Never had hot water in the tub. when I told them they said, "well, on the 3rd floor you have to let it run for awhile" when I asked how long I should let it run they said 15 mins. I let it run 25...still no hot water.

Large comfortable room with everything you need for a... few day stay.

I was very much saddened when I left my camera in my room upon check-out, and no one seem to care much. I had to make several calls, and none of them answered my questions to my satisfaction. I don't think I will ever use that hotel ( Comfort Inn ,Houston, Texas ( ROOM 202 ) again.

room not clean, deadbolt on door wouldn't lock, curtains didn't cover window properly, neighborhood questionable. will not stay here again

I witnessed unprofessional service on mulitple occasions which is not appropriate to delineate online. Also, they advertised a pool and it was not open. Breakfast food was a good variety, although the woman in charge was grumpy and unkind, unwilling to meet reasonable request for some people. My room was pretty and clean. My microwave broke as I heated a cup of tea. The manager was "out of town" and they "don't know when he will be back". The woman covering for him was willing to listen to my concerns but had no power to do anything although she did try to talk to the woman in charge of breakfast who did seem to try harder the next day.

Staff is very helpful but beyond that I would look elsewhere. This hotel has some issues that need to be addressed beyond the staff abilities.

Great Value! Great Hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast include most turkey bacon and waffles which is a definite change of pass from the normal continental breakfast. The room include a microwave and refrigerator. All the amenities at a great price.

Very good. Would stay here again. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

This hotel was more than I expected. It has a full-size kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator and microwave oven. It is perfect for extended stays. the room could use a little updating, but overall the stay was really nice.

Hotel is ok and overall cleanliness acceptable. Being so close to the freeway, the room felt like it was built in the middle of a race track. So noisy, all night. There were a few mishaps that should not be expected from anyhotel. During the 3 nights of my stay ... the key stopped working for no reason on several occasions. Room door would not latch on its own, so I found the room unlocked after cleaning service. Coffee maker did not work, and there were no coffee cups anyway. But the staff was friendly, and helpful. Not a vacation spot but ok for the price.

I like it overall, but due to its convenient location right along to highway 59, it was a bit noisy with all the traffic! I guess it is a stucture issue that they have no control over...

Comfortable and convenient. The entrance was kinda tricky. I had to make a u turn and go back around but other than that, it was nice.

Clean, pretty and confortable

Old TV , needed to have maintenance fix it. Next to freeway interchange so very noisy traffic at my end, #301. Room door needs repair, hard to close.

Will stay here every chance I can, best employees ever - made my stay the very best ever. Every hotel should be run like this one.....

I am a frequetn business traveler and have fairly high expectations for hotels. I enjoyed a queen suite for one night. I arrived fairly late in the evening. It was sifficult to find due to the "feeder" Highway system in Houston. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely appointed. But it did NOT have Free Wi-Fi in the room. The hotel does provide a cable for free internet use. The last time I needed to use a cable was about 5 years ago. A simple upgrade is needed in this regard. otherwise - I was pleased.

We were in Houston for my daughter's tournament, and I was impressed with the room. It was very large and clean. I did notice some stains on the rug, and there was some tape on the wall from the previous guests. For the price I paid, it wasn't bad at all. If I there was one thing I would gripe about would be the musty smell in the room, but it wasn't horrible. I was impressed with the complementary breakfast. There was a lot to offer and the dining area was rather nice and clean. I would go back again the next time we are in Houston.

Very satisfied with the hotel. Wi-fi in the rooms would be nice. Otherwise trip and hotel stay was wonderful and we'll be back.

i love my room very clean and big love the price too,but i didnt like that when i was to take a shower i had to run the water like for 5minutes to get COLD WATER. but other than that love it i have recommended to my family n friends =)

I stayed in this hotel for 2nd time, but this time i had some problems. Room was facing Freeway and had constant noise of vehicles all night. Could not sleep. There was no hot water in shower. I let water run for 10-15 min( do not want to waste water but could not dare to take shower with cold chill water) but of no use. Iron board was of not good quality could not press shirt properly. Rest is good. Room was not smelly, spacious, good mattresses, microwave, refri..tor etc.

It was pleasurable. It was worth more than what I paid.

Clean and extremely comfortable. Easy to find, with easy access from the interstate. Read reviews concerning water temperature in shower prior to booking. The reviewers were correct in that evening shower started with extemely hot water and morning shower started with cold water. However, after a few minutes, the temperature regulated and was fine! If I return to the area, will definitely stay at this Comfort Inn.

Not good at all.could not sleep well because air conditioner made noise all night long and no air at all

I stayed at the hotel almost a week and I have no complaints besides no wifi being in the rooms. There is Internet service in the rooms but you'll have to use a cord to plug into your computer. The rooms are actually nice and clean!!! I will definitely return

Room is spacious. A/C in our room is not cool but did not report it because we were tired the whole day.. But otherwise the stay was ok..

I wasn't to satified with the lack of hot water my first 2 nights then moved rooms b/c the maintenance crew had already left. The room I moved to had no cold water what so ever so I was putting ice and cold bottle water in the bathtub so I go cleanse myself. But I will say that the costumer service made up for the poor maintenance of the plumbing in the place :)

the shower water was so hot even with the knob facing the cold water, almost boiling so I wasn't able to shower. They told me to leave the water running for 15 minutes so it would cool down, but it never did and it was such a waste considering they want to be environmentally friendly.

Overall the hotel wasnt bad for the price. You have to be careful of the breakfast stampede at 0800. Too many people were eating the "free" breakfast like it was their only meal for the day. The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel wasnt in the worst location for access to everything that Houston has to offer. We would definitely go back to this hotel for the price. If you are needing to have an emergency hotel, this is one to go to. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, keep driving to the heart of the city. We evacuated from Isaac and this was the best priced hotel. Also, they worked with us to keep the price we originally received online since we needed to stay one extra day. Some people have complained about parking, but there are more spots around the back side of the hotel that most people didnt try to park. Overall we were satisfied with this hotel.

This hotel makes me feel like im at home

I enjoyed the stay there. This is my second stay there. i didn't even know that it was the same hotel untill I got there. It was quite close to the event I was going to and the price was not bad either. It was very clean.

Good hotel....the only dislike is the small parking area.

When first checked i was given a room that was not cleaned up yet. Dirty, wet, smelly towels were all over the floor. Bed covers were on the floor as well. it took another fourtyfive minutes to get someone to clean room up. The weather in Houston was in hundreds outside, but I didn't anticipate heat inside the hotel. About 200yd long hall way with no air condition anywhere except at both ends. It was hot in the hall and in the room. No matter how much i tried to cool my room, it could get any cooler. Someone said the owners of hotel have a way to control use of aircond. Simple orange juice for breakfast was watered down so much. It was a mess. Refund will be appreciated.

the hotel was a little difficult to find the entrance. you can see the hotel but how to get to it is not very clearly marked. the room was clean and big. got a 2 queen room. right off 59 and beltway so you could get anywhere fairly quickly for houston.

This will be the last time I will stay at this hotel. The quality of the hotel has gone down over the last year. Rooms are not clean very well, bedding is not clean, wireless does not work, television's are out dated. The service/amenities you receive does not meet the price you pay for the room. For the price I pay I will take my business to another location.
