Hampton Inn Springfield - ספרינגפילד

Wonderful except for the heat/a/c kept rattling and sounded like the bearings were going out when it turned on. Wife had trouble sleeping because of the rattle and loud noise when running.

It sits so far back off the road that my phone had very bad reception and they wouldn't give me a room with a bathtub. However, the breakfast was very good.

Convience, friends staying there, comparable pricing

This hotel was up to my standards. I only stay places that are up to date, are perfectly clean and have nice furnishings. This was close to other businesses and dining. I would stay again.

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very quiet; didn't know anyone else was in the building. Restaurants they suggested were great! The breakfast was superb; oatmeal was great with the dried fruits and pecans. We also had bananas, pineapple and waffles. Don't go away hungry there! Pool was open and very nice, not too much chlorine. We had the whole pool to ourselves. Great stay all in all!!

Hotel was clean and nice and room was very comfortable.

We were there with a group of people and certain people wanted adjoining rooms but upon checking in, some of the people who wanted adjoining rooms were booked on separate floors!! This was a simple request when booking the rooms and should have been taken care of. The morning staff was great dealing with a huge group of people eating breakfast at the same time.

Air conditioner broke on first night. Hotel just gave us a fan. It was 100 out. The maintenance man tried to walk in are hotel room without knocking. All the hotel was gave us a free movie.

Room right by the lobby and music blared all night long. They corrected it the next day but who likes waking up at 315am with "Whole lotta shaking going on" Three hours sleep that night. Other than that the hotel was excellent.

I have been diagnosed with a lung desease called COPD and the last thing I needed to do was walk the stairs to the 3rd floor to get to my room. The hotel elevator was not working, other than that I had a good stay.

We live in Springfield and were displaced from our home because our air conditioner was being repaired and it was 100 degrees in our home, so it was unsafe to stay there. we booked our stay online and went directly and checked in to the Hampton inn in springfield, tn. It was cool, clean and the staff was awesome and made us feel so welcome and cared for. The free breakfast was amazing as well was the breakfast hostess!! Love the salt water pool too...so very clean!! thanks for a staycation and respite from the heat!!
