BEST WESTERN GARDEN INN - Bentleyville

I have been disappointed with Best Western's in the past, however, this hotel seems much newer. The accommodations were very nice, bedding was great, room was clean and had the normal essentials (hair dryer, iron and board) but even extras at no charge (refrig, and microwave). The only thing I was disappointed with was the elevator seems to have an odd musty smell. Breakfast was wonderful!!

We enjoyed it - the staff was very polite. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was quick and had a nice selection! It was in close proximity to the college and it was located right off of the interstate.

We stay here once a year to visit friends. It's always a good experience. The only thing I wish was better is breakfast and the coffee. I'd even pay for something more then toast, muffins and making your own waffles. Other then that, it's a very nice, accomodating hotel.

The staff were all very friendly and courteous. The room and hotel were very clean and well kept. I do have 2 concerns (not complaints)...the was no hot water the second morning I stayed, at 5:45 AM I would expect hot water...and the pool was cloudy BOTH days we were there...in addition, there were 2 different families with babies in the pool...babies in diapers do not know to hold it in when they need to go to the bathroom, this creates a health hazard for others...most hotels have a separate area OR have rules not allowing any children (or others) in diapers...this would be a good rule to implement AND enforce...as well as regular treatment of pool on overnight shift. Thank you...

We had a wonderful time! The bed was fantastic!! Very clean. The staff was great, friendly always smiling! We highly recommend!

This was my first stay at this hotel I was I very pleased. All of the employees were pleasant and helpful. My room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I didn't feel like I was sleeping on boards. The room had all of the conveniences that I needed...a microwave, coffee maker, fridge and WiFi. I absolutely loved the shower head!!! It was great. This place is very nicely located next to Interstate 70. There are two gas stations, 3 fast food chains, and eat in restaurants located almost at it's door....and a little down the road....an old style soft ice cream stand!!! I couldn't have found a better place to stay!

The hotel personnel are very friendly and helpful. We needed a sleeper and extra towels since we had four people staying in the room. They were very accomodating. Checking in and out was very easy. The room was clean. We stayed two nights and the beds were made with fresh linens each day. They had a waffle machine as part of the complimentary breakfast. It was a very busy area so I did not eat here. But, my sons did and they seemed to enjoy it.

I stay here frequently as I have family in the area. Always clean, neat and quiet. They have upgraded everything and now it is really a great value for the price.
