they charged me extra for pairking without advising me their would be a fee before hand. dishonest.

The hotel is excellent....very clean and the breakfast(included in the price) was very good. There are a few other restaurants on the same block ... we ordered pizza and 8 of us were able to enjoy it in our king sized suite....has a couch and sitting area. Very nice stay.

I've stayed in this hotel a few times now and the level of service, cleanliness and hospitality exceeds each previous stay. The breakfast each morning allows you to meet some of the nicest people that work there. This is the only place I stay when in Edmonton.

It,s an excellent hotel but...you are not so close to the airport; If you have to take a plane early be careful with the shuttle: the staff tell you 'only 5 minutes to to to the airport'' it's not true. You could have snow, traffic on the highway and airlines employees who go FIRST so you need safety margin.

we had a nice stay (only one night). Quiet and relaxing. Comp breakfast was very nice. Lounge was clean and friendly

I stayed here with my 3 year old daughter before we left for a flight. The staff was very pleasant, and the restaurant was nice and convenient. I will definately stay again for my next flight.

The breakfast was great. The room and overall cleanliness was good, Housekeeping was most helpful

i stayed here upon arriving at the edmonton airport and the night before going back to the airport. The shuttle service was well organised, leaving every half hour from the hotel back to the airport. (prior notice necessary for shuttle to airport but not needed from airport to hotel).The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Good continental (hot) breakfast. There are muffins and coffee available for guests who are leaving prior to the oppening hours of the continental breakfast restaurant. Would stay here again. Only thing i missed was there wasnt a pool:(

Average establishment to consider for business only if one is in a jam....

The hotel was by all means nice but for the price wasn't worth it the gas station next door was the best part but the area wasn't good I saw a older man drinking next to the hotel with a young kid maybe 15 years old the hotel room was nice had a nice big bed and was very easy to relax but the tv would cut in and out on all channels and the staff made me feel as if I was being watched by a hawk every time I would walk out the doors to have a cigarette I wouldn't recommend this hotel to many people 2.5 stars

Enjoyed my stay for the night.

Great accomodations and wonderful restaurant on sight. Airport shuttle service was big plus. Fully recommend this hotel.

The rooms are very clean, staff are friendly and helpful, and the beds are SUPER comfortable. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.

It was alright but I didn't like where my room was. We where right near a alley and there was people constantly waking by that had a few drinks in them which can get annoying when you arw tryin to relax. Also I do not recommend the main floor rooms (I had) simply because the ballroom was so close and had loud music playing all night. But I would imagine it would have been a good stay if I chose a better room.

After viewing all the other reviews, I selected this hotel. What a pleasant surprise. Restaurant for dinner is pricey but worth it. The breakfast (by voucher) is way above what you would normally see on a breakfast buffet.Will definitely stay at Best Western Plus again. White Spot Restaurant across the street is upscale and food is wonderful.

The lady that checked us in was a breath of fresh air, told us about the Easter buffet, was very pleasant, her manager should be told what a jewel he or she has working there. Thx D Albers

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel in Leduc. The continetal breakfast was amazing. Very clean room and friendly staff. Next time I hope to stay longer to advantage of the whole experience. Definately would recommend it to my friends and family.

Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and good food in the hotel pub. The free breakfast wasn't very impressive but overall was a good hotel. I would stay there again.

The hotel was new and modern. No microwave tho. And the desk staff couldn't figure out how to use my VISA card, which worked at the last and the next place I was at. So i was charged for a room which had already been paid in full with airmiles. It was refunded but i felt like a criminal. And he also made fun of us as we went down the wrong hallway.

King room was beautiful. Room service was quick with good food! We'll definately stay there again!

all in all the stay there was great, but my room had some garbge left over from the last guest in the fridge and garrbage can. other than that my stay there was pretty enjoyable

Hotel was close to the airport and provided the basic comforts required. OK for an overnight stay but definintely nothing overly special. Beds were comfortable with high thread count sheets and the room had a big high definition flat screen which was nice. The staff was friendly and the restaurant staff were very accomodating. It made for a nice touch. The shuttle was free however the drivers had no customer service skills whatsoever. It was a pleasure to see the looks on their faces when I didn't tip them. In the hotel's defence they share the shuttle service with several other hotels. Would definitely stay here again on my way through Edmonton.

Nice hotel in Leduc. Comfortable with very friendly staff. Boston Pizza and White Spot on same block.

I was very impressed with the efficient service, accomodation and friendly staff. I travel quite a lot and was very pleased with my staff. I would recommend the location.

The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were awesome!! Have recommended the hotel to others.

great location for airport. Free airport shuttle and complimentary breakfast. Also laundry facilities available. We stayed in old part of hotel but it was fine, TV in room didn't work but receptionist came straight away and fixed it. He even rang us 10 minutes later to make sure it was still working for us. Ideal of airport stopover

Very clean hotel! I will absolutely stay here again on future business. Hotel service was very professional. Restaurant was good. Room was better than expected: VERY nice!

Chosen because of it's proximaty to the airport, the hotel provided timely shuttle service. In house restaurant and bar were convenient.
