The hotel was fine except for the overwhelming spell of smoke and mildew. I noticed the smoke smell as soon as I walked into the lobby. It was so powerful that you would think there had been a conference held there 5 minutes before with everyone smoking. I had reserved a non-smoking room and our room was on a non-smoking hallway, but it also smelled strongly of smoke. The room smelt like smoke and mildew. We doused the entire room with febreeze just to be able to sleep. It's a shame because everything else was fine. Desk clerk was friendly, room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I won't be staying there again because they've let the smokers take over!!

I was in town for a funeral. I has stayed there in the past and really enjoyed my stay. All the employees were very friendly and asked if every thing was ok and is there any thing they could do just let them know.

I thought the hotels had large rooms and was close to places to eat.

The beds were very comfortable!

We were put in the wrong room when we arrived. We paid for a suite and got a standard room. It smelled like a wet animal. The breakfast consisted of overripe bananas, several empty trays of what seems to have had some biscuits in it at one point, and some hot pockets that smelled horrific when you opened the package. They were soured needless to say. A bunch of thugs surrounded our vehicle all hours of the night. Yeah....not satisfied in the least bit.

The help up front was good & the room was clean but for my size family a one day stay is all we could stand.So it is nice but I wouldn't suggest you stay a long time @ this motel(wouldn't consider it too be a hotel).

very nice owner with big smile. It have had one of the best customer service so far.

Stayed overnight for Christmas while visting relatives. Room was very spacious, clean, quiet and cozy! Didn't like not having a microwave in my room and the heat didn't go "on/off". It just stayed on which made it very warm. But rather be warm than freezing. Very good hotel!

We did not get to the hotel till 10:30pm and had two small children. I made our reservation for 4. When we got there and needed to shower everyone we only had three towels. I went to put the kids in bed and stepped on food and trash. The bathtub didn't drain, so when taking a shower you had water above your ankle. Also, there was no such thing as cold water. You had to brush your teeth with warm water! When we complained to the front desk the next morning it was ALL our fault! We were told we should have called, so the could move us to another room. How about they just take care of the hotel and put us in a clean roomto start with!!!

very clean and close to anything in Ardmore,minutes off the interstate,nice pool,and a small pond out back that may hold some fish

Our stay was pleasant for the most part, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the air coming out of the air conditioner. It had the smell of urine. I had to keep spraying air freshener.

Very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Rooms clean and comfortable. Good price for the area. Easy access to I-35. No wi-fi in room; pool was closed during my stay. I have already recommended to someone for an upcoming visit to the area for the first time. Thank you

It would be nice if you could arrange to provide the USA Today as a courtesy.

Best western usually means nice and clean...this one is old, outdated, and filthy. Spiders and ants in room.
