It was a great experience for me and my son, the hotel was great, excellent view from our bedroom, great amenities at the hotel, the staff was very professional and helpfull and gave us the possibility to have an excellent stay at the hotel. the beach is very clean and i personally liked the sea which was very calm and shallow so that my son could swim and play without having to be watched all the time. it´s a perfect resort for families, well located and with a lot of things to do inside the area. on the whole we had a marvellous hollidays and we will definitelly stay again in the future!

We got a good deal for this all inclusive, so I can't complain too much. The rooms were ok- old beds, old pillows. Room never really got cold with the air conditioner on. Food was ok. By day 4, you feel like you've been eating the same food every day. Pool was very clean. Beach could have used some cleaning. With the exception of a few, the Staff was not very friendly. Gift shop is highway robbery. We needed more sunscreen, so I way buying 2 bottles of Banana Boat and my total was $64. We took the bus to Walmart for $1. As long as you don't have really high expectations, you will like this place.

It was the WORST food I have ever been served in my 60 years on this planet. Poorly cooked poorly presented, food was cold alcohol drinks were watered down and bar service was slow.

This hotel was awful. Food and drinks were horrible; the swimming pool was filthy; hotel service was bad. I am glad that we only had to stay there for 1 night.

Our room was very basic but was clean and the rest of the hotel grounds were clean as well. The staff from maid service to the restaurants were all very nice and professional. This is our 1st experience with an all-inclusive hotel so can't compare to others but I feel the selection and quality of the food was good. I feel this was an excellent value for the money spent.

We were very dissatisfied with this hotel. First night we did not have AC in our room and had to sleep with our balcony door open. There was not minibar in the room and no way to get ice unless we went to a bar or one of the restaraunts. This was supposed to be all inclusive and I did not think that was accomplished. The food in the few places we ate was not very good at all for any meal. The condition of the beach area was pretty nice and the bartenders the pool and bar were very nice. Otherwise the attitude of the staff when we complained was that of they just really didn't care. I would not reccomend for anyone to stay here. We stayed at the other Oasis before closer to the airport and it was very nice.

We visited this hotel for 6 days in late December with two adults and two kids. And I would not recommend this hotel for families. The service sucks everywhere in the hotel, especially in the reception. The pool is dirty with lots of leaves and other stuff. All-inclusive means that you need to carry the drinks to your room as you get only two small water bottles per day to your room (and only if you ask somebody to bring those). And kids are not allowed to enter certain restaurants. The water slide is in the kids club area where you need to leave the kids (adults not allowed) and the ones under 120cm are not allowed to use the slides; ridiculous rule.. Okay, I had my doubts about this hotel when I made the reservation but got fallen into the "good looking + cheap price" trap. Will not do this again and hopefully no-one else does this either.

Hotel is very old. Our room smell like mold and the bathroom is very tiny. It was very hard to keep the water inside the shower. The people at the reception desk are the least friendliest. The conceirges were constantly trying to get us to sign up for timeshares at their other hotel. There was not much entertainment at the hotel. The beach is very tiny, rocky and lots of seaweed. The servers at the restaurants were very good at what they did. The food was really good with daily varieties.

Have stayed there 10times,as we live in Cozumel.go to relax ans shop, Walmart,homedepot ect. . Nice to have new wifi all over,and cheaper. It should be free. The food went way down hill. Only one place open, not the 2 that it has always been.same ole thing for 3days. Beer was cold :), but a burger at the beach grill was two hundred years old ! Forget that. Would stay again, and hope the food gets up to par like it was.

For the price,,, hotel rooms need to be updated, linens need to be laundered and smell clean, linens soiled, still waiting for light bulbs for lamps, no soap, only 1 bar,,,location is great!!! But quality needs to be stepped up!!!!!

