The hotel is in a great location and I found the staff enormously helpful with a variety of requests. The decor of the rooms is slightly dated and they are on the small side but very clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool is great for a few lazy hours in the sun. The breakfast selection was excellent.

Great hotel, very helpful staff, and great location. Highly recommended!

We chose the location because it is near where my daughter lives, but is well situated for visiting the major sights as well walking across the river to the charming Triana neighborhood. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping could ot have been more helpful. We called down for towels and had them before we hung up the phone.The only gripe-and this we found to be true generally in Spain-was spotty wifi service.

Stayed for one night to park at hotel and experience Seville by walking. Was able to reserve parking in advance, the hotel was easy to find, easy location to walk to attractions and areas. Room was very classy and clean, however a little warm. Never did figure out how to get a/c, just opened the window a little and turned off the heat.

The hotel is very close to the city center - 5-8 min to the Cathedral. Room is clean, and rather big. Service in the hotel is very good and all people on front desk helpful. Didn't have breakfast at hotel as In the area around lots of restaurants and bars to eat for 4-5 euros. Taxi from the airport to the hotel costs 25 euros.

The Becquer Hotel looked after us very well. The hotel is in a great position to explore this lovely city.

The only drawback was WiFi problems. Otherwise hotel was perfect location, walkable everywhere; plenty of restaurant options and one of the best breakfast buffets in town!

The hotel is located within a 5 to 10 minute walk of all the main sights. It has secure underground parking, clean, smart rooms, and is great value for Seville. Unfortunately the roof-top terrace and swimming pool were closed when we were there (beginning of February), but we'd definitely return in the spring/ summer to take advantage of them. The restaurant was also closed, but we were more interested in the tapas bars anyway. And we never did find the spa... But for the price, we were very satisfied.

Super Location, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food at breakfast superb. Location couldn't be better. I would highly recommend this hotel

Nice hotel , good bed, decent wifi, efficient overall.. Didn't have breakfast as left early but overall very happy. Would stay again.

Great hotel, excellent facilities, friendly English speaking staff, superb location, quiet road (my room was at the front and i was never disturbed), HIGHLY recommended.

Hotel Becquer was comfortable and the staff were pleasant enough. The room wasn't the best we stayed in, but it was far from the worst. They put two people in two single beds without asking. Walls were extremely thin and you could hear everything that went on the other rooms.

Most comfortable beds &linens of 5 Spanish 4 star hotels. Central location, reasonably quiet. I'd stay here again.

We had booked this short stay at the hotel as a break within a break, we were at our appartment on the Costa del Sol, unfortunatly the weather did not favour us for our stay it rained, this together with a bad back, put the damper on our visit. The Hotel however provided a refuge from the rain, it was a shame the in house restaurant was closed for renovation but they still managed an excellent breakfast. We will go again when the sun is shining.

I thought the location of this hotel was good. The restaurants on the street near the hotel were not great, but other nice ones were close by.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Nice room .Plenty of choice for breakfast. Pool on the roof a nice extra. Would be happy to stay here again.

The Becquer Hotel, has everything one needs on a visit to Seville. Comfortable clean rooms, dining facilities, bar and internet access. All the main tourist attractions, plus restaurants shops cafes etc, are within easy walking distance of this hotel. I would not hesitate in recommending the Becquer Hotel

The staff is friendly and the location is good. The room is relatively small as we have added an extra bed. The hotel seems dated and the air conditioner is very loud. However, the air conditioner noise helped us sleep as we were not bothered by nose of other hotel guests.

The view from the pool at this hotel was wonderful. There was a variety of delicious restaraunts located within two blocksof the hotel and you could easily walk to the main attractions. Also nearby was boutique shopping and El Corte Ingles, a large not-to-be-missed department store. The air conditioning in the room was also fantastic, which is incredibly important in Seville in August. Additionally, there was free internet, computers and a printer available in the lobby of the hotel. Overall this was my favorite hotel during my 2 week trip to Spain.

We enjoyed our stay in Sevilla, the hotel is 15 minutes to the Cathedral, best route is to walk up to Calle Mendez Nunez and follow to Plaza Nueva, cut diagonally across to the Av. de la Constitucion. The hotel room was on the small side, but clean. The chairs are a bit rickety, beware. We had room on the main street side and it was quiet. Overall experience was nice, great little roof-top pool with a nice view of the Cathderal sealed the deal!! Definetely walk over the bridge to Triana and shop the Mercado and Ceramic shops!!! Staff speaks enough English. Definetely would stay again.

This 4 star hotel didn't have a 4 star price. I felt the price was reasonable when booking and a steal once I checked in. I've stayed in many European hotels and have come to expect very small rooms. This room was comparable to the size of an American hotel room but with a luxurious and spacious bathroom. The view from the top floor pool was amazing. Location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk to all the tourist sites and across the river from great shopping, dining, drinking and dancing locales! Will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Ideally placed for getting around Seville. Excellent hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Becquer Hotel. The rooms are clean and fresh. The swimming pool on the top with a view of the city is awesome. It is close to major attractions, shopping and food locations. It also has one of the most lavish and extensive breakfast buffets that we have ever seen anywhere. The quality of service is extremely high. The people really strive to help you, give directions etc. In our case they really came through when we missed our flight. They let us use their computer and printer to make alternate travel arrangements though we were not guests at that point of time. We wish there were more locations in Europe. Highly recommended.

From the minute we checked in the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. Our luggage was lost and they did all that they could to help us with phone calls. Breakfast was delicious, choices to fit everyone's taste. Concierge advised us well, suggesting restaurants and planning our day. Hotel was in a good location. It was an easy walk to most of the major sights. Having a garage was a major plus for us! My only wish was that the room was a bit larger. Hotel was very clean!

We did enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a cool rooftop pool but be aware that on a hot day it will be PACKED. We made the mistake of thinking we'd just go up, lie out for a few hours in the hottest part of the day... well, that didn't happen. We finally scored a few seats but just don't count on it! The location was pretty good--walking distance to a lot of things. Be sure to check out the Jamon restaurant a few blocks down. Delish!

Very hot when there so happy to have good A/c and rooftop pool. Hotel very clean. staff answered all questions we had. Breakfast good but bit expensive. Like having safe, Wifi and tea facilities included in cost. also shower efficient and easy to use. Pool towels available for deposit. no view from bedroom window but quiet and restful. hotel on edge of old town, 10-15 mins to cathedral and less than 5 to the river.

Faultless accomodation and service. No issues, compliments only. Location perfect for historical city visits.

I chose this hotel based on reviews read, and most of them were spot on.. This was an excelent choice, location, staff helpfulness, room quality (602) is a good choice. The only gripe was that the roofop pool and terrace were very busy, but guess everyone else wanted to cool off after doing the sightseeing. Delighted with my choice..

Clean hotel.Very helpful and attentive staff.Close to shops,old town,Sites and eateries.Taxi cab waits across the street.Quick cab ride to train station.Restaurant on site in hotel.Would stay again and recommend it to others.

The Becquer Hotel is a fantastic hotel. Only 10 mins walk into the centre. The staff are friendly and the facilities are excellent. I would definitely go back there, as it has everything you need for a stay in magical Seville.
