The staff was very friendly and helpful. I came for my daughter's 12th birthday party and they treated us very well.

The room was spacious and clean. However, the door cards weren't working for many of us, which caused a loud racked at 1am when someone was locked out of their room. The "hot breakfast" is all micro-waved food and highly processed breads. I don't think this was worth the extra $$ compared to the other hotels in the area.

We always love staying at the Best Western in Castle Rock. It is our favorite place to stay. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful and it is comfortable, clean, and has great amenities. We enjoy a dip in the hot tub after visiting with our son and his family all day and love that we are close to shopping and resturants. We look forward to our next stay.

I was very pleased with the room until I climbed in bed to sleep. Apparently every time someone flushes the pipes make a sound I can only describe as one of those"nature" alarm clocks. It was very loud and continued to wake me up throughout the night. If you are a heavy sleeper, this is the hotel for you! If not, you have been warned!

I stayed one night. The front desk was very helpful and gave me a pet room on the ground floor by the door for easy access. The room was very clean, very modern and very quiet. I slept great on the amazing bed. Having a microwave and fridge in the room was an added plus that I would have utilized had I stayed longer. Breakfast was decent in it's own large room off the lobby. All in all an excellent hotel for the price.

front counter people were extremely professional and helpful. Had a little medical situation while staying at the Best Western and Judy at the front counter was amazing. Thank you.

A lovely, quiet and clean hotel.

It was as if I was the only guest in the hotel. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and check-in/out was super easy. Close access to restaurants, shopping and highway access. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

The service was overall good. We went for a lil getaway for New Years Eve. The only thing is they failed to remind us that the continental breakfast had different times because it was during the week. So we missed the breakfast that we paid for with the room.

Met expectations. Excellent staff. The buffet breakfast was a real bonus that was appreciated, a great selection of breakfast foods. The only downsides were lack of convenient parking and a pool with cloudy looking water.........

Location in Castle Rock was good, but the beds were just too soft. Everyone's back hurt the next day. If not for that, would stay again. Hotel was clean and staff were pleasant

It was great my boyfriend and I had to stay there to go to a Bronco game the next day. It was only about 30 mins to denver. The Outlet mall is super close to the hotel and you have an IHop right next door! I would Stay here again!!

Stayed here for several nights while on business. It's a nice place, convenient and with friendly staff. Good times!

The location for shopping is ideal! The staff were very friendly and very accommodating to our little dog. We were even given a hand sewn dog pad to use during our stay and a little pack of dog treats. The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I are always trying to save money where we can, so a hot complimentary breakfast is always something we look for. They served sausage, eggs, eggs with ham, and potato wedges. You could also make a waffle, toast, and of course cereal. They also had yogurt available, as well as the typical breakfast drinks; milk, coffee, OJ, apple

We didn't get the room we paid for and was put in a room right next to the elevator and ice machine...had noise all night. We had kids that couldn't sleep with all the noise. When I asked about our room at check-in, I was told there was nothing they could do because they were all booked up. Breakfast was okay and the pool was fun. We will be checking other hotels to stay in next year.

This hotel and the service exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again. I was close to everything really, from outlet malls to fine boutique shopping and restaurants to high end big mall stores. The staff was VERY helpful and friendly and the hotel clean, beds comfortable and quiet. I was relieved because we had been traveling for 13 hours and needed a good nights sleep and didn't want to be in the car for long periods of time the next day. Being close to everything made this possible.

The room was extraordinarily clean and it smelled good. The bathroom was one of the cleanest I've seen. I didn't get any heebie-jeebie feelings at all in the hotel. I would definitely stay again. This place will be my new go-to hotel when I go to Castle Rock. Though the Continental breakfast was a little disappointing - but when are they ever IHOP level? Luckily, IHOP is right next door within walking distance!

Nice, normal, clean hotel

BEAUTIFUL hotel, staff was very friendly. We even returned the next night for another stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast has large selection. We didn't use the pool or exercise room. Ask for a room facing the mountains. You will get less of trucker noise. Wasn't too bad. If you have the fan on for heat or A/C you won't hear it.

Updated room, friendly and accommodating staff with free hot breakfast.

The hotel is manages very well ! My trip was strictly business ......but would stay there for pleasure. Very personable manager and employees.....You were treated as if you were staying at the" Ritz or The Plaza."

Nice hotel, would not exactly call the room we rented a suite, but room was good for our stay. Rooms also had microwave, small bar sink and small refrigerator. Breakfast was very good for hot continental style breakfast.

Hotel was new in appearance and very clean. Hot tub and swimming pool were heated and at decent temperatures as advertised. One negative is the bathroom fan runs when the light is on, the noise is irritating.

I had chosen your Hotel over another in the area because your Hotel had a pool and the other did not. When my daughter and I went down to use the pool, the screaming noises coming half way down the hall ruined our trip to the pool. I complained to the desk clerk that the noise was unbearable, but he did nothing. I payed more to use a Hotel for the pool, and was cheated out of using it. I think the desk clerk would have said something to them so we could be allowed our chance in the water. The rest of the stay was a pleasant one, with nice, comfortable beds, but I feel like I payed too much for the room when I paid extra for a pool that was unusable to us.

Great location and the staff was informative, knowledgeable, and professional. We were offered coupons and discounts when we arrived for area stores and restaurants - probably saved us $20 or more.

From felt large and comfortable. I would stay again. Microwave, mini fridge, premium cable channels,hair dryer all nice extras. Bathroom and shower in excellent condition. Room half wall and arch made it feel like we had two rooms instead of one.

Staff was friendly and attentive. It was a nice touch that a selection of books and movies were available in the lobby. Overall, the property is well maintained and clean. The location is perfect: Close enough to the highway, restaurants and shopping. Good selection and quality on breakfast items. The indoor pool area was nice for the kids on a cool evening. Room is decent, no-frills, but comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay again.

The suite does not have a door or even a separate room. Just a half wall between the bed and couch. I had even called the Best Western 800 number to confirm if there was a door or not, which they said there was. The hotel was fine if you aren't looking to actually stay in a suite.

We found the facility to be clean and comfortable. It is not always comfortable to stay away from home, but we found this to be a nice place to be with the family.
