BEST WESTERN INN - גושן

Hotel staff was very friendly and rooms were clean and hotel was close to town. DVD player in the room with DVDs available to borrow in the lobby was a nice touch. The free breakfast was robust and offered lots of choices, but truly unexpected and wonderful was the supper they provided. Very nice to have a hot meal available after I had checked in!

It is obvious that the management is placing effort into the upkeep and maintenance of their rooms and services. It is good to see and made our stay that much more enjoyable

The staff was super friendly, and the room was really clean. Continental breakfast was great. Only negative was that the hotel was right by the train tracks so it was a little loud.

I have stayed at a great many Best Westerns over the years but this is by far the best. I hightly recommend this hotel as Scott and his staff are friendly, helpful and accomodating. They serve a great breakfast as well. Other Best Westerns should use them as a model.

The hotel room was very clean other then it was suppose to be a non-smoking room but there was a smell like smoke in it which did not help my sinuses. Other then that the room and location was fine.

Fabulous breakfasts, very friendly personnel.

Air conditioner was very noisy, however it did help with train noise.

Excellent value. Best complimentary hot breakfast in this price class. Room was very comfortable and well equipped.

Everything was quite adequate. All employers were helpful and quite friendly. Didn't like the close proximity of the trains that seemed to run continuous all night and blow their whistles.

Nice room. Pleasant staff. Comfortable. Price was not to high.

Rooms were nice and clean, and hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a DQ right beside the motel and they had DVDs we could borrow to watch. We were able to walk over and get some supper and eat it in our room while we watched a movie. We were very satisfied with our stay and would stay again if we were in the area.

A little fartether away then I wanted to be from my destuination but plenty of things around. (food, shopping) Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and We had no issue.

This hotel was great! Clean and smelled fresh upon entry to the room!! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Fresh popcorn for an evening snack and breakfast was kept up with as clients came and went on their way! A great value all the way around!

When arriving at this hotel, I'll admit I was a little concerned. After all, it is one of the oldest hotels in the area. i quickly overcame my concerns, after being welcomed by the owner. My room was clean and extremely quiet. It was one of the most peaceful stays that I've had in a long time. The staff was always friendly and ready to help with any question that I had. I will not hesitate to stay here and look forward to many more pleasant visits.

I almost always choose Best Western when traveling and feel it is the best for the money... the breakfast at Goshen is really something else... anyone who visits Goshen Indiana really should stay here.

Motel was nice, worth the price. Breakfast buffet was nice, staff was friendly. Neighborhood not the best, however was ok. Only complaint was that the AC was old, it did cool, but could have worked a little better. We would stay there again.

The representative from Hotels.com I spoke with on the phone said that this location had a pool. Upon arrival we were informed it did not, quite a disappointment to my children.

Should be aware this hotel is located in a terrible neighborhood. Houses in area are run down and not at all maintained. People were loitering in the parking lot. Hotel is next to railroad tracks and very noisey. We chose not to check in and forfit our payment to avoid staying at this hotel. Hotels.com should advise people of the location and surroundings of the hotels they reccomend. Would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Expected to be close to toll road was 15 minutes or more awat. Noise in room and near railroad track. Bit outdated. Took quite a while to find how to connect to Internet. Front desk staff friendly. Free popcorn. Decent breakfast/

Great rooms and good hot food before the football game was wonderful.

This place is a gem! Very clean!!!!! The beds were so comfortable and the pillows wonderful. Quiet, we slept about 10 hrs both nites. Didnt realize how much we needed to get away and rest. The breakfast had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravey, and waffles. Plus danish coffee and juice. I wonder if I could just move in and live there?

We had a great three days in this area of northern Indiana and this hotel was part of that experience. Staff were excellent and very helpful with answering all questions we asked. We arrived in Goshen with car problems, they immediately recommended Kirk GM motors and they were excellent. Car fixed quickly and again friendly helpful service They recommended Lux Cafe, incredible food and service, just down the road from the hotel. Great place to stay centered in area if you are touring.
