The hotel is situated very centrally, perfect for the purpose of my stay.Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, the hotel is great. The only thing is the hotel is located in between 2 tram stops on Pope Paul II Blvd, and it is quite a long walk from either of the stop. Why can't they put a stop at the street where the hotel is located?

When I arrived, it was not the Hotel I expected - there are two Radission Blus in downtown Warsaw. - however the hotel itself is great, the people great and it is within walking distance from the Old Town . Once I understood where we were, with the help of a map from the receptionist, everything was fine.

Perfect stay, just improve Internet

A real pleasure to tay at. Good breakfast, nice bar (doesn't stay open long enough) and overall comfortable atmosphere.

Good Hotel , about a 15-20 min walk to old town and many other sites.The breakfast buffet was fantastic Very prompt check-in. Very clean, and professional service. Great stay.

Size if bed need to be improved. You need to supply milk for the tea in the room.

Good location, quality hotel, good fitness center and great breakfast. I could even ask for a late checkout for free. The only negative thing is that there was only a bathrobe in the room and we were two people.

The Radisson was great! The hotel was lovely. It's about a 15-20 min walk to old town and many other sites. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. There are many restaurants located around the hotel as well as a grocery store right around the corner. Breakfast was delicious so I would recommend including it with your stay. If I ever go back to Warsaw I would definitely stay here again.

nice and clean, had a pool and gym. t.v. channels in various different languages including english. overall I had a very pleasant stay.

Excellent service - awesome breakfast buffet, eggs to order, espresso and lattes, fruit and bread galore, all fresh. Comfortable bed (a little soft for us, we like European hard-style beds). Only negative was water temp was not consistent. We were on tenth floor so maybe that had something to do with it. Once every minute or so, while in the shower, the hot water would drop a little and the water would go warm-cool, just for ten seconds, but still a bit annoying. That was the only negative Everything else in the room was great. Quiet (important for us), very clean and fresh sheets daily, heated floor in bathroom, nice TV with 4 English news channels. We like to walk and it wasn't far to old town, even closer to Centrum mall and train station and Uprising Museum. A cheap cab ride to most places. Neighborhood borders some high rise business buildings in one direction and high rise aprtment builings in the other direction, so not much to look at from the hotel. Free intl english newspaper in the morning and 2 bottles of complimentary water in the rooms. Freindly staff for a hotel with hundreds of rooms. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant.

The hotel was very comfortable with most of the facilities you would expect in a 5 star location. The business class room was clean, spacious and well decorated. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the waitressing staff very attentive. There were however some areas where we felt improvements could be made. There were no bath robes provided - which made using the pool and sauna area inconvenient - and no daily paper supplied even though both of these facilities are highlighted as beding part of the business class room service. In addition the cost of a soft drink from the room minibar was extortionate and the hotel taxi which brought us back to the airport overcharged us. When you find a great hotel it is always disappointing when the small things are overlooked.

Very good breakfast, spacious room, good location. Considering the price I paid, it is definitely very good, but I would not say it has the five star qualities, such as room being too dry, bed a little uncomfortable, and old towels. But as I said, I have no complains due to the price.

GYM was a 12 out of 10, tons of machines and free weight it is actually a membership gym but not crowded. Staff was ok not overly helpful. Bed was extremeley stiff for me and when I complained they said all teh beds were the same and new after the 2nd night I was going to change hotels as I am used to a soft bed then offered to " add a softerner " there exact words it a mattress pad which actually helped but I think they should have offered the 1st time. Breakfast buffet was ok but pricey for 1 person $28 usd . Location was good and within walking distance to many shops , resturaunts, museums etc

Comfortable hotel. Centrally located. Pretty small rooms. I requested a bedroom with two single beds as I was staying with a colleague and the beds were tiny. Staff were helpfull. Breakfast was abundant and varied.

Decent hotel close to central train station and shopping centre but 20 minute walk to old town and main sights. 15 minute walk to Uprising Museum which is a must go. Room spacious (standard) and in good condition other than shower head which was blocked by limescale and did not give even spray. Water temp also a bit up and down once set. Not really 5 star in my eyes should be 4 star. However, got a very good deal for 3 nights so satisfied.