This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We should only use the hotel for one night, coming from Belize and flying back to europe the next day. But after having spent 6 hours in a car, the cheek-in took and hour and a half. We were first given a wrong room, where there actually stayed people, suitcases on the floor and someone in the bathroom. We went back to the front desk, where there of course was a line again, then we at last got our right room (without an apology) the cleaning lady had to prepare it first. I sent my wife and kids down to the beach and had to wait the half and hour before the room was ready. Then they had misplaced our suitcases (they have of course gone to the wrong room where the other guest stayed) All in all a horrific start.. then there a smaller details of hidden fee´s and charging extra for things that should be a service ( we exchanged some dollars to a really bad rate, was charged triple of the written amount of the deposit box, and so on and so on..) I have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, and I am not critical and can live with a lot of things..but I can not recommend this hotel

this was my second time at this hotel and this year the hotel was even better than it was in 2009 we had a such a wonderful time in cancun, the staff was great and very honest! We forgot our iphone at one of the restaurants one night and then for the next couple days were leaving the hotel at 7 and coming back around 11 at night because of tours, when we did have time to be at the hotel possibly 4 different employees approached me and told me that we left our phone at the restaurant. I thought that is absolutely commendable. I also like that this hotel is connected to the other hotel's amenities, so we had access to the wave pool and the wet bar pool etc. Oh and while you're there make sure you get a beachfront massage. We really loved our stay there and the bartenders make wonderful "superman" yumm! I am not a big fan of authentic mexican food so I didn't fancy the buffets but the midday burgers at the sand bar were great!

Food is not great. Full of kids. Good for family. Better checking in a Adults only hotel if you are visiting with friends/ partner etc.

I have been running and working in hotel industry over 15 years. I have been to many all-inclusive resorts and hotels in South & North America. However Oasis Palm Beach Resort was total disaster. There is a sister company right next to it called Grand Oasis. The operation is huge and hotel holds nearly 1000 pax guests. There is no mini bar eventhough its a family resort. they even charge for bottle of water that was in the room!!! so many people waiting in the line to get breakfast, lunch and dinner!!!! I am not even joking, I and my girld friend who dressed up for a romantic dinner had to wait in he line at least 30 min for each meal!!! I felt bad for those who came with their families, babies and children!!! Luckily I only stayed there for 2 days.Mexico is well-known place for its friendly people and good service. Almost everyone in this hotel was so frustrated and seemed so caresless!!! It was understaffed. I do not want to give prize to this kind of establisment so I do not recommend this place. I am not ordinary traveller. This is my business and I really hated how ignorant front desk works and unable to fix any problem. I paid far less than what I paid to this resort and got minibar, far better service. Restaurants are not big enough for this kind of big operations. You have 2 main restaurants to eat but they were not big enough to have everyone served. you would have to wait for free table to sit!!!! Well over all they have good location, rooms, but I do not recommend this place.

This is our second time to Cancun with this one being an all-inclusive. After stayed at the Melia Cancun five years ago, we decided to stay with Oasis Palm. Upon, checkin, we had to strictly adhere to the 3 pm to get to our room coming from a redeye flight. However, we were free to have lunch at one of the restaurants. When we finally got to our room, we called down to the bellman to have our luggages brought up. Another hour passed and still not luggage. Even in English and Spanish for the third time and two hours later, still no luggage. After frustration, I went down and pulled the luggages myself to the room. The food is good and it beats eating out. The service is good and even better if tips are provided. The gym is ok with all of the necessities needed for a workout. In order to have a seat at the reserved restaurants (Asian, Seafood, or Mexican) one must reserve in person at 7am and at the earliest convience. For me, I had to set my alarm prior to this just do this three times. Overall of the restaurant, ok because the selection was set and few. If you are at the Seafood restaurant, be careful about the lobster on the menu. It has a supplemental cost to it and it would be more than back home. We only used the beach once only spending the bulk of our time at the pool. The beach is filled with seawood and is adjacent to the embarcadero. Near the end of our visit, our card key deactiviated and went to the desk to fix, had to go twice because they made a mistake. With regards to towel cards, room cards, and wrist bands, don't lose them because they will nickel and dime you should they become lost.

