Best Western Belleville - בלוויל

Due to the damp weather, we had a problem with getting heat in our room. Front desk tried to solve problem but it was still cool. Other than that, everything was great!

Very satisfied. Convenient to all my requirements. Front Desk Staff were extremely cordial and accommodating and that always brings people back. Looking forward to next years annual visit already. Jim. Victoria BC

The hotel was conveniently located near the highway. The room was clean and in good condition. The all you can eat breakfast is included in the price so you can save some money that way. Overall, a great hotel at a good price.

Good room, great amenities, close to the highway, but noisy neighbourhood. Relatively good soundproofing and light blocking though.

I have alway's enjoyed staying at the Best Western. Other than a bit of remodeling on our end of the hotel, it was a very clean place to stay. There was a slight mixup on rooms as we had our two dogs or our "kids" with us and we were given a room not for a pet stay.I think that your web site should have a section for people when booking to state if they are bringing pets with them. Some hotels do charge a nominal fee extra for a pet.When booking full disclosure should be made so there are no suprises on the day of check in. I would recomend this hotel to anyone friendly staff and managment.

Lets start with the girl who booked our room said we would have a seperate area from the bedroom with a pull out couch. Ihad asked if this hotel had such rooms & she said yes. We have small children & we have stayed in other hotels with this feature & it was great. When we got there this was not the case, but 2 double beds. There was a hockey ternament going on & the hotel was full of young children which is normally ok, but pool time was not fun. The kids were jumping from all angles & splashing (my youngest is 2) then 1 of the kids pulled fire alarm & we were out of our room from 10 till after 11. Then Sun morning repeated knocks on the door. This was not a great trip & a waist of hard earned money. It would have been nice to be told of the ternament.

The property is traveler friendly. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was over-the-top friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

hot tub not working minie fridge in room not working all in all ok

I had my grandaughters and my daughter for the evening. Queen beds would have been nice but not available. We arrived rather late and up earyly to drive to Kingston. Breakfast was great and the lady running it very obliging. Thx

Not too impressed!

The hotel was mostly empty, as I drove in due to a winter storm. Although there must have been better room available, they put me in a room below the stairwell leading to the second level. The linen is quite dated and has past it's expiry date

I've stayed there before and I like the hotel. Breakfast is included. The pool was closed on my last visit and I wasn't aware until I arrived, so I would suggest that if the pool is important to you to check if it will be open for the days you are booking. One of the parking lot exit/entrance takes you to the traffic light which is helpful if you need to head south (towards downtown).

Hotel staff was good, hotel overall condition is very poor. The hallways stink like smoke and its very dirty. The breakfast they serve is attrotious. ProbBly better not serving breakfast at all

It was within 5 mins of my destination and it was convenient to shopping malls and restaurants.

Everything was pretty good. Room was comfortable and hotel was decent. I travel a lot on business and have to say that the check in and check out service left something to be desired. They also forgot to perform the wake up call which lead to me not making it for breakfast in the hotel. They did however have 'touch' room keys which I thought were pretty cool. I would try this hotel again.

over-priced. poor water pressure. unavailable and sullen front desk staff who omitted to provide network access info on check-in. pleasant breakfast area but OJ tasted like rinds.

In general, it was was very enjoyable .We usually are glad to come back home to our own comfortable mattress, but what a delight to find such comfort. The following morning, I had to look for the tag and took note of it because I felt it was superior to ours! I appreciated also that the TV remote was cleaned and presented in a disposable case. I would definitely recommend the Belleville BW to my friends.

The bathroom wasn't clean, and the shower was disgusting.

Sofa bed not comfortable

I booked 2 room with 2 doble beds in each room. What I got was 2 rooms with 1 queen bed and pull out sofa in each room. Staff excuse was that the booking was done through hotels.com and at the time of the booking the rooms with 2 double beds were already booked. Very poor service. Will never go back to this hotel and I am not a picky guy

My brother and stayed at this hotel and were not surprised to find it clean and comfortable.We were there for the motorbike races in shannonville about 10minute drive good breakfast too.thanks

I loved the hotel. Wanted to use the pool but was too tired from visiting. The breakfast was wonderful and the coffee delicious. The bed was so soft and comfortable. The room was spacious. The staff was great. Loved the hotel. Location was perfect.

Generally a good hotel in the price range. Very conveniently located. Parking lots is a bit of a free-for-all, being wrapped around the building and not well defined and perhaps a little under-sized.

The only issue i had was the room type i requested was not filled.

The front desk person was very good, and went out of her way to help us. We had and enjoyable stay in Belleville!
