Was quite a good place to stay. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and guided me a lot. The mapquest direction was incorrect. It is on the road itself. Lookout for a Sams club. Just opposite to there.

Our stay was for just one night. It met our needs. Out of way, difficult to find. Enjoyed walking around the little town. Clean & adquate. Nice pool & deck area. No outlet to beach. Nice restaurant for breakfast.

We spent one night here on our way back to San Juan. Basic room, with an actual tub. We ate at the Parador restaurant for dinner, the Parador cafe for coffee the next morning, and if we had wanted drinks, we could have gone to the Parador Lounge; these are all right next to each other and across the street from the hotel! The best thing about the place is the location, right on PR-2, so no time wasted getting there and back on the road. The Hotels.com map was quite wrong as to where this was located and we used Google maps to get us there correctly! Overall, worth staying the night based on its location, but not for much more than that.

I would not think to stay at anyother place. The staff is very accomodating and I feel very secure in this hotel. Hotel is very clean and convenient for shopping. I love the restaurant Across the street. The food is excellent with a combination of Puerto Rican Cuisine and American. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, but with simple accomodations. The room, initially, smelled like it was stored for a while and there was no ventilation. However, after I mentioned it to the hotel administrator, the room smelled cleaner and the A/C was turned on every time the housekeeper cleaned it.

Although right on a major road amidst suburban development, the room was quiet and impeccably clean and comfortable. The restaurant was great for breakfast, and the location is perfect for visiting the Rio Camuy Caverns, Arecibo Observatory, and north coast beaches from Isabella east to Punta Mar Chiquita (all of which we very highly recommend!) All in all, a very clean, modern, comfortable, reasonably priced, and convenient place to stay for a night or two.

This was a very nice place to stay….We did not have to go far for a bite to eat or a quick snack with the Café just across the street…over all a great place to rest your head.

I really do not Like it at all. Even that the Parador is at Rd.#2...looks old. They just give you 2 towels and tell you that you can not use it for thing that we never had in our minds...they give you the tv remote control at front desk, because they are worry that not be stolen. I do not give good información about it.

I am accustomed to noise , so if your looking for peace and quiet. Go somewhere else. The place is a good puddle jump from one spot to another

Good location, pretty easy to find, nice room but no complimentary coffee. I just spent one night and didn't really get a good feel for the hotel.

We will recommend this hotel because of its location (the main road and the malls close to the hotel). The hotel service was excellent and fully efficient when we had to ask for some changes in the rental.

The hotel was fine and all, no real complaints. Staff was great, no problems with the room. But as for the value of the room, I thought it was a bit more expensive than I usually pay for a hotel of that quality. Unfortunately there aren't many options in that area, so if you're looking to stay around there you might have to pay more. It's about the closest hotel to all of the Arecibo attractions, you're going to have to drive a fair distance no matter where you stay. A cafe and bar was right across the street, other more American options are a mile to 2 mile drive away.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and my family had a great time. The neighboring restaurant serve great authentic PR cuisine. We will stay again and recommend to friends. Great location...close to Arecibo Observatory and beaches.

We had no hot water for a full day on the day we arrived. The hotel staff was not very helpful or responsive, except for the night manager who finally moved us to another room around 11 PM shortly after he became aware of the problem on the second night. We would never stay there again.

We were just driving through, so the location was perfect. Hotel doesn't have enough parking, so you may have to park across the street on a bigger lot. Ice cubes were available, but only out of a cooler.

The staff at the hotel was so nice the lady went soooo out of her way to help us. This lady made our day of travel great . She was great.

The hotel is right off the main road. Easy to find and friendly staff. Across the street from the Buen Cafe restaurant. The only drawback is that it is right in town and the least bit scenic. Convenient, but I've staid at hotels closer to the beaches in much nicer settings.

El Buen Cafe in Hatillo is a good place to stay. It does not have the amenities found in the major chains but the beds were quite acceptable and the room was very well cleaned.

Buena. Sólo tuvimos el problema de que el cuarto era para 4 personas y había sólo 2 toallas disponibles. No entendimos por qué en un cuarto pagado para 4, sólo había 2 toallas. Cuando hicimos la reclamación de las toallas en la noche, nos dijeron que las iban a llevar inmediatamente, y esa noche no las llevaron. Tuvimos que llamar por segunda vez en la mañana del día siguiente, y entonces las llevaron. Esto no cambia la valoración general que hacemos del hotel (#4), pero sí nos preocupa el hecho de que se cometan errores tan elementales como este.

Rigoureusement bien situé pour des voyageurs étrangers ayant quelques difficultés à se repérer dans Porto Rico; excellent et convivial accueil; propreté et confort; accès facile; séparation de la cafétaria et de l'hôtel; proximité de la cafétaria avec très bon service, grand choix, qualité de la cuisine et tarifs accessibles.

Großes Zimmer, allerdings sehr hellhörig und laut Spinnweben hingen von den Decken Umgebung sehr unangenehm Strand nur mit dem Auto erreichbar Hotel ist wirklich nur etwas für kurzen Zwischenstopp

Nos quedamos una noche ya que somos de Ponce, estabamos en una fiesta en Quebradillas y no queriamos viajar en la madrugada con dos niñas pequeñas. No me gusto nada. Habia mal olor, el cuarto es viejo y feo, la bombilla de la pared no funcionaba, el envase de jabon del baño estaba roto. En la mañana tuvimos que pedir una tabla de planchar y una plancha por que en el cuarto no habia ninguna, la que nos llevaron parecia de juguete, era muy pequena, estaba rota y sucia. Me parecio una pocilga, no me volveria a quedar, en otra ocasión prefiero viajar, pero no me vuelo a quedar en ese lugar.

El lugar esta bueno para pasar una o dos noches.

Un hotel muy limpio, comodo , buen servicio y claro que si volvere a hospedarme..solo extrañe no tuviera cafetera.
