Shower head was terrible, broken curtain rod and very noisy, the room was across fron pool, outdoor exit, ice & vending machines...not a restful night after a 12 hour drive. We traveled with our dogs and found that the worse rooms are designated for guests with pets unfortunately, and you pay more...go figure.

Near railroad tracks and trains run all night long.

Bathroom a bit small but staff was good and room was very comfortable.

One of the worst nights I have eer spent in a hotel. The rooms looked old, poorly maintained, and dirtier than I would have liked. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and te pillows were even worse. Slept for maybe 2 hours all night. If you are looking for comfort try somewhere else.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel its a nice place to stay.. a vey welcoming place.

It was comfortable

Our stay was fine. My comments are that when I booked this room they told me there was no pet fee. When I got to the hotel they said it was 10 dollars per dog. They need to put that on their website. They also should list that they are pet friendly. They also had white bedspreads on the bed and the room was charged with electricity from the hot dry air so dog hair collected on everything.

all hotels in Gallup are near the railroad tracks and are noisy all night long. We would not stay there again.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Trains going by all night long, right across the street. Stay in West Gallup, not on Route 66! The beds were great, but the motel and room were in need of lots of maintenance.

Stayed one night. Breakfast was of low quality. Maintenance of facility is poor.

Very roomy room. Appreciated the breakfast, indoor hot tub next to pool and easy access.

LATE ARRIVLE AND ROOM WAS NOT READY

When we got to our hotel room, there were bottle caps in which I stepped on, on the floor. It looked like our floor wasn't vaccumed because there was lint all over and it got on our clothing, too. When we went to check out, the lady claimed we didn't pay for the third person the second night but did on the first night. We booked on-line and looked at the confirmation papers we printed out and it said we paid for everyone both nights. When we told the lady this, she snapped back "You Didn't!" not very kindly. The shower head came out in a single jet stream that kept switching from the varying holes in the head. Over all we were very disappointed in the service and condition of our room.

Wow, I was shocked to see people intentionally checking in to this hotel. I had to move here because my other hotel had a problem, and it was eerie to see 40-year-old fixtures and signs and internet that had to be reset once a day to function. The "breakfast" is some watery juice and tiny bagels, and a waffle iron if that's your thing. I guess it was fine, but I would never choose to stay here again.

The hotel was a little old and run down. The pool was closed. We requested a late check out they gave us 30 minutes and then called our room 10 minutes after check out and asked us to leave because the maids needed to get in the room. The staff was rude and inconsiderate, we will never stay there again.

Did not like the train that ran by frequently. The room was very nice. Felt odd to stay somewhere that everything (tv, phone etc.) was "bolted down".

IT WAS NICE AND PEACEFUL, RELAXING. CLERKS AND WORKERS WERE VERY FREINDLY

The picture on internet looks good it was hard to get in room with key and back door you would have avert hard time getting out hot tub not very warm closet door don't touch could break other than that wouldn't recommend

While our room, billed as The Presidential Suite, was comfortable there were some glaring items missing that one would ordinarily consider standard in a "suite," such as paper and pen, enough toilet paper to last until the next morning, usually a mini fridge and a microwave. The hallway smelled horribly of old smoke. Our daughter enjoyed bathing in the small jacuzzi tub that was in the living room area. It was perfectly acceptable. But having the sign on the door labeling it The Presidential Suite just made me laugh out loud when we walked in!

Comfy pillow top mattresses, nice staff, wifi in the rooms, good heater, quiet location.

We got the feeling that they want to keep their expenses down and it is showing. The bathroom tissue holder cover would not stay on along with very few tissues in the box with on new box in sight. I kept stepping on water in front of the sink that looked like a leaky sink. They were looking at this as we were checking out. Bathroom door was squeaky from the rusty hinges. One of the white washcloths was noticeably light brown. Trash can in the lobby to catch dripping water during breakfast. The free continental breakfast was unlike other Best Western breakfast. Small selection of items, no fresh fruit, and the watery waffle mixed poured directly from a plastic container to the waffle iron did not fully cook for both of us.

Everything was fine although I would have preferred being on the bottom floor. The room was very nice.

room was generally o.k. but breakfast was mediocre....

Værelset var rent men intet køleskab eller egen udgang, den ene pool var meget beskidt og den anden lukket, personale ikke særlig informerende eller imødekommende. Hotellet var bestemt ikke sin pris værd
