרים מאוד נקיים ונוחים, וגם מנוקים ומסודרים מחדש מדי יום. אין שום תלונות!

מלון מצוין לשהייה בזמן פסטיבל הסרטים. ממוקם היטב, בין Bullowstrasse ו-Nollendorf Platz U-bahn, להגעה נוחה למרבית חלקי העיר. חדר חמים ונקי.

הזמנו את המלון הזה וביקשנו -כהעדפה- שיהי לנו חדר ללא עישון. אבל אם אתה מסתכל לעומק אתה מוצא שכל החדרים במלון הם חדרים שמותר בהם לעשן. אז אם אתה לא אוהב את ריח העישון, או שלא תזמין במלון הזה או שתיקח איתך מבשם אוויר כלשהו. נכנסנו לחדר, ואני חייב להודות שהיינו בהלם מכמה חזק הוא הריח מעישון, כאילו מישהו רק היה שם ועישן שלושים סיגריות בבת אחת. מכל מקום, פתחנו את החלון (הווילונות היו האשם העיקרי). למחרת הלכנו לסופרמרקט בתחנת Zoologisher Garten וקנינו מיכל מבשם אוויר, וכשחזרנו למלון זה פטר את העניין! אבל מספיק עם זה: המלון עצמו נחמד למדי... אני חושב שהוא נפלא בשביל המחיר. ריח העישון הוא דבר קטן כשאתה חושב על המחיר ועל הקרבה לתחנת ה- Ubahn(Bullowstrasse) . המיטות נוחות, למרות שלפי המידע המיטה אמורה הייתה להיות בגודל קינג-סייז ולמעשה הן היו שתי מיטות יחיד צמודות, שבכל מקרה העדפנו. המקלחת הייתה עוצמתית מאוד! היא נעה בכוחות עצמה כמו צינור כיבוי אש! הטלביזיה הייתה מיושנת (CRT TV), ורעשי הצליל הגבוה שבקעו ממנה היו חזקים כל כך עד שהצפייה טלביזיה הייתה מעצבנת. היות וזה גרמניה -ומשום שהם מדובבים כל דבר שאינו בגרמנית- אינך יכול להבין דבר אם אינך דובר את השפה. כך שעבורנו זאת לא הייתה הנקודה, אבל אנו אוהבים לשמוע את שפת המקום. אבל זה לא חשוב... אני יודע שלאור המחיר לא היית מצפה להם, אולם אין לא עיתון, לא ירחון ולא שמפו בחינם. ואם אתה תקוע, יש מעל הכיור מיכל שלפי הכתוב עליו משמש הן לסבון ידיים והן לשמפו. היה לנו חדר נוח, הגדול ביותר שאי פעם הייתי בו. בפינה הייתה גם ספה. אין מיניבר, אבל הייתה כעין מלתחה ממול ל...

המלון נותן תמורה טובה לכסף. הוא במיקום טוב ליד תחנות הרכבת, המסעדות, החנויות וכו'. האזור שבין תחנת הרכבת לבין המלון הוא מוזנח מעט, מאוחר בלילה מסתובבות שם המון זונות שמחפשות לקוחות. אך מלבד זאת מומלץ.

ממוקם מעבר לכביש מול תחנת הרכבת התחתית. החניה הייתה זמינה תמורת 5 יורו ליום. מתחנת הרכבת התחתית הזו יכולנו להגיע לכל מקום. היו אתנו ילדים קטנים (9, 7, 5, 3 ו-12 חודשים) ולקחנו חדר משפחתי (4 מיטות). הרבה מקום. זה היה בדיוק כמו שהיינו צריכים שיהיה.

Stayed here for a week. Great deal Bed only. Can buy breakfast for 7.50 Euro but didnt tink it was good value , coninental only. There is many local places to eat , especially if like me , got up slightly later. Within 2 minutes of U Bahn. 20mins easy stroll from Potzdamer Platz. Within easy reach of rest of Berlin. Football pub within 5 mins walk , cheap beer. Would stay here again as great value.

The main drawback was booking a double room, only to find two singles pushed together and two single duvets. But given how cheap it was, otherwise very good. Very convenient for sightseeing etc and hotel staff were helpful with booking restaurants and printing out boarding passes.

We stayed for a 2 night stay for a short City break. Great value for money, very clean and efficient service, however the bed was so uncomfortable. There were no tea making facilities in the room nor fridge. Good location though for the price.

the rooms where small to say 3 people where sharing,bathroom was tiny too,the room was clean and tidy,no kettle or tea facalitys,very basic..wouldnt stay there again,rough area surrounding it.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days on a business trip and internet was really important for me and internet wasn't working for 3 days (weekdays). Hotel staff did not look very interested in solving it either. They were just like it's not our fault it's internet company's fault. How can a hotel not do anything about internet for 3 days? I do not have any strong complaints against the staff but they were not friendly or helpful. They were just doing their job of check in check out. Location was good in terms of easy transport (U train) available at 2 min walk.

I usually stay at a hostel but found the price of this hotel too good to pass up. It was clean and quiet. Well, quiet on the inside. Outside someone screamed at least once a night from the street below. I liked having a safe in my room.

The neighbourhood wasn't typically german. It was a migrant area. But still very good. We tired Turkish food, cheap aswell. Very nice restaurant around the corner that has german food. 3 minute walk from train. It's good for your dollar. You get what you pay for.

Hotel is half-block from an U-bahn stop, which was a definite plus. Also, only a 10-15 minute walk to KaDeWe and the Ku-damm. The front desk staff was very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious and met my needs, although two lampshades were missing, which gave it a slightly shabby appearance. Breakfast (optional) was good. I would stay there again based on the value and convenience.