This isn't a 5 star hotel. Not even close. I've stayed in most of the major hotels in Warsaw and this is easily the worst. Service was appalling. Not enough staff seemed to be the main problem. Those that were there were probably overworked so I'll give them that excuse for the general rudeness of most.

Good standard hotel at a good price

This hotel has all facilities and and everything in a quite high standard. Everything is completely ruined by a very bad and unpleasing service, especially in the reception

Perfect. But only one thing, a bit slow checking you in at reception. .But again. The best hotel in Warsaw. .would stay there again. .Great hotel. .

PERFECT. BEST HOTEL IN WARSAW. COULD NOT ASK FOR ANY THING BETTER. .

Room and all areas were spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of foods but was crowded at times due to coach loads of tourists. Fantastic location only 10 - 15 minutes walk from the centre of the city. Reception staff provided an umbrella when it rained. We would recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure visits.

This hotel promises alot, but delivers on very little. The room wasn't ready when we arrived. Extras such as robes and slippers....well yes but there was only one for 2 people, great if you like to share i suppose. The nespresso machine is great....but only 6 pouches, 2 of which were decaf, and they they didn't get refilled during our stay. The bed was possibly the least comfortable i've had in recent times and the bedclothes rather synthetic. On the same trip i stayed at the marriott in warsaw which is at the same star rating, was cheaper and beats this hotel hands down.

Close enough to the city center, but far enough away from the lights and the noise where you do not feel like you are there.

Beds were hard and pillows very large and uncomfortable. Parking is very expensive. Other than that no problems and a good stay.

This was one of the more expensive hotels that I stayed in during my weeklong trip to Central/Eastern Europe, but it was well worth the extra cost. The room was fantastic! Local bus stop just across the street from the hotel had direct connection to Central Station. The old town was within walking distance (although a bit further away). Also near to shopping and the Warsaw Uprising museum. The swimming pool/jacuzzi were also very nice. Staff was helpful in giving me a tourist map to help me locate the nearby sites. If I ever find myself in Warsaw again, I would most certainly consider staying here again.

The Hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is not located in the heart and centre of Warsaw for example Zlote Tarasy and the cultural placae, but these are only 10 mins walking distance.

This hotel is very comfortable. The buffet was extremely good, with great selection. There are only a few restaurants close by, but numerous choices can be found within an easy 15 minute walk. The city bus route from/to the airport is a 5 minute walk.

Not the newest in Warsaw, but still in quite good condition. Good breakfast buffet, but the breakfast box should really be improved. Not all service was nice and helpful - some should work on it. Swiminng pool, sauna and jacuzzi OK. Location - not so close to the old town if you walk.

Excellent location for a tourist; who likes to see sights just by walking. Quiet. Very goog service. Perfect choise for a active sporting tourist . Very satisfied.

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 night and really enjoyed our stay! Everybody was very serviceminded and nice, the rooms were clean and comfy, and there is a great (and big) fitness studio and swimmingpool with sauna and jacuzzi downstairs, which was lovely! Watch out though for naked men walking around in only a towel. We complained about this, since it is not allowed (there are signs everywhere), still naked men walking around after that though :-(( But, I would still go back to the same hotel, the swimming pool is part of the SPA centre also located downstairs, and they have to do something about it! But as for the hotel - PERFECT! Location is OK, but since it was VERY cold when we were there, we would have liked the tram stops a little closer, but if it wouldn't have been -20C this wouldn't have been an issue ;-) Walking distance to Zlote Tarasy (big shopping mall) and very easy (only one tram - couple stops) from Arkadia (even bigger shopping mall). Also easy to get to the Old Town which is lovely! I would recomment buying a ZTM (public transportation) ticket for your whole stay.

All in all the hotel was pretty good. The rooms were pretty big, clean and comfy. The hotel area is in a good spot - a 15 minute walk to the Old Town and a 5 minute walk to Central Station. They helped us with all the queries that we had. My only problem was that we were in a group of 8 and we had all booked rooms with King Size beds but when we checked in the hotel staff said that they were all booked out of King Size Beds and we got rooms with 2 single beds in them. The hotel staff said that even though we booked King Size beds that they were never guaranteed as it was just a preference. This doesn't match their slogan of 100% customer guaranteed. Apart from that it was a good hotel.
