Eden Hôtel Cannes - קאן

The Eden is exactly that : a peaceful garden in the midst of the bustle of Cannes. I have attended MIDEM every January for 25 years and stayed everywhere from The Carlton, Martinez and Majestic to private apartments and, when I was very young, cheap nasty bizarre lodgings. The Eden is the perfect balance of style, substance & service. I hope to attend MIDEM for another 25 years and can see no reason to ever book anywhere else if the Eden has room for me and my team.

Only there for a brief business trip so didn't get the opportunity to use all of the facilities (pool, restaurant etc) but they all looked up to scratch. Great value, we'll be back next year.

My standard room was comfortable but, if one wished to read in late evening my standard reading lamp would need to be,at least 30 cm taller. Or lay on floor and read. Lighting in general was poor. No drawers for clothing, only a few shelves in narrow wardrobes. Room chairs very uncomfortable. Bathroom lighting badly angled, found myself having to shave in a shadow. Felt very uncomfortable about evening visits to my room, whether I was in or out. Had to request several times for replacement of coffee and milk and for a plumber to clear drainage in bath. The lifts are antiquainted, took ages, at times, to service floors. I felt the hotel required a complete refurbishment. The staff did a great job and were always very helpful and polite

Pleaseant if unspectacular hotel. Bedroom was small with poor view, but if you're lucky you might get a pleasant street view with a small balcony.Exercise room consisted of an exercise bike whose saddle was unadjustable, and a treadmill with performed OK. No air conditioning working in gym area so a modest amout of activity resulted in a great deal of condensation.

The greatest asset of this hotel is its staff - without exception they were helpful, professional and friendly. The one aspect I found strange was the way in which the large bedroom windows allowed for no privacy from neighbours unless the curtains were fully closed - which defeated the purpose of the lovely view to the hills. All other aspects of the hotel were very good.

Excellent hotel and staff. Can't comment on the restaurant as we ate elsewhere. Note to the tall - toilet is in a room by itself and quite small. But everything else was great!

Excellent location, good and friendly service and a good standard 4* hotel

This is supposedly a four-star hotel, but I had to climb a flight of stairs with full baggage to get to my room. The bathroom had strange looking construction-type stains, and appeared to be incompletely finished (incomplete joins, etc.). The bathroom had fancy, chi-chi lotions, but no cups. The floor was wood, with no carpet - they give you one-size-fits-all flip-flops, which is fine if it happens to be your size. The indoor pool is nice, with interesting lighting. It should be noted that they wanted to charge me a very substantial fee to use the outdoor pool, which I declined. I don’t think this place rates four stars, but overall it is nice enough if you can get a good rate.

Great location, though needs better room while waiting for check-in if you drive. Old hotel but well maintained. Generally recommended.

We stayed in the eden 1. However, you should request eden 2. It is newer. and probably nicer. We had a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. the balcony was great. However, the room was defintely not a 4 star room.

I don't know where to begin; reception ignored me and arrived a French woman as soon as she arrived, when we got to our room it smelt of sick and damp and felt like a dungeon, a sticking puddle on the floor had not been cleaned and all the door handles where the same, when we complained the young receptionists said there was nothing they could do and there was no managers on till mon, we arrived on sat. Even though we complained about the sticky puddle it remained there the 4 days we stayed cannnes was booked out and we couldn't move hotels or would of, I nearly got a flight home early as I hated being the room so much but we just stay out of it as much as we could. Please don't waste your money on this hotel

Chambre standard vraiment petite, si vous mesurer plus d un mètre quatre vingt, oubliez la position assise aux toilettes.literie très confortable. Les chambres côté rue sont très exposées aux bruits. Quelques membres du personnel ne sont pas à la hauteur des étoiles affichées en façade ( dans la manière de parler aux clients). Piscine ayant ne température limite froide, jacuzzi n en ayant que le nom il y 5 ou 6 buses et pas de bulle. Bref pas terrible

Pas Canal+ dans les chambres et pas de pendule dans piscine mais TOP au cœur de Cannes...

