הזמנתי "סוויטת ג'וניור חדר אחד" ל 3 מבוגרים בחלקו המרכזי של המלון. גודל מצויין; חדר אחד מאד מרווח עם מיטה זוגית/מיטה וחצי וחדר נפרד עם ספה-מיטה פינתית לחמישה, בתוספת חדר עם מקלחת. מבחר טוב בזנון ארוחת הבוקר מזון מבושל חם, נקניקים/גבינות, סלט, מדגנים, פירות, עוגות, לחם/לחמניות, יוגורטים וכו'). נוח מאד לחשמלית/מטרו למרכז מ Andel . בסך הכל מאד נקי, מודרני ומשתלם. הייתי ממליץ.

נשארנו 3 לילות ב- La Boutique (ב"דירות", ולא בבניין המלון המרכזי), המלון היה מאוד נחמד, החדר היה מאוד נקי אבל בסיסי וישן ומרוחק מילוני קילומטרים ממה שאמור להיות מלון 4 כוכבים (הייתי אומר שזה יותר כמו מלון כוכב 1!). המיקום לא מאוד נחמד אבל כ-15-20 דרות הליכה מכל אטרקציה תיירותית. פקידת הקבלה הייתה לא מועילה וארוחת הבוקר הייתה בסדר. לא הייתי ממליץ על המלון הזה.

מאוד נקי ונחמד, החדר היה מאוד פרטי ובלי רעש, גדול מאוד.

קראתי ביקורות נחמדות על המלון הזה אבל אני מנחש שהן היו לגבי הבניין המרכזי. המבנה הנפרד הוא מאוד בסיסי, 2-3 כוכבים (ללא מיזוג, טלוויזית 20 אינץ' וללא מבחר של ערוצים, ללא תמרוקים, ריהוט מינימלי מדיקט) והכניסה איומה. צוות הקבלה (ממוקם רק בבניין המרכזי) היה מעט מרוחק ולא כולו היו מקצועי. ארוחת הבוקר הכלולה במחיר הייתה טובה אבל צריך ללכת לבניין המרכזי כדי לאכול. טיפ בקשר לחדר: ודאו שאתם בבניין המרכזי אם בכלל בחרתם במלון הזה.

בחרנו במלון הזה בגלל שהם אמרו שיש חנייה חינם. מה שהם שכחו להגיד זה שיש להם רק 3 מקומות חנייה. שהינו בבית הדירות שלהם וזה היה מאוד לא נוח! ברגע שמצאנו אותו, היינו צריכים לתמרן בחושך כדי להגיע לקומה השנייה. האורות היו אמורים להיות אוטומטיים אבל הם לא נדלקו. לאחר מכן גילינו שהמפסק היה מכובה. זה יכול להיות מפחיד מאוד. המלון לא נמצא בשכונה הטובה ביותר ולהיות בחשכה מוחלטת ללא אורות שכבר דלקו היה מאוד מפחיד!! לא היה טלפון בחדר! מה אם אין לך טלפון?? אין לך דרך להתקשר לעזרה! הדבר היחיד שאציין כחיובי במלון הזה זה שהיה להם בופה ארוחת בוקר. היה להם מבחר טוב. כנראה לא אמליץ עליו לחבר. במחיר ששילמתי ובלי להרגיש בטחון בגלל מצב התאורה ובלי טלפונים, זה לא שווה את זה.

אני מכיר את פראג אז שהות במלון מרוחק מאתרי התיירות הייתה בסדר בגלל שאני יודע איך לנווט בטראם וברכבת התחתית. מלון נחמד, חדרים נקיים, וצוות ידידותי, למרות שכמה מכותבי הביקורת האחרים ציינו שהמלון לא נמצא באזור הטוב ביותר. כמה רחובות צפונה ואתה בסדר, אבל האיזור הזה היה בסמוך למפעל בירה ולא כל כך טוב. לא מומלץ אם יש לכם משפחות או שאתם רוצים לשהות באיזור רומנטי.

הייתה לנו שהות מצויינת במלון הזה, הצוות היה ידידותי ונתן לנו הכוונות מצויינות למלון משדה התעופה, הם גם היו מוכנים לעזור ולענות על שאלות והיו מסוגלים לתת הכוונה טובה. המלון ממוקם ברחוב שקט. קרוב לשם יש מרכז קניות נפלא כמו גם כמה מסעדות. אני יכול להמליץ על המלון הזה לכל אחד. גם קל מאוד להגיע למרכז פראג במטרו או בטראם. אתם אף פעם לא צריכים לחכות יותר מכמה דקות לתחבורה ציבורית.

