Best Western Plus Travel Hotel Toronto Airport - טורונטו

Other than the fact that we got lost on our way there, our stay was fine. It would be helpful for staff to clarify that the hotel is on Eglinton Ave West - TORONTO vs. Eglinton Ave West - MISSISSAUGA. It's easy to mistake and end up in the country travelling along Eglinton as it changes from West to East to West again. Staff friendly, funky front entrance and decor, room was very clean, continental buffet breakfast was good. We were only there overnight and did not access any of the hotel amenities but would book there again.

We found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was a real bonus having the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel serving excellent food.The free shuttle from and to the airport worked extremely well for us. Overall an excellent stay.

I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff. The restaurant -in house- was friendly with good service. Not knowing Toronto or having my own transportation, I found a lack of entertainment or shops near by. If I had more time, I may have found live music or went golfing.

The hotel was nicely updated and the staff was very courteous. Our only complaint would be we reserved a room on the non smoking floor and our room smelled of cigarette smoke!

Location was good for airport hotel. Nice breakfast with hot and cold choices and good restaurant for dinner is attached to hotel. The air shuttle was more available than other airport hotels. Friendly and helpful staff. Good Wifi connection.

We book in when things are crazy at home & the kids are on sleep overs and we just want to relax. It's nearby if we have to get home and the rooms are very comfortable. Quite chic and contemporary in their decor. Comfy beds. Lovely bedding. We are in the middle of a move and my husband was feeling stressed in the midst of the chaos, so he booked in for a couple of nights and took work there and was so comfortable, he felt he was waaaaay more efficient than he would be at home. Thanks to front desk staff for being understanding when I turned up after midnight a little on the tipsy side after a night out with my girlfriends!!

Very clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Quick check in/out.

We stayed in the whirlpool suite which was a very large size room. Generous sized bathroom. The entire room was very clean. I was impressed by the sanitized tv remote and the style of the room. The restaurant downstairs was delicious for an evening dinner. A little pricey but it's an authentic Italian restaurant. The breakfast was delicious with choices from eggs bacon yogurt toast waffles and pastries. Service was fantastic. We would defiantly stay here again.

When I first arrived the front desk clerk was pleasant and attentive. The lobby area looked clean and organized. There is no pool, but there was a hot tub for guests to use, it looked rather sizeable and was just off the lobby. There is an exercise room, but I did not have time to see it. The continental breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about. The room was clean, and they let you keep the heat on. Though, a suggestion I have for them would be to provide some type of timer on the HVAC unit so that it wasn't running all day long. Overall, it was a decent hotel at a really good price! Would definitely stay there again.

Convenient to Pearson for early-morning flight, good shuttle, very pleasant front desk staff. Housekeeping had missed a dried-up spill on the nightstand which we cleaned along with sticky fingerprints on TV cabinet. Bathroom counter was not clean and there were several long black hairs in the bathtub (not ours!).

The room was nice and comfortable but was very dusty and did not appear to have had a thorough cleaning in awhile. A hot breakfast was said to be served in the restaurant area, but a small continental breakfast temporarily set up in the lobby was all that was available. Front desk service was not friendly and unconcerned about guest satisfaction.

Service was excellent and room was very clean and quiet aside from fan in radiator being a little noisy. Room was listed as "non-smoking" but smoke from a nearby room wafted in. Complementary continental breakfast was provided and included a variety of foods. Location was close to a variety of restaurants and to the airport. Shuttle service to airport was prompt.

Firstly thank you to all members of staff, especially Tusaif, who knew us by name and was very helpful and friendly! Now I am a very picky person and ensure I complete thorough review searches of all hotels before I pick one. Saying that, bedroom and bathroom were clean and welcoming, breakfast was plentiful and filling with many options, ladies doing the breakfast were kind and welcoming! Very charismatic and willing to assist. We had a wonderful two night stay, so much we had wanted to stay another night but it was fully booked. We were able to leave our luggage in a storage cupboard for a couple of hours after we had checked out, as we took a bus to the mall for the afternoon. The only negative would be location, but you wouldn't obviously choose this hotel other than for easy access to the airport. But that would not put us off staying here again and this is something we would definitely do!!

It was a good hotel for a quick lay over between flights. Location was good for airport convience but not alot of choices for dining without having a vehicle.

Loved this hotel, very clean and very comfortable. You cannot beat the rate and they have a free shuttle to the airport which is about 10 minutes away. If you are planning on shopping or anything you definately need a car as there is nothing close to this hotel except other hotels and the airport. I had a flight and a day to kill this hotel was extremely clean and confortable and cheap. The attached italian restaurant was also very good the free breakfast was great and they even had bacon ++ in my books.

I loved the hotel and room, very clean and very well maintained. It is close to the airport and the free shuttle was great, you can't beat the price. I had the day to kill and there is nothing near this hotel so if you do not have a car with you this is probably not a good location. If you need a place to stay cose to the airport with a free shuttle, it is perfect, 5-10 min ride to the terminal, very comfortable and the Italian restaurant attached was great as was the complimentary breakfast another great perk, and they even had bacon!

Booked on short notice after a cancelled flight and was satisfied. Convenient to airport. Nice, quiet room. I liked the staff's attitude. Located in a business park, so there is realy nothing nearby that is walkable. Very good restaraunt colocated with hotel for all meals (a bit pricy).

It was a wonderful escape from a chaotic home renovation. It allowed me to keep my sanity. Every detail had been thought about including umbrellas for guests who had left them in their cars. I hated to check out! It should be noted that during my 8-day stay I only heard one airplane. Rather unbelievable considering the hotel is at the end of Pearson's longest runway!

Could not ask for any better for the price. The restaurant was excellent.

the hotel was gorgeous, very nice staff, VERY CLEAN and luxurious room. it's a WOW. and the continental breakfast... well, it was great. We were only there one night, but wish it were more. I would recommend it to any-one and every-one.

Very clean hotel, great comfortable beds, not as close to the airport as advertised, lacks a pool but it has a whirlpool if thats any consolation. Great staff, The Italian restaurant was great, good authentic Italian food. only stayed on night. Free WIFI and shuttle bus to airport. included hot breakfast was great and was available from 6am till 10 am, good value for your dollar, there are other good options around depends on what you are looking for

Free shuttle to and from the airport - phone hotel from airport helpdesk. Room comfortable for 2A + 2teens. Room had coffee maker, microwave, fridge, huge TV, free internet, aircon. Attentive staff, clean and efficient hotel. Out in the sticks if you want to go anywhere else without a car, but we didn't. Restaurant has Italian theme but enough variety at reasonable prices.