Super! Dommage piscine sur le toit fermée non mentionnée sur leur site!! Sinon personne charmant !

bon hotel Acceuill Correct Quelques petits defaults dans la chambre mais une note globale bonne Emplacement tres bien Personnel discret Espace detente Sympa Ne pas oublier ses affaires de sports pour profiter du la salle de sport .....

Hotel refait a neuf mais qui possede un unique ascensseur tout petit (4 petites personnes) il y a parfois un embouteillage et beaucoup d'attente le matin au retour du petit déjeuné

Sehr angenehmes und zentral gelegenes Hotel. Von A-Z alles bestens und ohne Einschränkung weiter zu empfehlen. Frühstück auch sehr empfehlenswert (eines der besten für ein 4 Sterne Hotel). Herausragend ist die beruhigende Stimmung.

Un accueil chaleureux.Un jacuzzi bien chaud. La chambre confortable, très bonne literie mais une ambiance peu sombre. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Très bonne impression générale.

Le week end, l espace detente (piscine et jaccuzi) est rapidement surcharge mais malgre tout nos enfants gardent un bon souvenir de notre sejour dans cet hotel. Petit bemol, l ascenseur, un seul, lent et petit, on comprend la presence de fauteuils au rdc pour attendre.

Des teavaux dans la cour tres bruyants des 8.00 du matin tres derangeants.

hotel très agréable, personnel discret et efficace . L'accès au spa est un plus, seul petit bémol : on doit traverser tout le hall en peignoir pour rejoindre le spa, un accès plus direct aurait été préférable . Petit déjeuner très varié

Nous avons passé un agreable sejour, dans un cadre trés reposant, tourné sur le bien etre. Je souligne que le personnel du petit dej sont tres sympa!!

Nous avons séjourné 2 jours dans ce palace et nous vous recommandons cet établissement. Un personnel attentif et courtois, un buffet de petits déjeuners de qualité et abondant. Un restaurant accessible où on t mange très bien. Un Spa agréable du linge et des produits d accueil réapprovisionnés tout au long de la journée. Le saison nous a pas permis de profiter des équipements extérieurs.

Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de la rue commerçante de Cannes, à deux pas de la croisette, parking public à 100 mètres. Parfait pour une petite escapade en amoureux pour les fêtes de fin d'année, nous recherchions un hôtel avec piscine couverte et celle de l'Eden est très agréable (température parfaite), un petit hammam et le jacuzzi pour se détendre en fin de journee complète parfaitement les équipements. Nous avons été surclassés en chambre supérieure, nous disposions donc d'un petit balcon et d'une petite vue sur la mer (si si tout au bout de la rue tout la bas...). Baies vitrées avec insonorisation à revoir mais la rue d'antibes est calme le soir. Petit déjeuner buffet gargantuesque. Service très gentil mais pas toujours efficace aux heures de pointe à 10h au restaurant. Quelques fautes de goût pour un 4 étoiles (ascenseur, parties communes dans les étages très sommaires, peu lumineux) mais aucun regret dans notre choix, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de deux nuit.

une agréable escapade en amoureux.malheureusement trop de monde dans l'espace détente du coup nous n'avons pas pu en profiter correctement.

Tres bon hotel. Jacuzzi et piscine température parfaite. Chambre propre. Personnel attentioné. Situation a 5 minutes a pied de la croisette et au début de la rue d'antibes tres commerçante. Bonne insonorisation des chambres s'il ont ferme bien les fenetres (dures à fermer dans notre chambre). Excellent petit déjeuner tres copieux.

Trés bon hôtel, bien situé dans Cannes avec un décor agréable et relaxant. Personnel sympathique et disponible. Petits plus : jacuzzi et piscine intérieurs, et le petit déjeuner gargantuesque.

Très bel établissement, l'aceuill est bon le service et les demande particulière sont traité vite et avec de la bonne humeur, la picine et le sauna sont très propre et bien entretunu, les chambre sont confortable et calme, comme c'est souvant le cas dans ses ville l'accès au parking est difficille et les place de park petite, pocédant une voiture de sport ce n'étais pas évidans mais le voiturié ma reséervé une place facille d'accès et assé large, donc la aussi super service! Je vous le recomande!