המלון הזה ממוקם קצת מחוץ לעיר אבל עלו לטראם או למטרו ב- Andel ואתם בעיר תוך כמה דקות. החדר היה מאוד נוח ובמחיר סביר. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה רמה שווה למלונות אחרים בפראג (3/5 לארוחת בוקר) המיני בר היה במחיר סביר.

הזמנו 2 חדרים ולמרות שהם היו מאוד נקיים היה הבדל גדול בין שני החדרים. אחד היה מרווח ומעוצב מחדש והשני היה קטן מאוד ונראה מיושן. מאחר שהיינו 2 זוגות אני חושב שהמלון היה צריך לעשות משהו כדי שהחדרים יהיו דומים מאוד. הבחור שהיה בדלפק הקבלה ביום שבת וראשון יכל לנסות להיות ידידותי יותר ומאחר שהוא מתעסק עם אנשים כל הזמן הוא צריך לשקול אפיק תעסוקה אחר. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה מאוד ועשירה אבל אני לא חושב שאמליץ על המלון הזה.

מקום מצויין....ממוקם ממש ליד תחנת המטרו (מאוד נגיש משדה התעופה), ממש בסמיכות למבשלת הבירה Staropamenna, במרחק 2 בלוקים מהקניון וברים/מסעדות, חדרים מודרניים, נקיים מאוד, wi-fi, מיטות נוחות, וארוחת בוקר עשירה וטובה! המקום נגיש בקלות בתחבורה ציבורית, שעשה את זה קל עבורנו לראות את כל האתרים. בהחלט מומלץ - הרבה יותר זול מלשהות ממש בעיר העתיקה או ליד.

A clean, well maintained, budget priced hotel with very helpful staff. Although it is not in the centre of the city, it is very close to several tram routes & it is also possible to walk to most of the must-see sights.

they refused to call the cab company i wanted to get ot the airport and this was after phoning me at 10 of 11 to tell me that they were waiting for me to check out at 11. F.

For the price we paid, it was an excellent stay. It had the comforts of a four star hotel and room was spacious and clean. It is of walking distance to the metro. Overall, i'd recommend this stay and i will certainly stay there again, the next time i visit Prague.

The hotel was about average... decent if you are a college kid on a budget and generally you get what you pay for. Unless you are looking for a deal I wouldn't stay there. We stayed there for only one night (we had been in Prague in a nicer hotel at the beginning of the week then traveled to Vienna) before our flight. Because it was not near the city, cab drivers wanted to charge us triple the amount to get there with only a 15 minute ride. It was about 20 minute walk from the old town square... which we didn't brave because the area looked a bit sketchy after dark and we had an early flight. When we got there the receptionist was loudly arguing with another guest in front of us... very unprofessional. She continued to argue with the other guest while trying to check us in. She was also rude when I had an email printed with my confirmation number but not the actual confirmation from hotels.com (which didn't come until we were already on our trip). Our room was small but nice and clean. No hairdryer was provided so I couldn't dry my hair. We were also on a first floor room facing the street and it was very noisy with passerbys and car traffic late in the night. Furthermore we asked the receptionist to call us a cab and instead she just called a friend or something who was not driving a taxi but a bmw. He charged us a ridiculous amount to get to the airport. Twice the fee it was from the airport cab to our first hotel which was further away from the airport.

WE liked our room...very clean and nice, but the customer service was horrible. The room was 3 blocks from the main hotel. We were give 2 keys; one for the outside door and one for our room. The outside door key did not work well at all. After 2 nights, we went to the desk and complained. The girl at the desk said "I can't help you and we've never had any complaints." We persisted until she changed keys with us. The new key worked much better. Our room was 101A behind a door marked 101. We were not told that we had to use the outside key to unlock 101 and then we would find 101A. We walked back and forth trying to find out about our room so many times and the staff was extremely rude.

Allright rooms, but lack personality, though clean and tidy. Close to the mall Novy Smichov and a choice of cheap restaurants in the area,, close to metro station. Good breakfast. We had problems with the internet- connection, and it seemed that other guests had that too, yet the tecnician claimed the problem was in our computer which was wrong. The receptionist were helpful and booked both a rental car and a tavi to the airport.

