The hotel was acceptable. The breakfast left something to be desired.

Bed was lumpy, tv didn't work at first, wifi Internet had a problem for a while.

Hotel was clean, employees very friendly, only complaint was wife is allergic to feather pillows so if you have that allergy make sure you request foam pillows when you book room. Overall, nice stay for one night. Would definitely book again.

This is my second stay. Enjoyed both stays.

The hotel was very nice and the room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable my only problem is the pool was VERY dirty and my daughter couldn't hardly swim in it the eating area was too small and crowded and we couldn't get breakfast because there was nowhere to sit so we got breakfast elsewhere also they don't tell you upfront that they charge a $30 fee to your card if anything happens to the room I was very disturbed by that regardless if I get it back or not I would like to be aware that you are putting it on my card the time of my check in other than that we enjoyed our stay and would come again

I will surely book a stay with you again. Was very pleased with everything. I would only ask that a complimentary breakfast accompany the room fee.

Two things you hope for... A good bed and a chance to watch a movie in it. This hotel had neither. Service nice and friendly...restaurant overpriced and breakfast not great. The positive is its right off the highway but I won't return.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Hilton. We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and have always been well satisfied.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas-Allen for a football event was really nice. The only dissappointment was how hard the bed was. After traveling 7 hours from Memphis to Dallas in a car, I was really looking forward to the pleasant sleep experience I always received in the past with Hilton. Unfortunately, I was not aware of the new adjustable beds that were in place and thus had the hardest best in the world. I noticed the information as I checked out the next day. I mentioned to the front desk clerk that maybe they need a standing display that mentions this near the elevator or in larger view at check in. She said that I was not the only person who was not aware of the change. She also mentioned that there was suppose to be some type of information on your bed as you arrive in the room. I explained that my room did not contain this information. I will continue to stay at Hilton Brand Hotels, but suggest that maybe this be mentioned by the front desk clerk as part of their welcome during check in. Everything else about this facility was outstanding!

Overall, the hotel was pretty good. Was a bit surprised that I had to pay for my breakfast instead of recieveing a free one, but oh well. Big selling point of the room was the whirlpool, thinking I'd get the chance to unwind in there for a bit, but was severely disappointed when only one of the jets worked in the tub. Overall, would stay here again, just not in one of the same rooms.

The Hilton Garden Inn was a great place to stay. I was on business, but I would recommend this hotel for either business or leisure. The staff and room were great. It's location is very convenient (right off I-35) to shopping and there are many restaurants close.

Confortable Hotel. I had a wonderful stay of 3 days. Recommand it. The outside pool was heated!

The only problem was we were double-charged by hotels.com and the hotel.

I was running a 1/2 marathon at Celebration Park & it was very convenient. The hotel was VERY nice & the best part was a complimentary breakfast that was made to order. We were waited on as well. Also had check out at noon which was nice, as that is later than usual. Staff was super friendly and went out of their way to be extremely personable front the front desk, to the chef.

The hot tub in the bathroom is awesome!!!

Very enjoyable stay, clean, comfortable, and convenient.

The staff was great and the hotel was easy to find. The room was nicely decorated, well maintained and the bed was super comfy. My only issue was that there was a lot noise in the room from the vent to the fridge to the neighboring room's shower.

it was good--there for a sporting event

the only problem had was fact wanted a no smoking room but evidently the room above us was smoking the smoke came through the vent in bathroom or from somewhere and the smell was bad other than that it was fine

It was very good, as usual. We usually stay at this location when we visit Allen and it is always good.

Great stay and staff was very helpful, Breakfast buffet was amazing.

The hotel is very well appointed. Perfect for business travelers. Onsite restauarant and bar as well as wonderful pool and spa are a great way to end your day. The staff is extremely professional and know no limits to cater to their guests. Highly recommend this property.

Comfortable rooms & great location for our needs. The cookies & flavored water in the lobby afternoon's was refreshing. Nice breakfast.

This hotel was very comfortable and clean. It was very easy access to Hwy 75 for shopping at the outlets stores in Allen, as well as several other very good shopping centers. It is also within a quick drive of pretty much any restaurant you can imagine.

Location was great. Room was small. Go for the B&B package for only $4 more (we had 4 people).

Upon checking in, I had asked to see if there was any way the front desk could check if there were any rooms available with double beds. I had booked through a third-party and because of that, there was nothing they could do, not even check. It was so busy, traffic wise that the level of customer service did not even meet expectations. Even though they were servicing a wedding, sports teams, and an anniversary party, the other people staying there not for an event seemed to be overlooked. I had asked for an extra pillow and the response I received, was "We're fully booked and do not have any extra pillows. If there are any available in the morning, we'll bring some up." ...Never received any pillows. If you want the customer service you are expecting, maybe try booking with them directly and you'll receive better than we did? Other than that, I wouldn't recommend only because there was so many people and the amount of traffic (people staying/booked) was overwhelming. Poor customer service for the price and quality of a Hilton Hotel...

I took my disabled daughter on this stay. They could not give us a room on the bottom floor or a room close to an elevator. Very inconvenient. Also, they had all the handicapped spaces roped off for maintenance which was a big burden on us. Will stay there again but without having a disabled person with me.

The hotel was very well maintained and the staff were brilliant. Of exceptional note were the breakfast staff who were very attentive. The chef even cooked special options to meet my peculiar needs. Enough cannot be said of the personal attention and the great rooms they provide.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times but this time we found that some things are not as good. The mattresses in our room were badly worn, they had a slump in them where your upper torso would lie. They were supposed to have some kind of inflatable mattress on them but they didn't work, probably because they weren't even plugged in. We also found the towels and washrags to be quite rough. It was like they didn't use any fabric softener in the wash. We will probably stay at this hotel again and just hope that they get these problems fixed.

Wife and daughters wanted to do some shopping for Spring break. Since we opted to shop at the Frisco mall, we chose this hotel for proximity and price. Stayed one night. Should have stayed more. Had a nice pool. Great rooms. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel was great. Everything I expected and even a little nicer than I planned on it being. Location is right by lots of shopping and restaurants. I would stay there again.
