Sea View Hotel, Bal Harbour, On The Ocean - בל הרבור

The hotel has the perfect location at Bal Hoarbour at a reasonable price. It is an older bulding but it is very well mantained. It is right on the beach and its a quiet one too. Some employees are super nice some are weird. Use of beach and pool chairs is charged separately. It includes breakfast! its a basic one but very conveniant. Most rooms also have a balcony.

nice location, good service, comfortable room, what else?

Overall my stay was good. However, for a long lasting costumer (every year for the last 8 years) there were no provisions made for me when I requested a late checkout (I needed an extra hour).

We booked this hotel for it,s location,right opposite bal harbour shops which was excellent. The hotel is old fashioned but comfortable. The bedrooms large and comfortable, however the bathrooms were tired and walk in shower and tiles would have benefitted from a good clean. No shower gel was left on either day leaving us to find our own . Complimentary continental breakfast was included which we did,t expect but it was awful. Cereal, juice, white bread, soggy croissant served by monosyllabic staff in a dreary room.

nice visit. self park, valet not that attentive. Food very good. Nice piano in bar.

Nice older hotel. Far away from the action. Very few amenities.

The hotel offers adequate facilities, but not spectacular, and not worth the cost. The personnel is cold, inefficient, and at times rude. One of the most annoying aspects is that guests are made to pay for any non-basic service, pool towels, pool lounge chair, parking (even a 5 minute drop off). I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Fantastic location. Quiet and calm. Nice neighborhood. Staff very helpful. We were upgraged to our surprise. We will return for sure.

The stay was wonderful.The restaurant in the hotel was excellent on every level.service through-out was excellent.Would return without hesitation.

I had Front desk to me calling me at 9:45 PM to tell me that the TV in my room is to loud and my neighbors couldn’t sleep. I can assure that the TV was not loud. This is unacceptable.

Wonderful hotel, the surrounding area was beautiful and the walk to the beach very accessable... Would stay their again.

The room we booked through Hotels.com was terrible. I was told the online room was deeply discounted and therefore the only type of room offered at that rate. After complaining to the manager, we moved to another room but only the following day at an additional cost of $30 per night, otherwise we had to stay where we were. In the new room we had to call housekeeping to spray the bathroom for ants! In addition to that, this was the only hotel I have ever stayed at that charged you $5 per day, per lounge chair around the pool area. They requested that my two children ages 2 and 6, not make noise in the pool area due to the echoing of sound off the adjacent buildings. Obviously the Sea View Bal Harbor resort is NOT children friendly! I will NEVER stay there again nor will I recommend it to any family or friends. Very disappointing experience!

Very nice hotel the sea view is great and the hotel are very close to the beach. The pool is good too, so I recommend the hotel.

Muito limpo e bem localizado, mas cobrar pela cadeira da piscina é tão lamentável que chega a dar raiva. Se quer lucrar mais aumenta a diaria e embute o aluguel no preço! Pelo menos não haveria hospede encomodado com isso!

El hotel se encuentra siempre renovandose, el acceso a la playa es inmediato, la piscina excelente y el servicio del personal es muy agradable.La proxima vez que viaje a Miami sin duda me quedaré en el mismo hotel

Suite a de jolis commentaires je suis allé au SeeView. Quelle déception. Le lobby verdâtre avec quelques pauvres meubles moches, la salle de restaurant pour le petit déjeuner avec des chaises horrible, des tables disséminées comme a une fin de banquet, un petit déjeuner bas de gamme. Des jardiniers avec des tronçonneuses électriques taillent les arbres devant nous a 7.30 du matin, dans un vacarme assourdissant,un vrai cauchemar! Le+ a été le personnel du restaurant, très gentil. La chambre avait une moquette verte des années 50 et tout était désassorti (je crois) mais sans aucun charme. Le+ a été le lit et le petit balcon très agréable. La salle de bains super vieille mais fonctionnelle et propre. Le pompon vient de la piscine. Très belle, chaude, agréable . Mais accessible uniquement de 9h a 17h (comme l'indique un panneau dessus) et des matelas devant la piscine que nous devons payer 10$ chacun. Je n'ai JAMAIS vu cela dans aucun autre Hotel. J'ai demandé a 2 reprises a voir le manager, j'ai laissé ma carte, mais personne ne m'a rappelé.. J'ai quitté l'hôtel avec soulagement.

Espetacular!! Só fico nesse hotel em Miami,pois me sinto em casa. No entanto, vale ressaltar que é um hotel sem badalações, silencioso...Pra quem busca conforto e bem estar é o ideal...

no me gusto a pesar de haber estado alli en otra oportunidad, el trato fue deficiente ,el baño se mojaba todo, y la atencion en general mala

Las habitaciones son muy comodas y la ubicacion del hotel es excelente, queda relativamente cerca de todas partes.

La atención no existe, prácticamente nunca hay nadie en el front desck. Si no mostrás un billete de 5 o 10 dólares, no piden un taxi. Excepción de Rafael. Regresé luego de haber estado en febrero por el trato y la ubicación. Desayuno regular,por la limpieza. En el se esmeran en la atención. No volvería, ni lo recomiendo. Tiene poca vida.Espero me devuelvan el dinero de la noche de más que me cobraron .

Agradable, podría ofrecerse más variedad/calidad desayuno

Excelente hotel; Quarto super confortavel e espaçoso; Localizado a aproximadamente 30 minutos de Miami Beach; Recomendo para quem não tem interesse em se hospedar próximo ao agito de Miami Beach.

APESAR DE MUITO BEM LOCALIZADO, O HOTEL É BEM ANTIGO E AS CAMAS SÃO PEQUENAS.

El hotel supera la relación precio-calidad. Muy bien ubicado Comodísimo Volvería sin dudarlo!

Si bien es un muy lindo hotel, hay detalles como por ejemplo es el único que he utilizado alrededor del mundo donde te cobran las sombrillas en la piscina, estoy de acuerdo en abonarlas en la playa pero no tenés un lugar para estar en la piscina si no pagas por las reposeras(arm chair) y las sombrilas punto bastante negativo para un hotel de estas características

Creo que deberian cambiar la maquina tostadora,aparte de ser una reliquia,demora mucho tiempo en tostar.

Das Hotel ist echt in Ordnung. Leider liegt es etwas nördlich und man braucht zum South Beach, wo alles Bars / Restaurants sind etwas 45 min mit dem Bus.

good points: Big, recently renoved and clean room. Pool (just until 5pm) and beach. bad points: Staff unprofessional, aproximative (they was not able to give any indication at the desk or concierge) and somehow unpolite. Room service horrible, they wasn't able to bring us a turkey sandwich becuse was only in the menu of the pool bar and not of the restaurant, even better, they could but with an Extra cost. A lot of thing in this hotel have (high) extra cost, from an espresso at breackfast fo a chair on the beach. Situation, we went for few days for relax, so I didn't really care, but south beach is quite far away (25 USD by taxi). In sinthesis is a good hotel for relax, room big and clean, homecleaning and bar pool staff friendly, but the price may trick you, consider 20 USD per person for the continental breackfast buffet (whitch by the way it's quite poor) 10 usd for each chair on the beac/pool etc etc. The most I missed was the feeling "We are happy to have you here" that you'd like when you are on hollyday.
