Hampton Inn Jericho - Westbury - ג'ריקו

We stayed only 1 night while on a campus visit for my son. The positives were a sleeper sofa in the room and the indoor pool open til 9pm. The negative was the breakfast buffet was only staffed by one person and she had a hard time keeping up with demand on a Sunday morning. Over all not bad but not great either.

Only stayed there one night but it was just what I needed. Clean, friendly, efficient, convenient and with free and fast wifi.

The Hampton inn is the only hotel we will use when visiting our daughter . This hotel is immaculately clean, beds are super comfy, front desk personnel are helpful and friendly, breakfast on 2nd floor is wonderful .Just like a mini resort inside a hotel!

Check in was easy & quick. The room was excellent, having a nice big comfy bed & very nice seating area & restroom supplied with plenty of towels & other needs. We received a call from the front desk to make sure everything was in order & did we need anything.Checkout was easy too. The hotel had grab & go bags for folks in a rush to get on the road. It included a bottle of water, muffin, snack bar, apple & mints...What an EXCELLENT IDEA!! Definately will stay there again!!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially the young man at checkout. I would stay there again.

Thanks for a great stay in a super clean hotel! The breakfast is excellent, well stocked and organized. The location is great with easy access to major roads, shopping, and restaurants. My room was so well appointed, very spacious, and with every convenience I could want!! Next time I am in NY I will definitely return to this hotel!!

We love Hampton Inn in general, but this one in particular was outstanding. The room, pool gym and breakfast are all wonderful. Our room was huge, modern and nicely decorated. Plenty of free parking. An excellent stay.

This hotel is very clean with a very courteous staff. The rooms are big and tastefully decorated and the beds are super comfy. The breakfast was good, the breakfast room was really nice! We will definitely stay here again the next time we have something at my son's school, Hofstra University.

Great place nice and clean and comfortbale. i will definitely stay there again

Very clean and modern.

The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The room was comfortable with a spacious and very clean bathroom. the only reason I rate it less on service is because we checked in pretty late (around 5 am) and the person at the front desk was less than friendly. Even though we had called ahead that we would be checking in late, the behavor was not very pleasing. we had to wait for 10 minutes at the front desk for some one to show up. then after calling out for someone, the person showed up and was very rude. Other than that, a very nice property. will consider it again.

The staff was extreamly helpful and friendly. They answered all questions and were polite and very courteous.

Very comfortable beds, breakfast was decent, not a scenic location but it worked for us for this trip

Liked the hotel very much.... good service, breakfast and room. Nice indoor pool too... Location was superb .... near LIE and Northern State Pkway... Only downside was that since it was right on Jericho Turnpike .... big trucks used the roadway and were loud.... when staying here get an inside room not facing traffic... Also just down the road is Angelino's Italian restaurant....A+... + Bagel Boss for the a.m.!

Very clean,well appointed, thoughtful details, hot/cold breakfast buffet like a resort. Hotel staff very polite and helpful. 35 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from shopping.

Clean room, pool, free breakfast, and walking distance to NYCB Westbury. Also walking distance to 7-11, Wendys, and McDonalds. Good location and clean rooms. Would stay here again if I was going to another event in the area.

Everything was fine. Convenience of hotel location stinks!....very difficult to get to. We had three people staying in the room and were given 2 bath towels instead of 3, my husband had to go ask for one.

Buffet breakfast left a lot to be desired. Flimsy paper plates, watery juice, fake eggs, everything on the super cheap. I'd rather they charged $5.00 and had some decent food. Asked in reservation for non feather pillows. We had feather pillows. When we called to get new pillows they said all they had were feather pillows. Ice machine is extremely loud even with the door to the area it is in closed.

Very nice hotel - comfortable beds, clean spacious rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast. Only problem was that it was a bit hard to get to from the Freeway (LI Expressway)...be sure you have a map or a good navigator, and when booking it was not made clear that the room was shower only, no tub, which my wife did not like. It was too much trouble to switch as we had arrived late, but be sure to check this if it is important to you. BTW Long Island is the most difficult navigating this side of London - not a straight street anywhere and they change names every time they get into a new burg. And if you make a mistake you are doomed....the intersections are asymmetrical and irregularly spaced, esp. on the parkways. Rent a GPS.

Modern, clean, well kept. Just a little difficult to drive in and out, just a minor point. Neighborhood is full of upscale car dealers, home depot, Kohls. Nice Italian family restaurant down the street. Not really good for walking anywhere. Nice warm smaller indoor pool, large fitness room. Westbury Theater is nearby but across a street without pedestrian crossings. This hotel is pretty typical for a Hampton, breakfast is OK.

overall good place to stay for travel. my only issue was that the room i was in (121?) had a lot of road noise from the LIE service road. I had a rough time sleeping. my colleague in the room next to me did not seem to have any issues. I would stay here again. Just ask to be moved up and away from service road.

i was a bit disappointed at check in for i was told that there was a hot tub on the property, but there was not. The front desk clerk was very helpful and extremely friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was excellent and the customer service was excellent as well. They have a very genuine staff.

New and very clean.

I really liked the room, nice furniture and updated style. The staff was really helpful, and allowed us to check in a bit early. Will definitely remember this hotel.

Good except that I went for breakfast at 10:02 on New Year's Day and it was closed!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn Jericho! The decor is very modern and the rooms are extremely new and clean. The complimentary breakfast was great as well. Highly Recommended.

Had a great stay. Very pleasant staff. Hotel was clean and up kept. Convenient location. Would stay here again.

Nowhere, but close to everything. The area has plenty of motels, this is the only "chain" on the Jericho strip, closest to Long Island University, NYIT and the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYCOM), if you give lecturs or visiting family.

Would recommend this hotel without a doubt. One of the few clean hotels that I have stayed at on Long Island. Only major drawback is that it is on the side of the LIE. So ask for a room that does not face the highway. Otherwise, great choice.

WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY ROOM .WILL RETURN IF NEEDED..PET FRIENDLY WHICH WAS GREAT..FRONT DESK PERSONAL ON DAY OF CHECK IN WAS GREAT.FAST CHECK IN EVEN THOUGHT I WAS NEXT TO ICE MACHINE IT WAS VERY QUIET AT NIGHT....

when bookihg i was told breakfast was included in the high price for the room. there was none available.
