Generally my stay was pleasant and the hotel employees couldn't have been more helpful. The only negative for me though was that the pool and outside areas appeared to be under construction. The pool was green and half-filled. To give them the benefit of the doubt, I suspect this is simply delayed maintenance but was still a little disappointing as they class April as 'mid-season' so would have expected the major things (like the pool) to be ready for guests by now. Having said that, it was probably still too cold to use the pool anyway. Other than that, a perfectly nice hotel to stay in, run by a lovely group of people.

The buggest nightmare of my entire career traveling. Absolutely no regards fit customer service. I'd rather pay 1000 a night elsewhere or say on the street.

Good points: The front desk staff were very nice and most helpful although there were only 2 of them (and they were never on duty at the same time). For the money the room itself wasn't too bad Bad points however: Pool was freezing cold and not very clean so we couldn't swim with our baby. Although the pool area is lovely and picturesque, it does back onto a main railway line, trains go past every couple of minutes and are very loud. You also have to pay 8 euros per person to use the pool area (which we have never had to do in any hotel). The restaurant is dreadfully overpriced considering the overall standard of the hotel. No pay per view movies in the room so when the baby was asleep all we could do was either sleep, or sit out on our balcony listening to the sea while the loud trains went past. The location is such that it will take 15 minutes at least to walk anywhere worth going as there is very little within a 1 mile radius. To conclude: If you want to put your head down somewhere, this hotel will do - anything past that we would not recommend and we'll never go back. We were so unhappy that we changed hotels after the 2nd day of a 5 day trip. Inconvenient but felt so much better once we did it.

The hotel was fine overall. Was surprised to have to pay 18Euro for parking each day, and internet costs were significantly high. However, restaurant food and service was lovely. Location is a 30 minute walk from the core, so it's a bit of a hike daily to get to the strip.

Stay was so so, nothing special...Lots of extra things to pay...Hotel Parking, hotel pool 8 Euro per person;-) They dont serve dinner in the hotel restaurant, Lunch at certain time so we had to go to downtown to have lunch or dinner...The problem is its to far to walk and if you go by car there is no way to find a parking...Also sleeping longer is impossible, they cut the trees and grass early in the morning, railroad is 100 meters from hotel, noisy...

This hotel has an incredibly convenient location. You are steps from the train station and within easy walking distance to the Aldstadt and the river. However, the area is quite noisy (a tram service runs right in front of the hotel) and isn't much to look at. Note that wireless access is available at a cost (somewhat reasonable). If you are only staying a night or two in Frankfurt and convenience is your priority, it will do the job.

Breakfast for EURO 19.- is a shame ! Lausy Quality!

Nice hotel inside, but needs a good lick of paint outside (towards the sea). Our room was deluxe double, although it was comfortable and clean, there was nothing deluxe about it. Restaurant serves nice food, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Not a bad place at all, just highly overpriced for our room.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and staff at this hotel. My daughter is a student at the College of Cannes de Internationale and it was a close walk to her school. Bus stops were close and I was very pleased with the hotel! I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone else!!

dommage que le train passe à proximité, le bruit de la rue et est omniprésent ; Hotel destiné à un très court séjour mais nullement fait pour le repos.

Norte chambre sentait le tabac froid Avons demandé de changer de chambre ce qui a été fait.Pas d'oreillers supplémentaires.Petit déjeuner dérisoire avec un mauvais café pour un prix prohibitif.Lors des réunions professionnelles l'eau en bouteille n'était pas ouverte devant nous et les bouteilles étaient rempli d'eau du robinet. Inacceptable!!. La responsable convoquée a nié les faits....

Beim Fernseh kein einziger Deutscher Sender, hat sehr genervt!! Der Teppich war eckelhaft, Duschvorhang grau .Frühstück viel zu teuer. Der Standort vom Hotel war Spitze!!!!!!!! Die Aussicht vom Balkon war Klasse!!!!!

Hotel toe aan renovatie. De eerste 2 nachten werkte de airco niet. Die werd de "de dag hersteld. De receptie en het restaurant overstijgen het niveau van de kamers. De meeste personeelsleden waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is veel te duur ten opzichte van de kwaliteit (het was gewoon slecht). Het zwembad en alles daarrond was goed onderhouden.

Bon séjour globalement. Prevoir boules Quies car simple vitrage sur le coté rue très passante.

Meget lækkert hotel meget tæt på Middelhavet og fin "gåafstand" langs stranden til Cannes centrum. Skønt værelse med dejlig altan og udsigt til Middelhavet - rent og pænt. Venligt personale.

Andre gang på dette hotellet. Kommer gjerne igjen.

wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht, wie modern, sauber und komfortabel das Hotel war. Leider haben wir sehr schlechte Erfahrungen in den letzten 10 Jahren gemacht mit Hotels an der Küste. Auch das Essen war exzellent, die Preise ohne Allüren, das Personal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem ist das Hotel mit einem deutschen 4 Stern Hotel vergleichbar, aber mit mehr Flair.

Hôtel abordable niveau prix. Situation proche des plages et de la croisette. Seul hic, l'hôtel n'a pas le standing d'un 4 étoiles mais plutôt d'un 3 !

Café da manhã na varanda, melhor na época de verão. Não havia porta no chuveiro que se abria para o hall de entrada do quarto, fechando apenas depois desse hall para o restante do quarto, o que no inverno fica um pouco frio... o fechamento da banheira era por uma cortina que para o padrão do hotel não era adequado.

Het hotel is gewoon perfect voor een weekje aan de Cote d Azur. Het zwembad is heerlijk, het strand op loopafstand ( even het loopbruggetje over ). De spoorlijn loopt wel tussenlangs het hotel en het strand. Maar is niet echt hinderlijk, went vanzelf. De boulevard loopt er ook langs en daar rijden de auto's zoals je gewend bent in Frankrijk of Italie. De kamer heeft alles( goede airco, kluisje, lekker dekbed, prima doucheruimte, aparte toiletruimte, grote opbergkastruimte, breed balkon met uitzicht op de zee en het zwembad ) behalve een minibar. Parkeer de auto op het kleine gereserveerde parkeerplekje buiten tegenover de ingang van het hotel, dat is gratis. Uiteindelijk een prima hotel voor een weekje weg.

Olen vieraillut tässä hotellissa kaksi kertaa. Hotellissa on todella ystävällinen palvelu. Tilat ja huoneet ovat siistit ja viihtyisät. Hotellin oma uima-allasalue on ok, joskin aurinko siihen ei paista enää klo 17 jälkeen. Uimarantaan on vain parin minuutin kävelymatka. Alue on varsin rauhallinen. Rantarata kulkee hotellin ja rannan välissä, mutta sitä ei juuri huomaa, puusto ja kasvillisuus on hyvin runsas ja vehreä. Näkymä merelle on todella hieno ainakin 4. ja 5. kerroksista. Hyvä paikka myös autolla liikkuvalle. Liikenteellisesti hyvä sijainti ja helppo löytää. Hotellin kellarissa kunnon autohalli, johon pääsee suoraan hissillä. Cannesin keskustaan on matkaa 2-3km. Kävelläkin voi rantaa pitkin, mutta taksi veloittaa matkasta vain noin 10 euroa.