I will never go to this hotel again. Beach they call is not really beach, water smells bad and there is sewer smell around beach. Every night I saw pool area washed and that dirty water drained in to beach area.I also smell sewer in the shower room through shower drain. Hotel toilet room was very small, I could not turn my body once I was in the toilet room it was that small and I am only 150 pound just incase some one think I am fat. Towels were old and torn on the edges. Food was ok but chicken, beef, fish all cooked on the same cooking pan which some people don't like if they only ate chicken for religious reason.

Número 1 al momento de hacer el Check in nos comenta el recepcionista que el check out es a las 12 del día y que si nos pasamos de la hora tendríamos que pagar 267.00 pesos por persona, le dijimos que habitualmente cada año nos daban permiso de quedarnos un poco de tiempo más, debido a que la salida de los vuelos es mas tarde, pero él insistió en que esas eran las políticas del hotel y no podía hacer nada, terminamos pagando 267.00 pesos por persona, para que nos extendieran 4 horas más la estancia. Numero 2 fui al snak bar que está en la playa y pedí unas papas con queso, y la respuesta del cocinero fue que no había queso, me dijo que lo solicitó en la mañana pero que no se lo surtieron, entonces unos nachos, pero se cruzo de brazos y me dijo que tampoco tenia jalapeños. Número 3 cuando fuimos a cenar tuvimos que hacer una fila por más de 30 minutos, pedimos nos juntaran unas mesas porque iba toda la familia, la hostes nos dijo que "por política del hotel" no se podía, ya era la segunda vez que escuchaba "política del hotel" . Número 4 como en la sección en dónde reservé la habitación estaba sobrevendida me vendieron la idea de pasarme la otra torre del hotel, a lo cual accedí, pero cuando quise pedir un refresco bajando de la habitación me dijeron que no me lo podían dar porque mi brazalete no era el correcto, así es que me tuve que desplazar 200 metros al otro lado del hotel para poder tomar un refresco, entonces PARA QUE ME CAMBIARON DE HABITACION?

Le Palm est un grand complexe correct, un peu bruyant et cela fait tout de suite usine ! la nourriture est médiocre et répétitive. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit grand et confortable.

Över förväntan, bra pris, läge och bra rum! All-inklusive var kanon. Lite minus till att en av två hissar var ur funktion i 5 dagar samt att ibland var städningen lite sen! Kan absolut rekommendera detta hotell!

La estancia estuvo muy bien, la comida limpia, atractiva y exquisita. Los meseros atentons y los restaurantes muy bien. Lo que nos sorprendio fue que por la noche fuimos al centro y quisimos pasar a tomar una copa al otro Oasis Viva y casi nos rehusaron la entrada y nos negaron la copa. Para se esto una cadena de Oasis se debe de tener mejor relacion entre los propios establicimientos.

Fueron muy amables, la comida muy buena, el hotel es agradable, le falta una mejor playa, pero en general esta bastante bien.

TODO estuvo muy bien. el servicio, las habitaciones, la playa, la comida. en general todo excelente. lo unico es que el servicio de wifi hay que pagarlo en otros establecimientos es gratis!!!

Fue placentera, en general el hotel esta bien en sus instalaciones, aunque las recamaras no estan muy bien cuidadas. Los restaurantes estan bien, la comida buena, la atención del personal excelente, excepto con una persona no estoy segura si era el gerente del restaurante mexicano, esta a un lado del dos lunas donde se porto mal esta persona por que no le aceptamos una mesa en la terraza, haciendo mucho frio y llevando una persona de la tercera edad con problemas para caminar.

un hotel que tiene loque unas vaciones necesitan

La unica queja fue la calidad de la comida y la bebida, nunca habia comido tan mal en un all inclusive, se nota como bajan la calidad en los alimentos y bebidas para optener tal vez mas beneficios.

Unas vacaciones en familia espectacular. el hotel estuvo super bien. el servicio muy amables las personas. ni se diga de la comida muy sabrosa. la playa muy tranquila y para los niños es facil de usar. se pueden bañarse sin problemas. hay un sitio que es la cantina muy bonito al estilo mexicano mano!!!