Far from the normal favorite sites, but we liked being removed from the tourist trail. The room was in the "Apartment", so the walk over to the main hotel for breakfast was a little inconvenient, but honestly, overall, for the price it was very nice. We had a nice big bathtub, satellite TV (which didn't work so much though because of the rain) and the bed was good. Everything clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Very convenient to the busstation by Andel metro stop.

utrained, hideous staff at daytime. poor breakfast , pretty much the same every day. A room is quite large and comfortable. the hotel is close (5 minutes walk) to the Andél Metro/tram station. Staropramen beer factory next door to the hotel :)

Not being a veteran of Prague, we were a little disappointed when we pulled up to the hotel. It looked like a warehouse area and was far away from the hustle and bustle of Prague. We then noticed that we were only about a block away from a major retail area and easy walking distance from the Andel transportation hub. It was simple to access any area of Prague in just minutes. The room was large and well maintained. Our only difficulty was having only 5 channels on our room tv, but, I guess you don't go to Prague to watch Oprah. The staff spoke excellent english and easily took care of any problems we had from an emergency dentist to directions to St Charles Bridge. Great customer services. The breakfast was simple but great. I was a little disappointed that they had closed the bar downstairs and we could not get room service, but, again you do not go to Prague to eat hotel food! There were nearby cafes and bars to pretty much take care of most late-night cravings. All things considered, I would definately recommend the hotel. Just a word to the wise, it is very difficult to find laundromats in Prague. There are many individuals who will do your laundry, but, some get a bit pricy.

The hotel is located close to metro and public trafic station. It's quite easy to take the metro to goto downtown. If you prefer to walk, it takes 30min to charles bridge. The breakfast in the hotel is excellent. Room is small but clean, especially the warm water for shower is very good. Staffs are very kind and always willing to help. WiFi access is a little instable, sometimes doesn't work in the room.

I have visited this hotel several times before. On this occasion, as always, the staff were very welcoming, The hotel is well situated for public transport, the rooms are always clean, and a good buffet breakfast is served. I will have no hesitation in using this hotel again when i return to Prague.

When booking the room I expected 4 star experience. However, upon arrival it turned out that the room I was staying in (apartments in a separate building) was very basic. The only thing 4 star was the bed which indeed was very comfortable. There was no shampoo or shower gel pieces in the bathroom just the liquid soap. The room was quite dark and very simple . Basic breakfast is available in the main hotel building, 5 mins walk from the apartments. The apartment should be advertised more as a hostel style accommodation rather than 4 star premises. I would recommend it to those who are aiming at simple, clean accommodation, walking distance (40 mins) from the city center and all historic places.

The hotel was ok for the price and the staff were helpful but I think the main building is better than the apartment building round the corner, where we were (apartment 1). It wasn't noisy at all and was in a pretty good location for transport and walking. The surfaces and bathroom were clean and the towels and sheets changed every day but the floor was dusty and could have done with a sweep. There were facilities to make tea and coffee and a microwave (and a fancy DVD player and surround sound!) but no wifi. The signal was so weak it wasn't any use. I'm sure if I'd made more of it the staff would have sorted it but I was glad of the excuse not to work because Prague was so amazing! Breakfast was great, lots of choices. It wasn't expensive and it was only a place to sleep, perfectly adequate.

Its 2 blocks from the Andel stop and then I was in the apartment section 2 blocks away from that., so if you have carry on luggage it is no problem. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was great, everything needed to start a good day. The neighborhood was comfortable, and a 15-20 minute walk to the main sights or take tram # 12 or # 20 and its 7 minutes to everything.

Hotel was a bit disappointing when you entered reception as this was small, but very quickly impressed by the hotel in general. Clean, great breakfast, convient to metro, bus and tram. Would stay again.

For the price we paid, we were very satisfied with the location, cleanliness, breakfast, and service. We were in an apartment a few blocks from the main hotel, and it was above a garage that was part of a larger residential building. As such, the room was a bit stuffy given the hot weather, and also noisy due to foot traffic and voices resonating in the courtyard. However, we are both big walkers and really enjoyed having such good access to different parts of the city, but being somewhere away from the tourist center. We walked home later in the evening and felt safe, and the nearby area had plenty of shops, restaurants, parks, and bars. It was all very cozy. Oh yes, and transport was also close-by and very convenient.

Hotellin huoneiston sijainti oli hyvä meille, jotka emme halunneet majoittua ihan ydinkeskustaan, läheltä löytyivät kuitenkin kaikki tarvittavat palvelut. Esittelyssä olisi pitänyt mainita, että huoneisto ei sijaitsekaan hotellin yhteydessä (parin kulmauksen takana). Huoneiston taso ei vastannut esittelyä/varausvahvistusta, huone oli pienempi ja mm. mikro, meikkauspeili ja puhelin puuttuivat ja vuodevaatteetkin olivat tavanomaiset (jopa rikkinäiset). Aamiainen oli perushyvä.