Very nice Hotel overall. Big tidy rooms and friendly service.

The rooms were the most uncomfortable room I have ever stayed in - and I was bug bitten throughout the night!

Very nice stay

I stayed this hotel for 3 nights and i enjoyed it. Supportive staffs and clean room. Very well located, underground is just 1 min walk from hotel. I would definitely go for this hotel if i had a chance to visit Berlin again. Only negative about this hotel is Check-in time, its at 14:00 and guests reaching morning will have to make special arrangements or pay extra for early check-in. I did not face this problem since my flight time matched with check-in time

I'm a business traveler who pays his own way, and so I appreciate the Aldea Novum for providing everything I need at a great price. If you need access to all parts of the city the location can't be beat. I'm satisfied with the service. The only two drawbacks, frankly, are that the building is a bit run down in a 1950s kind of way and at night the neighborhood is a red light district (but it's still safe). To sum up, I might not book the hotel if I wanted a romantic stay-in-our-room-all-weekend vacation, but for my purposes this is great.

Perfect location in central western Berlin, right on the U2. Exactly as described and then some, huge spacious room, very clean great breakfast buffet, staff were helpful and bilingual. Would definitely stay here again...

Nice Hotel, helpful staff. Close to the underground station and only a few stops from ZooGarden.

The hotel is not exactly close to any major museums or points of interest that a tourist to Berlin would want to visit, such as Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, or Checkpoint Charlie. However, it is located 2 minutes (walking) away from the U-bahn, and 10 minutes (walking) from the S-bahn. Thus, if you don't mind a little walking, the location is acceptable, as it is a direct trip on the U and S-bahns to the major Berlin destinations. The hotel itself is comfortable, and the front desk staff are able to assist in booking tour tickets, as well as helping you navigate the transit and metro systems. My room was spacious, although the washroom was on the cramped side. If you are given the option, ask for a room that is not facing the street. I had this room, and it was quite noisy. The U-bahn trains that go past are easily heard, as well as vehicular traffic. If you are not a heavy sleeper, this might be a problem for you. However, I had no major complaints with my stay.

Good location, clean and new

I found the hotel to be very comfortable and easy to get to by public transportation. From the main train station Berlin Hbf, you go outside main door and across the path to catch the M85 bus and it takes you to the Bulowstrasse Stop (a 20 to 25 minute easy ride through town) and Bulowstrasse is also a metro (subway) stop as well but from the train station it requires a few changes to get there you're much better off with the one bus. I really liked the neighborhood it's diverse and some good restaurants and it's a straight walk about 15 minutes to get to #2 stop on the hop-on-hop off bus route which was great but it also turned out to be easy walking to lots of great things including maybe a 25 minute walk to Check Point Charlie and the remnants of the Berlin Wall. The room was large and comfortable so I recommend it for anyone on a budget who also enjoys walking.

Good transport links, clean room, quiet. Very good value for the amount I paid. Did not try the breakfast.

Of course for someone on a business trip the Internet is very important. The Internet was intermittent in the rooms called like 6x to correct the connection problem. Breakfast was ok too the receptionist especially the females are very cheerful, helpful and knowledgable.

Stayed only one night. The room was confortable and had place for 3 persons. Breakfast was good for a reasonable price 7€50. Free internet in the room, and a very friendly staff

The reception is brilliant, the breakfast is good,i didn't like their Internet services in the room. Always intermittent..it disconnect too frequently. They need to sort that out. The price is great.

Nice location, directly at the U2 station and about 20 min walk to the Potsdamer Platz, the place with great shopping mall and the Berlinale film festival location. Walk another ten minutes and you will be at the Reichstag building, or the Brandenburger Tor. The hotel itself is clean, the free wireless internet is fast, and the neighborhood is safe (as almost everywhere in Berlin). I would recommend this hotel if you can get a good deal.

The hotel was very basic and reasonable in price. Located close to U-Bhan very easy to get around. We enjoy staying at the hotel and will stay here again.

Personal was friendly, non smoker policy was annoying.

Perfect place for younger / modest travellers. Good breakfast for 10 EUR. Opposite metro station. Good access to U2 and U1 lines. 10 mins to centre of town (Alexanderplatz). Can't fault the place. Been twice and would recommend.

Had a huge room (2storey) for just 2 of us. Not in downtown but there's a bus stop 2 doors down from the hotel and a u Bahn station about 1 km away, which made it easy to get anywhere in the city. There's a bakery and a couple restaurants very close too. We had a room with a kitchenette but no pan/plates as other reviewers mentioned.

Walking distance of national museum, Great breakfast. Slightky run down atmosphere was great value

Excellent place for young people visiting Berlin for clubbing and sightseeing. Communicative location, clean room, cheap turkish food corners around. The quality was worth the price.

I asked for a double bed and got two singles pushed together . Our room fronted onto a busy dual carriageway . easily reached from the airport by 'U' bahn.

We stayed for two nights and had a great time. We used the bus and walked about a lot. Breakfast was good and there are several restaurants close by.

Bit of a mixture really, wouldn't say that the hotel staff exuded friendliness or help e.g. didn't even know where the X'mas markets were in Berlin and didn't seem prepared to find out the info. Also the room was really basic, walls lined with painted woodchip, that was a first, no facility for making tea and even the fridge had been taken out. Breakfast was adequate but exactly the same every day. OK for a long weekend, the surrounding neighbourhood is interesting and you're never far from a U-Bahn station so you can access the City Centre easily but a complete makeover of the Hotel wouldn't come amiss.

Room reeked of smoke, otherwise wasnt too bad, and breakfast was ok for the price.
