was very upset when we reported that the toilet was not working the desk clerk told us that no one was here to assist us but we could come over to the desk and get a plugger.

Our stay is really great we should stay more but we have to go back to toronto. The room is so tidy, very clean, big space and u have everything. It looks kike your own home.

Stayed here for show on Atlantic City strip. It was okay and compared to prices on the boardwalk very reasonable. I would not however go out of my way to recommend. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was generally clean with the exception of the jacuzzi tub. I was intrigued to have on in the room but upon seeing it would never use it. It had a dingy fil and the controls looked to be in general direpair. When we arrived the A/C was off and the room was very warm and had less than desireable smell which went way once the A/C was turned on. The surrounding area was also less than desireable. We returned from the strip around 2 or 2:30 am to find the parking lot full of police cars and a K-9 unit and spent the rest of the night wondering whether we would be awakened by a shoot out. Again, compared to the alternative the price was very reasonable but I would be reluctant to return or recommend.

We were very unsatisfied with our stay. We spoke to the manager and he was very understanding. We still however would never recommend this hotel. This was also my first room booked on Hotels.com.... not a fan!!!

It was comfortable stay and liked the amenities for price we paid. 15mins away from boardwalk. Morning breakfast was good. Room was OK spacious, I liked the full kitchen. Only complaint was that room was not ready when we checked in no towels, pans, blankets, restroom sinking was jammed. But once we let the manager know he did his best to get the things to us as soon as possible. It was little inconvenience as we arrived very close to mid night.

Ffirst of all, I checked in for two nights. On the second day after I had left out and came back, I realized that my key did not fit the lock; I had been locked out because someone thought I only paid for one night. Also, on the second day no ome came to clean the room until 6:15 p.m . I waiting out in the hall to allow the housekeepers enough time to clean the room while being agrevatd that some one would be in the room that time of the evening. When I had to go back into the room to get something I realized that the bathroom had not been touched.. The table had not even been touched. I asked that they leave enought soap and lotion in the bathroom, so when I went back into the room I realezed that they had lefft the soap and lotion on the counter in the kitchen area. When I asked politely if they could clean the bathroom they started speaking lin spanish and I understood one of them to mention house cleaning, which lead me to believe they did not want to do it.. One of them had a bad attitude. The breakfast was good. No, I was not satisifed at all with the way I was treated at this hotel.

My stay was wonderful..The hotel suite was awesome. Bed/Pillows were very comfortable..Breakfast was great..Front Desk was very friendly and helpful. Check in/Check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay there again. I will be returning soon for some R&R..

I had booked 2 rooms, one for myself & another one for my parents. ?My room was smelly with cigarettes & had a terrible musty smell, and the floor was all wet from the dishwasher. I went back to the desk twice & the man at the counter told me he was the only employee there & he couldn't clean it up.I ended up cancelling the room & we had to stay in my parents room which was the owner's suite. I can't imagine what all the other rooms looked like if the owner's suite had a peeling bathtub.The neighborhood didn't look safe.We will never stay there again

Clean hotel,friendly staff esp Miguel. Pool lovely,breakfast adequate.Steam room not working,but a pleasant stay,value for money;close enough to drive to AC Boardwalk without difficulty.Kitchen was perfectly stocked & very useful.

Having just returned from a vacation the week prior at a resort that was UNLCEAN, UNKEPT and Just plain poorly maintained, we were excited and delighted to stay at a place so well equipped , clean and friendly.

Everything was fine except the floor rug was a little stain,dirty old etc. I loved the kitchen inside the room. Never really stayed or knew any hotels had full kitchen inside the rooms. That is a great idea, loved it. thank you to who ever came up with that idea.

the pool was durty, towel not clean services very but i didn't like at all. and that guy told me that he did not clean the room because they didn't have time for.

I had an amazing experience at the Best Western In Pleasantville. I had accidentally left my Amazon Kindle in my hotel room after I checked out. When I returned it was waiting for me at the front desk. I think that i might make that a monthly thing just for a short getaway.

Overall the hotel and our stay was good. Breakfast was as expected/advertised. They advertised a whirlpool in the sauna/pool room but it was covered obviously out of use. Our room was pretty well maintained although two things stood out: 1) there were suspicious stains on the frame around the bathroom door; 2) the frame of the sofa bed extended over the edge of the sofa making it very uncomfortable to sit on. The staff at checkout said they were in the process of replacing all of the sofas so hopefully that will be done. All in all it was a good stay, would book here again. Liked proximity to A.C. and conveniences of the area.

Nice size room, full kitchen, in-room free wifi, Nice people, BigK, Asian Supermarket, restaurant, fast food, & few other store just cross the street. Close to Atlantic City. Good price for a Saturday to Sunday stay.

Good value for the dollar. Enjoyed our stay. The people were friendly and helpful. Only issue had to do with the gym and jacuzzi. In bot cases the equipment, for the most part, was out of order.

We wanted to go to pool. Needed additional towels. Asked a couple of workers in the hall. They said towels in pool. Went to get into the room with the pool and the key didn't work. Had to go back to desk to get key made over. When we went back to the room to key didn't work. Had to go back to front desk. No towels at pool. Had to go back to desk to get a couple of towels. Breakfast was good. The rollout sofa was terrible. It sloped in the middle.