La atención del personal es buena, pero el hotel te cobra el internet, ni siquiera lo tiene habilitado en áreas comunes y te cobra por la llave de la caja de seguridad por día. Te piden hacer el check out a las 12:00 y no te prestan ningun lugar para cambiartred después y si quieres comer ahí ese día te cobran las comidas por persona. En conclusión no regresaría

La estancia muy buena diria excelente, servicio de excelente calidad, personas que atienden tanto en el hotel como en el restaurante excelente, lo unico que deberian contemplar es tener internet habilitado a toda hora en las habitaciones, se puede subir un poco a las tarifas pero el servicio de internet deberia estar a la orden de cada usuario, no lo cobren por que da mala imagen, cobrenlo en la tarifa total

Excelente ubicacion, muy buena atencion! Estuvimos una semana en el hotel y la pasamos excelente, perfecto para vacacionar en familia, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

buena, al principio nos dieron una habitación que no reservamos, era una de niños, pero al dia siguiente si cambiaron, despues de poner una queja con el gerente que es el unico que puede resolver ahí NADIE MAS, la comida variada y buena, toallas todo el tiempo, algunos meseros mal humorados creo por tanta gente, el mayor problema las PISCINAS HELADAS, nunca las calentaron ni por casualidad. Pero el Hotel vale la pena, y la posibilidad de entrar al gran oasis pagando mas es buena ya que tiene mas servicios y restaurantes. El servicio de niños es super bueno los ñinos se divierten, pero la piscina fría de niños HELADA. La ubicación excelente.

Excelente hotel todo incluido, hay variedad de comida, el servicio es excelente, buen ambiente, ameninades, playa estupenda para los niños y la alberca.

子供三人と五泊しました。 フロントの対応は微妙で、ホテル内は薄暗い。 部屋のタオルは毎日電話をしないと人数分もらえない。 ルームサービス・Wi-Fiは有料。 レストランの昼食は1時からでお昼12時位にはハンバーガーやポテトなどの軽食の所しか空いていない。 ただ海の波は穏やかで遠浅で小さな魚もいて、子供が遊ぶにはよい。 ホテルで孔雀を飼っていたり、海鳥もビーチにたくさんいたり、ホテル前の道路を歩くとイグアナがいたりして、子供は珍しがって喜んでいた。 キッズクラブは基本的に子供だけしか入れないので、4歳と5歳の娘はいきたがらなかった。 一日だけグループホテルのグランドオアシスに遊びに行ってそこのプールで泳げた。 結果、宿泊費が安いので、ルームサービスやWi-Fiを利用しなければお勧めです。

Comida muy aceitosa con manteca de cerdo, poca variedad. Playa muy pequeña, profundidad para niños, no para adultos Atención del personal muy buena y atenta. Internet muy lento, deficiente. Suficiente y buena oferta de turismo y paseos.

Adoramos os funcionários, as atividades e áreas comuns do hotel são muito boas, os restaurantes são excelentes, o natal foi incrível... Sáo o quarto que deixa um pouco a desejar por ser mais antigo, menos cuidado e o chuveiro ruim, mas no geral ficamos muito satisfeitos e recomendamos.

Chambre pas très propre, fenêtre pour accéder au balcon coincer avec un manche à balais car elle ne fermait plus, meubles plutôt vieux et plus en très bon état, lumières mal disposées car tu ne peux pas éteindre depuis ton lit. Au niveau des restaurants, il y en a plusieurs dans l'hotêl, la nourriture est pas trop mal mais il faut venir à la bonne heure pour éviter la queue. L'hôtel est situé en bord de mer, la plage est toute petite et il y a des rochers et des algues dans l'eau. La superficie totale est petite par rapport au nombre de chambres, pas de jardin mais une grande piscine...malgré cela on se sent un peu étouffé. En globalité, on a été un peu déçu.
