We loved the convenience of this hotel. Close to train and bus station. Nice,easy walk to town.

The amenities and quality of the room was outstanding. We had upgraded to the executive suite for our stay. While the upgrade was pricey, the room quality and convenience was worth the price. If you are just looking for a place to crash, consdier a lesser quality hotel. If you wish to create memories, than come here. The buffet breakfast had most everything you could want, and the quality was quite good. Front desk service was knowledgable and very accommodating. The Radisson could invest in a conceirge to make their staff more accessible, as the front desk was quite busy at times. Overall staff was attentive and responsive. Facility is neat and clean, very well maintained.

Bedroom was lovely, bed huge and very comfortable, TV and general amenities were good. Breakfast was lovely. Hotel is very well positioned, located close to the town centre, with view over Lough Atalia. We got a great deal, and will definitely come back again, next time in Galway

The hotel was superb and the staff very friendly. Will be back.

Extremely cold in the Lounge area. Bedroom heating did not remain on all day. Staff generally good, could be a little more friendlier.

Amazing breakfast. Perfect location, especially if traveling by bus. Comfy beds. Only downside is that the hotel can be very noisy at weekends and staff are not good at dealing with guests (hens/stags) who hang out in the corridors making noise. We will definitely stay again but not on a Friday or Saturday night.

Overall, the Hotel was very good. Pleasant staff; Excellent Breakfast; Nice pool and Hot Tub; Very clean; Well located. However, our room was a little cramped and there was a lot of traffic noise coming through a window, from a road just outside. But, I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

We know Galway very well my husband & I - lived there for 12 years. Were back on a short visit and the Radisson was absolutely perfect for our needs. Our room was very comfortable with a view over the river mouth & the buffet breakfast was really excellent. We seemed to have been upgraded to a Business Class room without asking. Hotel also very central to the city centre - we will stay there again on our next visit to Galway

The breakfast buffet was the best i have seen in a while. The only bad thing i would say about the stay was the bed. Memory foam mattress was very uncomfortable! All rooms have them apparently. Would definitely stop me from booking again.

This hotel has a great location close to shops, restaurants, pubs and train station. The hotel itself was superb. We were on a bed and breakfast stay so I cannot comment on evening meals. The leisure facilities were outstanding. The room was extremely comfortable and service was discreet yet extremely efficient.

The hotel in general was very good. We had our New Year meal at the hotel and it was very disappointing. There was no atmosphere in the dining room. It felt just like another Saturday night. More imagination needed here Big Time. We ordered the beef for our main course and we asked for medium-rare. What we were served was very well done. Why offer customers a choice if your kitchen can't come within a country mile of it ??? We would stay in the Radisson hotel again, but we would never dine there.

Overall it was great. It was a hectic two nights as it was New Year's Eve and there was a wedding in the hotel. Staff were lovely I have to say - even at 4am when we asked for a new remote for our TV (which didn't work for the entire stay). However I'm not sure that four stars are deserved for the hotel even though there is a SPA and Gym etc. The decor and the fact that our entire "wing" had a a pre-fab feel to it with very low ceilings made it more of a 3.5 stars.

The stay was wonderful ... Raw Sushi restaurant was superb ... thermal spa very comforting ... outside jacuzzi splendid ... the breakfast buffet was looked forward too ... friendly and knowledgeable staff ... should Galway be on our plans again, we will gladly book a return

Avoid- out dated, needs reinvestment badly, grubby and more hospital like in places than a hotel. Utterly dissapointed with the room we were given. "Business Class" Room was more like hospital class, shower was dreadful, bathroom tiny and a strange smell. There are far better options within throwing distance of this place.

Hotel was fine but the window was open when I arrived and it took a long time for the room to heat up.

Hotel is just a few minutes walk from the centre of the City and bus/rail stations. Lovely hotel, good selection of breakfast. Nice dinners in the bar restaurant. Found swimming pool chilly especially around the toddler pool and changing area with small children being cold.

The hotel was gorgeous, the stafe f were very helpful and friendly. We stayed down for the Galway Half marathon and enjoyed using the spa facilities to unwind afterwards. The bar food was lovely and the breakfast was one of the best spreads I'd ever seen in a hotel, no matter where you came from your tastes were catered for. The only criticism I have is that the bar adjacent to the main foye was quite cold due to the high ceilings a spacious nature of the layout. Most people in the bar were wearing cardigans and there was game of musical chairs each time the seats nearest the open fire became free. Overall, we had a very enjoyable, relaxing and pleasant stay.

We regretted not having booked dining room for evening of our stay but food and service by the bar were excellent. Top marks for the breakfast buffet!

We had a most enjoyable stay at this hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, food and service was excellent. We will definitely go back again.

Beautifully hotel and had a lovely view over the bay, our room was the junior suite and it was everything we wanted, walking distance to town was 5 mins, food was lovely, service was first class and very informative, gym and spa facilities were very good. Over all il definateky stay again. Thanks for a very enjoyable break.

we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel for quality and relaxation. The rooms were so spacious and everything you needed was provided and even more!

We enjoyed our stay very much Thats why we stayed 5 nights instead of 2 ! The food and super king size bed with feather duvet and pillows were fab 2 THE price of a glass of wine at 6 euro was a bit dear though especially seeing it was only basic chilean Never mind ! The reception staff were very helpfull ! including a kenmare man

Its a good hotel, but few problems I have faced. Residents have to pay parking fee which is not fair, it should be free. Secondly my apartment was noisy. As a plus point breakfast was very good

This hotel is ideally located. It is a luxurious hotel to spend time relaxing in. It has comfortable, clean modern rooms. The quality of service is excellent. I recommend making use of the leisure and spa facilities as they are really well maintained and equipped. I would definitely love to spend another getaway to Galway at this hotel.

The hotel was within walking distance to the city which was great. The spa was an added plus. Perfect place to relax after a long day enjoying Galway.