Varasimme 35 neliön huoneiston. Saimme n. 15 neliön huoneiston. Huoneistossa taulutelevisio, mikro, minibaarikaappi, jääkaappi, tallelokero ym. Todellisuudessa pieni normi telkkari, tallelokero ja jääkaappi joka jäädytti kaikki juomat vaikka oli säädetty pienimmälle. Kysyimme respasta, joka sijaitsi n 250 metrin päässä varaamaamme huonetta ja vastaus oli tylysti että kaikki huoneistomme ovat saman kokoisia, ei ole muita... Lähtiessämme hotellista meiltä kysyttiin olimmeko käyttäneet minibaarikaappia. Nauratti ja vastasimme ettei sellaista ollut.... Aamupala oli hyvä ja päähotellirakennus erittäin siisti ja hyväkuntoinen, olisipa ihana huoneistommekin ollut hyväkuntoinen!! Olimme todella pettyneitä!!!!!

Var på la boutique hotell i 3 netter i slutten av april. Helt ok hotell med veldig fin beliggenhet. Stort kjøpesenter like i nærheten, og det samme med metro-tilgang. Frokosten kunne vært bedre, men det gikk greit for noen dager. Var brødmat, skinke, ost, syltetøypakker (små engangs), kornblanding, yoghurt samt eggerøre og små pølser. Bygget er noe slitt, og rommet vi var på litt "kjedelig". Men man er jo ikke så mye på hotellet uansett. Hadde kanskje forventet meg litt mer luksusfølelse på et firestjernes hotell, men det gjorde meg ingenting. Knallbillig shopping og mange fine bygninger å se! :D

Nous avons cherché un hôtel pour un weekend à Prague et La boutique a été un bon choix. A 15 min du centre, la chambre propre, l'accueil correct. Un petit bémol pour le parking qui n'est pas proprement un parking, mais de la place sur le trottoir, mais pas eu des problèmes pour ce garer un samedi soir...

До Староместской площади около 30 минут пешком. Рядом расположен пивзавод "Старопрамен". Недалеко остановки метро и трамвая. Завтрак хороший европейский, но без изысков. Wi-Fi работал хорошо, без сбоев и с хорошей скоростью. Персонал отеля доброжелателен и отзывчив. Номер большой, обставлен скудно, чтобы добраться до номера необходимо открыть 3 двери. Это скорее съемная комната, а не отель. Для того чтобы попасть на завтрак нужно было пройти примерно квартал. В последний день перед нашим отъездом уборка не проводилась. В общем ни о каких 4 звездах нет речи - это скорее 3 звезды не самого высокого уровня.

Hotel pulito, arredo moderno, personale gentile. Ci tornerei, il compromesso qualità/prezzo e' ottimo.

Hotelli oli siisti. Henkilökunta osasi kiitettävästi englantia. Aamupala oli hyvä ja vaihtoehtoja tuolle hinnalle erittäin hyvin. Kokonaisuudessaan hinta laatu suhde oli hyvä. Lähellä Andelin asemaa josta metro/ratikka/bussi yhteydet joka puolelle Prahaan. Me suosittelisimme hotellia kaikille :) Hotel was clean and staff was talking nicely english. Breakfest was good and there was many choises. Price and guality goes hand in hand. Near by is Andel's station were sub/tram/bus translation was going around the Parque. We recoment this hotel to all :)

Et fint hotel med venlig, omend lidt afmålt, betjening. Hotellet ligger lige ved siden af et stort bryggeri:) der ef forholdsvist langt til centrum, ca 45 min til fods, men der er metro og sporvogne meget tæt på. Selve hotellet er pænt og velholdt og i junior suiten er der god plads og fint badeværelse. En del støj fra gaden.

It'd better to provide toothbrush and paste. I didn't expect to prepare my own when staying with a 4-start hotel.

I forhold til prisen er dette ett svært tilfredsstillende hotell. Vi har brukt dette ved flere anledninger og er svært fornøyd. Standardrommene er ganske små med en noe trang dusj, men legger en i litt ekstra får en god plass å boltre seg på:) Siden Praha er godt utstyrt med offentlig transport er det bare å kjøpe dagspass så har en alle serverdigheter kun få minutter unna. PS: Vær spesifikk dersom en ber hotellets ansatte bestille taxi til feks flyplassen. Vi fikk en noe luguber sjåfør og en svært ubehagelig tur ved siste besøk. Alt i alt kan vi varmt anbefale hotellet!

Lyhyellä lomalla sopiva hotelli ja hyvän matkan päässä kiinnostavia nähtävyyksiä! Maukas runsas aamiainen! Lomamme oli oikein hyvä!

Het ok hotell. Fick säga till om att garderoben skulle städas då vi kom eftersom den var dammig. Handdukarna byttes regelbundet men på fem nätter städades toalettstolen inte en gång. Frukostbuffen var riklig och god. Det fanns några jättebra matställen i närheten med god och billig mat. Det var promenadavstånd till olika sevärdheter men även lätt att ta sig runt med tunnelbana i närheten samt spårvagn. Ok prisvärt boende.
