Staybridge Suites Middleton Madison-West - מידלטון

WebSite advertises drinks and hors snacks, but these are only available on Tuesday - Thursday. Rooms are small and poorly laid out compared to other Staybridge Suites that we have stayed in. TV is in awkward spot so that it is difficult to watch. Bathroom is right off of bed. Breakfast does not start until 7:30 am on Sat which is too late for many travelers based on the number of people who came down to the breakfast area before 7:30. The fitness center is small and soon all equipment was occupied.

Great room and great service. -would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is about $30-40 too high given what is available in the area. Granted breakfast is included but it is not a breakfast that I can recommend. I think the hotel should offer a reduced price for a stay without breakfast, otherwise improve breakfast and keep the price. As it is it's too expensive.

Pleasant hotel for business. I really liked the heated underground garage.

It was a great experience staying at the Staybridge. We weren't quite sure we were at the right place because their sign was not lit, so it was hard to see, but once we figured out we were there all went well. The front desk staff was very friendly, the continental breakfast was pretty good with a relatively decent number of selections, and the room was very clean. The only complaint - the bed was not that comfortable - we felt like we were sleeping on a slope. But we've had so many hotel experiences that were awful that we would definitely stay again!

Well worth the money. Will stay here again. Dirty upholstery and minor cleaning problem in the bathroom along with marginal pillows prevent me from giving a full 5star review. Great breakfast.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite so we all had plenty of room to roam and have our own space. Having the living area and kitchen was an additional bonus and a place where we could all be together. This hotel is in a very nice area with a large amount of restaurants and shopping. Very quaint and very nice. We enjoyed the pool area and liked that it was available to use at any time. The breakfast was GREAT! We will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area.

The breakfast had a decent selection and the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I'd recommend this hotel and I would go back there when I'm in the area.

Very nice stay, smooth check-in and check-out, great room, comfortable bed. I have stayed at many Extended Stay Americas, and Staybridge Suites offers the same mini-apartment setup, but it seems just that much nicer. Very convenient area with lots of shops and restaurants as well.

The hotel stay was comfortable and I would stay there again. The negative is that it was booked through Hotel.Com, at checkout, the lady at the desk said she couldn't find a record of payment. We had a confirmation number and she kept saying that it was invalid. We told her it was a Hotel.com number and finally she found it. It seems additional training may be warranted.

We loved the walking distance to the town of Middleton. It was not convenient to Madison where our child is at school, but we would possibly stay there again if the price was lower. It was the only nearby hotel we could find on a UW game day.

Great place, staff is exceptional. We went for the UNLvs WI football game. Traffic is terrible and it is about impossible to get a cab. The hotel recommended we take a shuttle after the game from the bowling alley down the street. Prob the best decision we made. We had friends wait over 4 hours for a cab. Thank you hotel staff for loooking out for us!!! Also they have a menu at the front that delivers food to your hotel-- good food, like PF Changs.

Very well maintained and clean. We also liked the lower level garage. It was also very quiet.

Happy hour / appetizers were nice, layout of pool was weird. Rooms were ok, but definitely not worth the cost.

Nice Hotel in a nice suburb of Madison. Loved the location very close to a number of resturants and a short walk from Capitol Brewery which was a fun time.

All was fine until breakfast when a fire sent us all outside in the cold. When we were finally able to go back in, the breakfast was not available. After we got back later they had doughnuts for us. They also credited us $25 for the inconvenience. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was the full breakfast and location. Oh well, it was just food. No one was hurt.

Loved the hotel! Great rooms with a small kitchen and all supplies. Worked excellent with our 10 month old for preparing decent meals. The only negatives were that our toilet clogged several times for no reason and because of the ice tray in the freezer, they don't have an ice machine on site. We wanted to relax with some cocktails, but there was no ice in the freezer. We had to use this slushy ice that they had downstairs. Breakfast didn't start until 7:30 and I had to be to work by 7:00, but bagels fruit and a few other things were out a little earlier. Otherwise everything was great!

Two things I did not like about this hotel was the mattress and the light outside the window.. even shutting the drapes did not help other then that for the price it was a great room

This hotel is not what I was expecting. While the front desk clerk was great, the overall maintenance of the hotel was disappointing. The hallway carpets were all pulled up, which made it difficult to get luggage down the hallway and I tripped twice. There were no clean towels in the pool area and the hot tub was very chloriny. I know you allow pets, but the dog barking across the hallway all night long did not help either. We went to talk to the front desk about it when we were leaving, but no one ever came out of the back office and we waited almost 5 minutes. My husband even coughed once and said "excuse me" to get someone's attention - to no avail. I would not stay there again.

We booked this hotel because of it's location, and we couldn't have asked for a better hotel. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go to. And places a little farther was a very short and cheap cab ride. The hotel staff was extremely freindly, and they were very helpful. Our room was great, and very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was fantastic! One of the best I have ever had at a hotel! I was very surprised with this hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone!

A very nice place to stay. Was very close to where we were going to be for the weekend.

Put me in handicapped room woman traveling that sucked!! no cable in room for computer had to ask rude people working front desk!
