Good value. The pool was small and the jacuzzi was out of service.

My husband and I stayed the night before traveling to hike at the Pinnacles. It was right off the freeway and convenient. The hotel staff were friendly and let me choose my room. Very helpful service and comfortable accommodations. The complimentary light breakfast was like a bonus. Would stay at this establishment in the future.

Hotel employees were great. But this is the noisiest place I have ever stayed at. Very close to busy 101 freeway on ramp, near a busy intersection, on a busy, loud road (hotel is not set back at all) and a couple feet from 7-Eleven: cars pulling in and out all night just outside my window. Walls are thin and closed window does not block road noise. Perhaps rooms furthest from the road would be less noisy, but you still have the freeway noise. This place was not worth the money and I would not stay here again.

It was good for the price. They did have a lot of rules. Like no parking backwards. They were very nice. Only thing I had a problem with was the neighbors. They were very loud upstairs and next door. The woman next door had people in and out thru the night and you could hear her phone calls. The walls are thin because you could hear people all around.

Strange place. Eveywhere, every few feet is a sign telling you what not to do. Dont back up, dont eat in your room, dont smoke in your room, (even though it was non smoking, a tad redundant), dont smoke here dont smoke there, dont smoke anywhere. Curiously enough there was an shtray filled up near the closed hhot tub and pool that was from staff use.The staff was creepily popping up in what seemed like surveilance of us. I just thought it strange. There are plenty of low cost hotels that in exchange for a smaller price for room are staffed with very friendly locals that make up for the less than grand amenities. We asked at check in where we might find a restuarant that served seafood and the guy told us he never heard of such a question. Seriously? In short choose one of the many other options in Gilroy

Comfortable stay. It is close to factory outlet and highway exit.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. I wish there were more TV channels but the amenities were better than you would normally expect for the price. I highly recommend it to people looking for a mid-quality room.

The TV had bad reception, a few channels had no sound. The lights went out the morning after we arrived, the hairdryer didnt work, neigther did the outlet from the sink, and the bathroom is tiny. Other than that it was a OK stay, and I wouldnt go there again.

I just stayed here for Christmas when I was visiting some family. The breakfast was good- bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt, french toast, waffles, tea, coffee, juice. There was no bed bugs and the tv and wifi worked. The hotel manager was very nice. I didn't try the jacuzzi or pool.My only complaint is there was a little bit of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom- otherwise everything was clean. Hot water worked, shower head was nice. Came with a microwave and mini fridge.

A bad odor in our first room. Several things, like the refrigerator, didn't work. Poor lighting. Carpeting and linen needed replacing.

The staff was kind, but the accommodations did not meet our expectations. There was no handicap room available as we had requested. They did not have 2 double beds with handicap restroom. The bathroom was barely big enough for a pint sized adult. The room was dingy, out dated and musty. The coffee service was not managed properly. Barely a continental breakfast

Not the Ritz, but a good place for the money. Office people very nice.Good Breakfast choices. This is the 5th or 6th time we've stayed her and will stay again.

I would not stay here again!

we wanted to stay close to the site of this year's rennaisance faire + gilroy outlet mall shopping - both were tremendous sucesses - very close and easily accessable

The hotel was accessible, clean and within walking distance of all amenities.

It was very relaxing.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the A/C unit randomly shut off in the middle of the night, both nights of my stay, and couldn't be turned back on.

Not a very nice place to stay. Very dated and worn.

I only stayed there on the way to some place else, so I don't know much about the neighborhood or convenience of location. Although when I asked the desk clerk if it was safe for me to walk around at night he said be sure to stay in lighted areas. I walked across the street to the Black Bear Diner and had no issues. As for the hotel room, the carpet was massively stained and there was a spot cut out where the bed was. The bed and bathroom were clean. Free wifi and coffee in the morning was cool. I didn't eat the continental breakfast food offered. Bread items, boxed cereal and juice.

We booked for an quick overnight shopping trip at the outlets. The hotel was easy to find & the staff was very pleasant. As two moms traveling alone with two teenage daughters we felt very safe. The hotel itself is dated & a little musty smelling. but the room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The breakfast that was provided was nothing special but it was food & it fed us which was the overall purpose, the room it was set up in was VERY crowded so we just went back to our room to eat. If your looking for somewhere to stay for a quick trip this place will suit your needs!!

Overall quality and service was very good! Will stay again.

Air conditioner worked intermittently during 100 degree heat. Left during day for wedding and came back around bed time to find out air conditioner had shut off and room was very hot. Reset air conditioner and it worked rest of night, but it took a couple of hours before room was comfortable.

The accomodations were satisfactory but we were facing the pool. Although the pool was closed, there was a wedding group making lots of noise so it was had to sleep. The continental breakfast was okay but lacked variety. You felt like you came too late and missed out but the amount provided was sparse.

The room was clean and spacious. No complaints. Would I stay there again for the price? Yes.

Very nice hotel staff. Easy to freeways. Super reasonable and all the amenities desired. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. Only problem was wifi did not work strongly keep kicking me off, and it also did not connect to my wifi blu-ray so that we could enjoy some Hulu or Netflix.. Besides the Internet stuff pretty comfortable NON SMOKING clean place to stay and the comp breakfast was a treat.! Parking was wonderful as well. I would stay here again. Close to a lot of attractions. Right down the street from hugged gilroy outlets which was great place to shop and enjoy.!!

We slept, bathed, and partook of the “breakfast”. Nothing worthy of praise; nothing to elicit complaint.

Perfectly fine. Staff very nice and accommodating. 7Eleven next door for 5am coffee.

The bed and the basic amenities were good. But the pool was not heated.The bathroom was okay.

Very well maintained and very clean family run motel. Good value.
