We chose this hotel based on reviews from previous customers. Room was clean and spacious ( upgraded to suite as we checked in late). Bed was comfy and the bathroom towels etc. were changed on a daily basis. Continental breakfast provided enough from bagels and bread to cereal and boiled eggs. Friendly staff.

We had a very nice time at this hotel. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will be staying here again in the future.

It was a nice motel they were doing some remodeling at the time we were there. Pool was nice, staff was good.

Didn't like the neighborhood.. We had to move to another room when we got there and they where very accomodating. . The outlets need to be updated and some did not work

This hotel was clean and convenient for our one-night stay in North Kansas City. We spent the day at Worlds of Fun, and finished the day with dinner at Kelso's and dessert at Dairy Queen. The hotel's front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful in providing directions.

Pros: great friendly management and service, nice bed, good shower. Cons: walls are paper-thin and we could hear neighbors from all directions. The room doors open up to the outside, and children would knock on our door randomly and jiggle the door handle. It would drive us crazy.

The hotel is not that bad but I think is too expensive for what it is. I was expecting a better breakfast.

Great first three nights. Last night swapped rooms to oblidge managements promise to another custumer for connecting rooms. New room,ok, but TV satellite down and phone faulty, but stay was nice and slept well. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful. All in all, great ratings.

We needed a night in Kansas City as part of a longer vacation trip. This hotel was convenient to where we were going and we stayed one night. Basic, clean room with standard amenities. Good breakfast area and food offerings, and very helpful desk staff (they printed out a Yahoo map to get us to our destination on checking out). Hotel needs a bit of TLC on the outside and repairs to stairwells, etc. Abandoned hotel across the street is not a good sign.

Front desk and staff very friendly, rooms where clean and beds very comfortable A very nice location to stay, only 10 minutes from Worlds of Fun. Price was reasonable even included continental breakfast.

The clerk who us in was rude and argumentative..the room smelled like smoke...it even said non smoking on the ..the room next door was plunge a kennel a pit bull and a jack Russell barked.every time someone came up the stairs...all night!!!!! Worst hotels dot com experience ever

My only comment is that the rate is higher than it should be because of where it's located, the age of the motel, and no pool or hottub. The service was good and the breakfast was good.

The room had new paint, new rug and a new bed.

Professional front desk service. The surprises come after I checked in. As I enter the room, I noticed one of the queen bed linen has stain on it. Then, the office/work table surface was covered with liquid stains. All the faucets are old and hard to control. The bathroom door is hard to close. The review shown on Hotel.com was way over rated.

I was impressed with how clean my room was. The room was spacious.It had everything I needed. I had an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, New king size bed.The bed was nice. It was not as comfortable as my imitation tempurpedic bed.I am spoied though. It was nice and quiet . The 2 people that checked me in and out were very pleasant. The little breakfast area was very clean and they provided a nice little breakfast.

Great buy, easy access from I-29. There are no restaurants close by....breakfast was adequate. Very quiet setting.

Nice hotel they gave us a free room upgrade. Pretty decent free breakfast.

Very comfortable beds. A/C was slow to cool the room but it was 100+ degrees outside. Very quiet, no noise from other rooms or outside.

My family and I were taking a mini-vacation, including Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun. We chose this hotel for the location and price. The room was very clean. And the beds were very comfortable. I rarely find hotel beds comfortable, but I actually liked these beds. The room had a refrigerator and microwave which was nice. The pool was outdoors, but we didn't use it. The breakfast was my least favorite part. The selections were very scarce. Overall, I liked the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel, and if the continental breakfast isn't a big deal to you, then you'll enjoy your stay.

We stay there while working in KC. The desk personnel are nice & the offerings for breakfast get us started without us having to make an extra stop for something to eat on the way to the job.

This was a pretty dumpy hotel with horrible wifi and outdated everything. The furniture is very used but seemed to be clean. There are other better choices in the area.

We were meeting family in KC for the Chiefs game who had already booked this hotel. We checked the reviews on-line and expected to get what we were paying for. To our suprise, the room had been recently refurbished and was very clean. Beds were also comfy. Continental breakfast was adequate. Pretty good North-side location near the junction of I-29/I-35. We'll definitely return.

We got a cheap price for the night... I am glad we didn't pay more than we did. It was okay. Our room had a dirty towel in the bathroom when we arrived so we immediately had concerns about the cleanliness of the room. That put a bad taste in our mouths for the rest of the stay. The hotel condition is definately not new, but the room worked for a one night short stay at a budget price.

The towels were really bad and the room had a little bit of a smell but it wasnt a horrible smell. The room and staff was nice other than that.

Very nice hotel for the price. The employees were very helpful. I would diffenently stay at this hotel again. It was less than a mile from my daughter's apartment.

Location was not to our liking. No coffee before 7AM. Most places have gone to hot breakfast. That would have been our preference. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.

The only thing i did not like about this hotel was the fact that they alternate the smoking/non-smoking rooms. Which means that my non-smoking room was right in between two smoking rooms. The guy next door was constantly smoking and then throwing his butts out on the sidewalk in front of our room, while they were still smoldering. They should put all of the non-smoking rooms in one area that is completely away from the smokers.

Hotel accogilente anche se un po' defilato. La camera e' pulita e dotata dei principali confort. Il locale per la colazione e' piccolo nei pressi della struttura ci sono un discount (7 eleven) e un distributore di carburante. E' necessario comunque avere un'auto per muoversi perche' non mi pare di aver notato fermate di trasporto pubblico nei dintorni ma mi sono fermato solo una notte e quindi non ho avuto tempo di rendermene conto anche perche' ero automunito

Rommene var rene og pene. Rett i nærheten lå et greit lite sted med god frokost.10 min fra hotellet med buss lå et svært shopping senter (Golf Mill)
