Room was great and so was the location and staff. Make sure you are not late for your check out time!

wE WERE GIVEN A VERY NICE ROOM AND HAD WE HAD KNOWN THAT WOULD HAVE STAYED AN EXTRA DAY. WE WERE UPGRADED I WAS TOLD.

Need updated TVs. Great hotel

Nothing special, average room, no garbage cans in room which was odd! Big variety of foods for breakfast though.

nice hotel. i would stay there again. 1 lamp was missing a light bulb and the jacuzzi didn't work :(

The wifi wasn't working the first night of a 2 night stay, the staff were apologetic and it was fixed during the next day. The included breakfast choices were quite good. Decent selection of restaurants close by.

It took over a half an hour just to check us in. The charged my card for the rooms again and I had to wait 3 to 5 days for it to be credited back. The first room they gave us was a nightmare. The air conditioner was in pieces on the floor and the toliet didn't work.

Room was nice, service was excellent. However, water for jacuzzi in room was not hot enough and was told that was due to people leaving kids alone in room. Other han that, was very pleased.

stay was good .the only problem was there was a lack of towels.there were four person in the room with only two towels, when requested additional towels two more were given,but after swim in the pool the towels were wet and there were no more towels when requested.

The stay was enjoyable, more help at the front desk would be good. Check in clerk was extremely busy.

The humidity level in our ground floor room was way too high and uncomfortable. They knew that we were 4 people in our room, yet we only had two towels. When we went to the desk to get more towels, we got a couple hand towels only! No fruit or yogurt at the breakfast bar. The eggs were powdered. The in-room internet was not working and the front desk could not help us. They told us to call their provider and when we did, they said they'd call us back but didn't.

A must stay hotel, highly recomended !

desksevice at check in was very slow. only one person there answering the phone, taking reservations, and checking in new guests.

This place need some work! Staff was friendly. Pool looked popular with a number of families having a good time. Breakfast was powdered eggs & sausage (tasteless) but opened right on time at 6:00 am. There was also a waffle machine, tho I didn't use it.

Unfortunately we did not end up with the room I thought I'd booked, that I was looking at onsite. We had 3 children so only having 2 beds wasn't enough room. But hotel and breakfast overall were good, we will stay there again when in the area.

Rate was quite a bit less than the other hotels I was considering, so I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. Room was very clean as well as the pool. All staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative I can say, which really isn't that bad, is that the decor is slightly dated. I would stay there again if I'm ever back in the area.

I will never go back there again. The jacuzzi tub was broke. the smell was damp in the room. the food in the morning was stale

Very nice hotel, was told it was going to be a smoking room when we arrived found out it was smoke free hotel they were very accomidating and switched us at no charge to a room on the main floor with sliding patio door to smoke outside on our own patio. Everything was very clean, the jacuzzi tub was nice and big, room set up was very roomy, didn't feel cluttered in small space like some hotels. The continetal breakfast was awesome very good and lots of selection, free stand up tanning bed and indoor pool, and big gym. Very classy looking hotel but also felt very comfortable walking around in jeans. Very close to lots of shopping would definatley recommend and would definatley stay again.

The hotel was clean inside but ashtrays at doors were overflowing, the bar/resturant didn't open until 4 pm and closed at 10 pm. Too short of hours.

Your hotel was clean and neat. We had no problems. Your staff, however, should learn how to smile and greet guests. Only one member that we encountered smiled and made you feel welcome.

bed was very uncomfortable, sheets came off in the middle of the night and woke up on the bare mattress. we had to leave early due to sleeping so poorly.

Excellent gym and pool... Staff was friendly and room was clean

Everything I used was first class. Very comfortable.

I came to this area to do some fishing at Lake St. Clair and decided to bring my boat. This always complicate a trip because of concerns about parking and the need for an electrical hookup to recharge the boats batteries. Having read reports on all of the hotels/motels from Selfridge to Port Huron, I was also concerned about bed bugs. This Inn is very clean, modern, upscale and has lots of parking spaces. I got a room on the first floor and ran an extension cord out the window to the boat. No one complained, so I guess it was okay. Our room had a jacuzzi bath and after a afternoon of fishing, my wife and I found it quite relaxing. We highly recommend this Inn. It is the closest thing to 5 stars that you will find in the area.

The hotel is nice but the customer service is poor. They are slow at helping you out and rather rude. They were not very accomodating and did not seem to care much about the client at hand. Would not recommend.

Our stay was great, the room was very nice and the staff was very kind and helpful. I would and plan on staying there again in the future. Was there for a Wedding reception and was a great place for something like that. The staff was great to our kids also. Highly recommend it.

Only problem was that the hot tub did not work.

It was a very nice hotel i think that the jacquzzi rooms are a rip off it should be separate tubs instead of one but it was cool wish i could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and the lounge area

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful....the room was clean but the hallways could have been cleaned more regularly.....overall it was a pleasant stay and I would stay again

I chose to stay at this hotel because my high school reunion was being held there. I will say that the way the hotel handled our reunion was great. The food was good, they allowed us to continue visiting with friends in the continental breakfast area once the party was over. What I did not like about the hotel was the housekeeping staff. I did not get fresh towels unless I requested them (this was everyday). One day housekeeping didn't even bother to come into my room and make up the bed. I didn't bother to complain to the hotel staff because I knew it would do no good as I had overheard another guest complaining about something regarding his stay and the front desk girl told him, "I'm sorry, I just work here, I don't make the rules."
