Wonderful stay

Stay here was great as usual - would recommend

Nice comfy clean rooms, good continental breakfast, very helpful staff, could do with a fridge in the rooms but its minor. For the price I would defiantly recommend and we have now stayed there a few times

Overall a pleasant stay. The room is clean and location is near to lots of shopping and tourist attractions.The only poor experience which is not working. Staff was willing to reset router on first day, and it worked. But subsequently it does not and need to have the router reset but they did not want to. The problem is the congestion which is not offering a valid IP address. For a person like me who needs it frequently, a wired connection would be preferred. If you need internet access, avoid this hotel. Otherwise it is good.

At less than 2 mins walk from the airport bus stop and all the tram lines, there is no better location! Rooms are definitely on the small side but there's good storage space which helps keep the room looking tidier. A very good breakfast is included in the room price, unlike most other hotels in Nantes.. Overall, we considered this hotel excellent value for money.

Well located hotel but the room was very small. Air conditioning in the room was totally inadequate which meant opening the window and the street was very noisy. They advertise free bottled water in the room. We received one bottle (and there were 2 of us) the first night and they said it was only for the first night. Reasonable rate but hotel should not rate 3 stars. No parking and you have to drive many blocks to get to nearest parking.

Great location in the centre of town with various bars and restraunts all close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wi- fi was reasonably good, very little noise but room was very hot by night as they don't turn on the cooling system at this time of year.

My Husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. The location is great, situated near the buses , shops etc. We were sleeping at the rear of the hotel which is very close to a square where people congregate for lunch , dinner and a general catch up.Its great during the day, at night a lot of noise as people seem to stay here after leaving the bars until the small hours. We are not light sleepers, after a few drinks it was still impossible to get some shut eye.

very clean room, good location and good price. Recception is nice and pleasant, if I go nantes next time , i'll definitely choose this hotel again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and it was within a reasonable walking distance of everything that we wanted to see. There is also a tram stop nearby so it is easy to ride the tram if you don't want to walk.

Rooms are very small, the price is expensive for the quality of the hotel. however, breakfast is very good ! Staff seems a little bit lost sometime.

We were visiting friends in Nantes and decided to pick somewhere nice and central and got a great deal on this hotel. The hotel is ideally located right in the heart of Nantes, literally at the 'Commerce' tram/bus terminus and within a few meters of the Place Royale and the quirky and restaurant-laden, Bouffay area. The tram system also gives you very rapid access to the railway station and there are bus connections from 'commerce' to the Airport I would also highly recommend a trip, on foot, to the île de Nantes and "Les Machines de l'ile. This is an art centre based in a former shipyard. Artists and engineers work together to create amazing machines including the famous mechanical elephant which is about the size of 4 London double-decker busses! There centre also includes many other smaller machines which would remind you of something from a Tim Burton movie (i.e. Nightmare Before Christmas). It's really well worth a visit and is one of the quirkiest tourist attractions in the region. The Château des ducs de Bretagne is also worth visiting. A short walk from the hotel, this ancient fortress has been turned into an extensive museum. It tells the complete story of Nantes, warts and all, covering everything from its Breton history, its architecture, to its dark and shameful connections with the slave trade, it's role in the French revolution, World War II, its industrial heritage right up to modern day France. It's a very interesting way to get a true sense of Nantes, Pays de la Loire and Brittany. The hotel is also right in the middle of Nantes' main shopping districts. For a city its size, it has an amazing array of shops which are as good as anything you'd find in any European capital. I would highly recommend it as a shopping destination if you don't want the hustle and bustle of Paris. The hotel room was quite generous for a French city centre hotel and the facilities were good. Noisy at night and early morning as young people return from night life and walk past hotel. Hotel not sound proof. Very little sleep during weekend night.

Hotel très bien placé pour visiter le centre-ville. Bémol : quartier bruyant car très fréquenté jusqu'à une heure tardive. Impossible d'accès en voiture. Prévoir coût du parking et un peu de marche avec les bagages

Grande satisfaction,j'y retournerai volontier.Accueil parfait et calme assuréDe plus il se trouve à proximité de l'hopital ( ou des RdV étaient pris) et l'on peut s'y rendre à pied

Hôtel très bien tenu ; accueil très bon ; petit déjeuner moyen ; chambre très propre et spacieuse. Seul gros point noir : l'accès à l'hôtel. En effet l'hôtel est situé en plein quartier piéton et en plein quartier des travaux donc très difficile d'y accéder pour déposer les valises puis vous devez garer votre voiture aux parkings (pas loin à pieds mais difficile d'accès en voiture).

Très bon emplacement ( à 2 pas de la place Royale) , chambre potable mais décoration quelque peu cheap ( moquette, dessus de lit, ...)

A ce prix, pas possible de trouver mieux ! Propre, net, chambres petites mais tout à fait confortables.

Had a great stay at this hotel, large comfortable room, good breakfast. The hotel is situated in the vicinity of shops and bars, and especially at night you could hear the party peeps in the street below.

Un séjour agréable avec un personnel très souriant.Le petit déjeûner excellent.Hôtel super bien situé, à proximité de tout.Je le recommande vivement.

Bon rapport Qualité / Prix. Hotel bien situé et proche des transports en commun. Plusieurs possibilité de parking à proximité. Chambre confortable, bon petit déjeuner, le WIFI fonctionne correctement.

Hôtel très sympathique. En plein centre de Nantes, il serait une bonne base pour découvrir la ville. J'y retournerai certainement lors d'un prochain déplacement.

Toplocatie : pal in het centrum van Nantes maar zonder parkeergelegenheid. Parkeren op de openbare plaatsen of ondergronds kan maar is duur. Het hotel heeft een opsmuk nodig : beschadigde deur, losnangende kapstok, gebroken tegels in de badkamer, oude boorgaten slordig dichtgestopt met siliconen... Zoals vaak in Frankrijk erg kleine kamers maar van alle moderne comfort voorzien, zelfs met ligbad. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid .

des hotesses d'accueil sympa et très patientes , en plus très serviables; un problème à régler : la climatisation de la chambre 506 ne fonctionnait pas petit déjeuner copieux et varié; chambre très propre mais gros problème d'accessibilité de l'hotel vu les plans de circulation qui privilégient les transporteurs en commun; l'absence de parking réservé aux clients de l'hotel deviat etre clairement identifiée et figurer sur les publicités pour l'établissement

bon emplacement dans centre ville mais literie très moyenne et salle restauration petits déjeuners trop petite et sans fenêtre

Très bien situé,au coeur du centre ville. L accueil est agréable.cependant, quelques détails ne m ont pas convenu tel que le dysfonctionnement de prise de courant ainsi qu une baignoire dont le bouchon de vidange était defectueux.

le sejour était bien. ce qui est difficile c'est le bruit de la rue durant la nuit.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, très bien situé en plein centre ville, propre. Légèrement bruyant, j'avais réservé une chambre lit double mais j'ai eu une chambre avec 2 lits simples, ce qui est confortable. Ascenseur un peu lent et petit Sinon rien a redie

雖然房間不大，但是非常乾淨整潔，應有的設備也相當完善，並附有免費的wifi。 另外飯店所提供的早餐也是雖然簡單，但相當美味且營養充足。麵包、火腿、起司、水果、優格、麥片、牛奶是必備的，還有一台可以現榨柳橙汁的機器。以及一臺綜合咖啡機，提供數種咖啡與熱巧克力、熱水。 最後就是飯店的服務人員也相當和善，服務良好，並且能以英語溝通。
